Voicemail not working for incoming call

Incoming calls are sent to 6 phones simultaneously via a hunt group. One phone has voicemail set up but it only activates when called internally. The system is 9000/400 with spa941 phones.
The hunt group was set up using the wizard so it is my understanding that I need to set a call forward to activate after say, 12 seconds to that voicemail but I do not know the correct code/notation/language to invoke this outcome.
HELP!

If you transfer call directly to IPCC extension then agent state will be not ready . So ACW will not work in this senario .
Agent can go in ACW state only after talking state .

    Start with your finger at the bottom of the screen (about even with the home button) and swipe in an upward motion.  There should be a row of icons at the top of a grey field.  if the quarter-moon icon is bright white, tap it.  If it was (and still is) dark, take the iPhone in to be evaluated by a qualified technician.

    after update to OS4.2.1 I can not get the ringer to work for incoming calls. If I set Vibrate on, that's the only notification I get. Tried everything including blowing away ALL my apps and restoring phone to new. Lost all my apps but the ringer still won't ring

The volume on my movies & everything else worked...even when I would go into "settings" and adjust the volume of the ringtone. I knew it was something simple...Thanks again..

  • Bluetooth no longer works for incoming calls after recent update

    When I updated my Bluetooth to iOS 6, the Bluetooth no longer works for incoming calls. I press button to answer call, it makes a small cracking noise, and then sends the call to my phone. I can use the Bluetooth for outgoing calls and it works just fine. I was hoping when I updated to iOS 6.0.1 that the problem would be fixed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Bluetooth but that has not helped either. I am frustrated. I have a LG HBM-905 Bluetooth that I loved prior to this problem.

    Magically started working today after I synced.

  • Ringer doesn't work for incoming calls

    My iPhone 4 ringer won't work for incoming calls. It is not on vibrate only and the ringer works through the earphones when earphones are connected. Any suggestions?

  • My iphone 6 ringer will not work evenafter i have reset. is it because of the new updates? any help on how to get the ringer working. when i test the ringer tunes it works, just that it will not work foran incoming call.

    Iphone 6. 64 gb. Versión is 8.0(12A366). Ringer does not work. Basically not getting any sound for incoming calls. Also no sound for any notifications or alerts. Have tried to reset the phone but still no sound for ringer or notifications.

    Check the mute switch on the side of the device.

  • Volume keys will not work with incoming calls on headphones

    So the headphone that came with my iPhone 4s, and others of the same type I have used, will not allow me to lower the volume of the caller. I would be listening to my music or something, it could even be at 50% volume, however the incoming call pushes it to 100% and will not allow for my headphone or iPhone volume control turn down the call. I have to unplug my headphones and just talk on the phone its self in order to turn down the volume.
    This problem was first noticed in iOS 6, and is contiued into iOS 7. I do not recal it happening in iOS 5.

    TTY was on after going through the settings one by one. They need to explain what TTY is within the settings menu. I have been useing TTY for 2 years now not knowing it.

  • Voicemail not working for weeks.

    My voicemail has not been working for weeks. I cannot record messages and I don't belive I can receive any. I have looked on line and I know I am not the only one having trouble. Skype has not responded to several requests I have made to them for assitance under "Provide Skype Feedback". Anyone have any solutions?  I know things usually go to hell once the New World Order controlled Microsoft buys it out. I know Microsoft spies on our Skype communication, but can they at least make some effort to ensure Skype works. Thanks.

    I had the same problem and after a lot of research here and on Verizon I finally discovered that it was an app named Onavo Extend that was preventing my voicemail from working. Other people have had success resetting their phone or network settings, disabling and reenabling SIRI, or deleting the Neilsen app (which I didn't have)  but those options didn't work for me. A lot of mods have claimed that this is not an Apple problem but if it is caused by an app that Apple allows to be sold in their app store, then it is an Apple problem, not a carrier problem. Of course, sometimes its just an ID 10 T problem.

  • Video not working for regular calls after using sh...

    i can see the other person i am calling but they cannot see me.  Everything was working fine until i had to do a share screen for a conference call.  After that the button for video is shaded gray and the other person cannot see me for regular calls.  any help on what to do would be greatly appreciated!   • TS1702 I have bought the Recorder apps and now I have realized that it does not work for phone calls in Spain. What can I do?

    Does anyone know it the Recorder apps only works in the U.S.? I think I made a mistake buying this to record some phone conversations for work and now I cannot record a phone call to a number in Spain. I mean my phone number is Spanish. Please help.   • IPhone 4 does not ring for incoming calls

    I got the iPhone 4 two days ago, and I noticed that when someone calls me, the phone will vibrate, but it will not ring.  The volume on the ringer is set to the highest level.  I downloaded an update for the phone 2 days ago.  What can I do to get my phone to ring?  Do you think the update had anything to do with the problem?

    Have you corrected the issue with the ringtone volume? If not, make sure the Ring/Silent button above the volume keys is turned on (if off, orange sticker will appear). Then go to settings > sounds > Ringer and Alerts > change the volume to loud. The vibrate options can stay on. If all of these settings are enabled, try changing the ringtone.

    My iphone will not ring when calls come in.  I have it set to ring and vibrate.  The Do not disturb is turned off and I have reset it but still it will not ring. What can I do?

    Check and see that the silent mode switch on the upper left side is toward the front of the iPhone and there is no orange or red showing.

    It has been caused in an OTA glitch.  You need to hook it up to your computer, restore and update off of iTunes.  Good Luck.

    I've a strange issue where CALLER ID not working for International incoming calls, it shows INTERNATIONAL UNKNOWN NUMBER in the phone display, but the number shows correclty in Verizon Call assistant !!!

    You didn't mention what country your Online Number is in.  Not all of Skype's Online Numbers are eligible for use as Caller ID when calling telephones or sending SMS messages.  If your number is from one of these countries (Chile, Denmark, Estonia, Hong Kong, Poland, Sweden, the UK and the US), then it can be used this way.  Otherwise, you can use a mobile number from countries other than Japan or Mexico as Caller ID with Skype, after the number goes through a verification process where Skype sends SMS messages with codes to that number.
    To get to these settings, log into your Skype account here on the Skype web site using the "Account" link at the top of this page.  You'll see a screen that would include your current Caller ID settings, and a link to change that.  If your Online Number is from one of those countries I referenced above, just select it and you're done.
