Voice Receiver

Currently I am not able to talk on my phone for more than about 10 minutes before the person on the other end of the phone only hears static. I am able to hear them clearly but they cant hear me. I think this is also affecting videos when they record because no sound is recording. Has anyone else had this issue as well?

im having the same problem with my phone. eventually it will go down to two minute down to seconds. but after my phone sits for a few hours it goes back to ten minutes let me know what you find out. [email protected]

How do you know hardware of Iphone 6 is Good

I am facing cracking of voice (receiver side) problem during call since last week in Iphone 6. I have submitted the device to service center for checking of unit.
Service center representative told me that they will perform some sort of test to check the hardware is ok or not.
I would like to know following:
1) How many types of test to be done to check hardware problem of Iphone 6 in service center?
2) How many times test to be done to reach final conclusion ?
3) what will be the outcomes of results?

I highly doubt you will get a satisfactory answer to your questions here. This is a forum of fellow users of apple products voluntarily helping each other. Posters here do not work for apple and do not have (and could not discuss if they did) internal company information or policy.
You should really call Apple or the Apple Authorized repair center you sent it to about what they will do as only they can really answer these types of specific questions.

CANT HEAR OTHERS IN G

Ok, im not dumb when it comes to computers, i usually can fix anything, but this baffles me. Ok i have a soundblaster li've 24bit, everything works fine, i've been thru ALL of my audio settings. But when i am playing an online game (day of defeat source) everyone can hear me fine, and i CAN hear them, but it just is not loud enough. I have the voice receive volume all the way up, and i still have to strain to hear anybody talk... yet all the other sounds in the game are loud... this game uses wav for all its sounds, which is what also controls the mic audio... so what do i do ? i have creative 5. speaker setup, i've tried all the diff. speaker settings, tried turning the ingame volume down and turning up my external volume control for my speakers, etc, etc... im completely baffled. i have my control panel volume settings linked with my soundcard volume settings as well. HEEELLLPPP!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all,
we are trying to develope a program for an operation center were the policemen will call the control centre from a private telephone line in the street. The operator must received the entrance calling and dispatch it to the right department, well more or less that's what the end user want us to make.
Now we are at the dessign stage, so we need to test the best solution. First we though about using COMMAPI, so we tried to make a little application as a test. We can hung up the modem, or dial a number through the modem from the application. We are able to get the data the modem send us in an InputStream. Here begin the problems... Do you think this InputStream we receive from the modem is the human voice that apeaks from the telephone that made the call to the modem? Then, another problem that we couldn't solve... If this InpuStream is in fact the data (the voice) received by the modem how can we convert this into a DataSource class to be able to reproduce this in the computer. We've read and tried thousand of times to use the examples in the JMF solution's place, but we couln'd work it out. We think the example more similar to our is the 'Generate LiveStream', which uses LiveStream and a custom DataSource classes. But we don't know how to use LiveStream or DataSource to make them read from our InputStream each time the modem send us data.
Then we though that maybe it would be faster to develope the test program using XTAPI, an implementation of JTAPI ... but It was impossible to get the next code working...

Then I saw that some people were talking about using ibm's J323 and I tried with, becouse they said that JTAPI was an incomplete(?) implementation of the H323 specification. OK we download the trial version but... nothing, now we got the provider, but no Terminals are abailable. We 've tried everithing and we think everithing is installed propertly. We used:

Although you have to pay for get a license of J323, the documentation and the support is so low.
We think the better way to solve our problem is using COMMAPI, becouse it would give us a higher control over the application and the modem, but although we have though hard on convertin InputStream into DataSource, we cannot make it work.
I'm DESPERADO, i will GIVE YOU 10 DUKES if you help us.
We are loosing a lot of time on this and the boss thinks cannot understand why we are going so slow, and why there are so many problems. We see there's a lot of people posting similar problems, but there are no answers. Maybe this would help a lot of peolple on this matter.

How can I integrate the jmf and the openh323 project? I want to do calls using the openh323 library and transmit/receive using the JMF. However the openh323, which uses the h.245 protocol for port and channel negociation, doesn't allow to use the ports that already were negociated. So, how can i transmit using JMF to these ports?

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Try reseating or replacing the SIM card.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new).
Has any of the above been tried?

My iphone 4S has problem in making and receiving the calls. While making the call , call fails and netwrok disappears. Like wise no voice is heard for incoming calls. This happened after return from the overseas travel.

BB Curve 9360 wont let me download music, receive pictures or display pictures, or receive voice notes... HELP!

ever since i put my songs off my phone onto my laptop to then transfer onto my iPod i have been having serious difficulty with my phone, i cant receive pictures, voice notes and cannot download music. i have tried everything, i have deleted blackberry messenger, deleted app world, wiped the phone 3 times, taken the battery out a lot and also tried to restore factory settings (dont know if it worked). its really frustrating that i cant even download a song or receive a picture! please help because i dont know how much longer i can go before i smash the thing up!!

Iphone 4s-when wifi is off and I am away from my home connection can I receive and send texts and text messages? I want to keep my wifi off to limit data (email etc) to when I want to check it. Cellular is roaming"voice only" it says.Can I get texts?

When my wifi is off and I'm away from my home connection - it shows wifi off (unless I turn it on to check my email etc.) - and in the settings cellular it shows "voice only". Will I be able to receive and send texts in those settings? Or check voicemail. I had wanted to keep my email from coming in all the time and only want to check it periodically - so I turn ON my wifi when I want to check my email. But when my wifi was off away from home- I hadn't seemed to be getting my texts. So- do I need to keep wifi roaming connected when away from home to receive and send my texts in real time. (which is what I want) or am I still able to send and receive texts with my wifi off when I'm away from home. (When I'm home I am connected to my home data plan automatically through wifi and I get texts when I'm home - but I'm thinking I'm not getting texts in real time - is it because my wifi is off when I'm away from home? My cellular shows voice only when my wifi is off away from home. Am I doing it right to receive and send texts away from home? Or do I need to open up the wifi in order to receive and send text messages. I know that I would need to turn on wifi roaming - which will use data - for email checking or sending - as well as to use browsing apps and now I'm guessing to receive voice messages I may have missed? In order to send and receive SMS or MMS messages, you will need to have an active cellular data or Wi-Fi connection.
You will need these to send and receive iMessages:
An iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
iOS 5.0 or later
A cellular data connection or a Wi-Fi connection
A phone number or Apple ID registered with iMessage in Settings > Messages

On my iPhone 4, people cant hear me when I make and / or receive normal (GSM) phone calls. But when I make/receive calls using internet-based / native apps like viber or skype, people can hear me just fine. I have tried recording my voice using voice memos - this works. And have already tried different SIM cards but the problem persists.
I have taken my phone to an authorized Apple service center, where they restored my phone to factory settings, but still facing the same issue. They service center directed me to Apple Customer Care Hotline, where I have now spent 3+ hours explaining my issue and yet no one can resolve it. The easy answer if to replace the phone - and since it is out of warranty, I am expected to pay for it.
Additionally, the customer service has been so rude and confrontational that it has completely changed my view of Apple and its customer focus. I am a disappointed and angry customer today - people would be surprised to hear just how rude customer service was including making statements such as "Apple doesnt make infallible products, that's why warranty is needed for our products" and that "every product undergoes a problem at some stage, so do ours!" There goes whatever confidence I had...
My concern is simple - if no one at Apple and / or its CS hotline is able to address my issue comprhensively and keep telling me that they have never encountered a precedent before, then with what right can they expect me to pay for a replacement?! I am NOT here to fund Apple's research into their product faults and manufacturing.
And even though a customer is out of warranty, is it too much to expect an Apple product to work well for at least a 'reasonable' period of time. My phone is less than 18 months old and has been facing this issue for the past 2 months - surely the longevity of Apple products is more than 18 months!
Just a sad sad day for an Apple customer, compounded by unjustifiably rude and aggressive staff. And still no resolution to my problem.

I am having the same issue - with my last 2 iPhone 4's. My first handset each time I was on a call wether it was up to my ear or on loud speaker, the call would automatically mute even though the mute button wouldn't show up as highlighted. Pressing the mute button on and off during the call doesn't fix it either. I rang Apple and asked what some of their trouble shooting solutions were. I got told that it might be a software issue and to install the latest software update. This failed. I then got told to uninstall the software on the phone and do a complete restore. This also failed. After trying the troubleshooting suggestions, I took the phone into my provider and they sent me out a new phone within a week under warranty claiming it was a hardware issue and probably just a "glitch" with that particular phone. This was not the case....
After receiving my second iPhone 4, I was hopeful that it would work. For the first couple of days, making/receiving calls was not an issue. Until after about a week, the same problem started again. In one instance I had to hang up and call back 4 times and the call would still automatically mute after about 5 seconds. Also on the second handset, the main camera located on the back of the phone has red and blue lines running through it and can't take a decent picture. So back to the store I go to get another replacement - Again.
For a phone that is rated highly and as a keen Apple product purchaser, I am a bit disappointed with the experience I have had with the iPhone 4. Let's hope they find a fix sometime soon because this is becoming a bit beyond a joke.....!!

When I send a voice text the recipient receives the same voice text multiple times

This phone was purchased direct from apple, so came unlocked. My sim card is from o2 in the UK and the phone works OK when on the o2 network. But when roaming in Europe as I do every weekday the signal consistently drops out and the phone reports "no signal" when in fact there are usually several networks available. Help! Sometime, the voice is too low for the receiver

Hi, I've found the voice issue of my iPhone: Sometimes, I use my iPhone talking with others, the receivers complains the voice is too low(Especially, serious when it's low battery). I've restarted my iPhone but it doesn't work. It's back to normal after it's fully charged. Do you why? and how to fix it? Thx.

The volume via the built-in phone/earphone is no problem. The issue may be the built-in mic, it seems to be too leak for receive the voice, so the others(the receiver) can't hear clearly.
