Voicemail online access lost

I have been a Comcast customer for the past few years - phone, cable, and Internet.  Until recently I was able to retrieve my voice mail online through Smartzone.  This has never been a problem before, but for some reason now, I cannot access the voice mail when I sign into my account.  I can access my email.  When I hit voice, it gives me a page that says learn more about Xfinity voice.  When I click that, it gives me the different voice packages.  I already have phone service through Comcast, and have not had previous problems accessing my voicemail online.  Am I now shut out of this online access to my voice mail for some reason?  Or is this a way for Comcast / Xfinity to now upsell customers on previously-available services?  I am not pleased with this change in service.  Please tell me what's going on with my account.

    In the existing environment there are two AD sites, Two AD and Two exchange server 2010 (ALL roles) are in 1st AD sites. And another one AD and Two exchange server 2010 (ALL roles) 2nd AD sites.
    user cannot facing any problem to login using owa and outlook on 1st AD sites. but user when trying to login owa/outlook on 2nd sites, they facing problem.
    The Error "A server configuration change is temporarily preventing access to your account. Please close all Internet Explorer windows and try again in a few minutes. If the problem continues, contact your helpdesk"
    Need suggestion regarding this issue. please suggest in details how to resolve this issue.
    If you need more information i will provide you. Please suggest. I'm waiting for the reply.

    Thought so. It's funny that's the 2nd strange email I've gotten today. The first one was from a Funeral home "EUBanks" it said I had a friend who died and they are holding the services and to view the full invitation by clicking here. I looked them up and it's a real place in Texas but at the bottom of their website they had a warning that these fraudulent emails are being sent out. Crazy day! Thanks for your help.

  • New iPad 4G internet access lost during Skype video calls, also to all apps...

    i have the New (3rd generation) iPad 4G 32 Gb and i noticed that i totally lost internet connection during Skype video calls. The wifi signal is full but loosing the internet connection. Trying other apps like safari after the failure i don't have also internet access. After turninmg off & on afain wifi from iPad's settings everything returns to normal state.
    No other wifi problems when not using Skype for iPad, no problems with Facetime or any other application, no problem with any other device, i also have an iPhone 4 and an iPhone 3GS without any connection or internet problems.
    Any idea? Is it a Skype problem, or iPad's know wifi problem?

    I also noticed the same problem not only using Skype, but with other application also.
    Wifi signal is full, but loosing internet connection.
    Any idea please ? Have to return it back for repair ? It's only 2 weeks old....

  • Centro no longer syncing AFTER desktop access lost datebook

    Forgive me if my terminology is not 100% accurate. I've used a palm since 2002 and NEVER have issues. I opened my desktop today to find all my datebook lost. Everything else was intact.  I retrieved it from my last backup (not as recent as it should have been, but not devestatingly so!).  Now I am trying to Sync and I am getting hung up on "5 of 19 backups," which is apparently the datebook syncing according to the hotsync manager. I then I have to ctr+alt+del to close down both the manager and Access. I've tried having it syncronize both, have the handheld overwrite the desktop and have removed most other programs syncing so just the datebook is being synced. 
    I am not super computer savvy, but enough so to manage what I've done so far! It seems like an Access issue, as all was working fine and is working fine on my phone.  I have no idea why suddenly all the info was gone. I installed 6.2.2 a few months back. Prior to that I've had no issues and had my centro about a year and half at that point.

    OK, now I've removed everything but datebook from the synchronization process and it's still hung up on "5 of 19" during the sync - it crashes and so does Access.  I'm setting it to Synchronize the files because, ultimately, that's what I need it to do.  I have three young kids at home (plus sometimes friends), so sitting on the phone with tech support is not easy. But if that seems like the best options, I'll do that the next time I have some kid free time. But if anyone has any ideas, please share!

  • Microsoft Outlook Online Access

    I have finally gotten my phone to recieve emails from my Outlook Access online, however, now it seems as though my messages are delayed by anywhere from 5minutes to 30minutes.  Is there a setting I can change to get them quicker, or am I just SOL and need to suck it up and let it be?

    Oops!  Make sure you've downloaded Backup Assistant to device . You can only view contacts for the number that is currently signed in. If you're trying to access Backup Assistant for other lines on your account, please sign off and sign in with that number.
    I am signed in with the correct phone and it is installed.  Please help!

  • Screen went black, restarted to 0:01 on 01/01/01 and keychain access lost

    I just had my screen go black and the computer shut down completely. Upon restart after pressing the power button, it powered to 0:01 on 01/01/01 and lost keychain access (WiFi). I restarted it a second time about 5 minutes later and these were restored. However, this is the second time this has happened in less than two days. The first time was at 2am and the screen went black and I had to boot it back up with the power button after determining that it wasn't asleep (which it would have no reason to be, I had just gone to brush my teeth).
    I've noticed that both times it happened was while it was plugged in and I moved with it. I am extremely careful with my Mac (it cost an arm and leg and I've been very happy with it until now), and I handle it gently so it cannot be due to me setting it down hard. Also, it doesn't recognize the power adapter after the restarts. It's been about 20 minutes now and it still doesn't show that it is being charged nor is the adapter lit.
    The first time, the keychain access and date came to within about 15-20 minutes after the initial restart. This second time, I just restarted the computer again and all was well.
    I'm really concerned as I've only had it for four months (purchased brand new). While this is a much better crash to length-of-ownership ratio than I had with my PC's, I was thrilled that my MBP had been flawless thus far.
    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The other forum topics I found with this same issue all reported having to seek warranty work. I have no idea how I could be without it right now and I'm leaving for holiday in a week where I'll need it for studying and writing my dissertation.

    Your AppleCare coverage is international, I'm not sure who told you it would't be covered however I'm pretty sure they were flat wrong. Call AppleCare and if you are questioned about where you bought the machine ask to speak to a supervisor, explain your situation, have all your receipts and documentation ready and you should be able to get help. At a minimum if the machine is less than a year old you have a warranty and should take it to your local Apple Store.
    As far as update ONLY install updates that specifically designed for your machine.

    I have a SharePoint Online E3 site kbhp2-public.SharePoint dot com  on which I have created an Access Web App.  Now, I need to use an External Content Type to access the underlying database tables, which I understand to be stored somewhere
    in Azure.  The ID of the server is bxh1ixb9lo.database.windows.net and the ID of the database is db_9857fa7d_4bf1_4558_be8c_24543b041e2.
    I have done the following so far:
    Set Metadata Store Permissions
    Created Secure Store credentials Mapping
    But when I opened the SharePoint site in SharePoint Designer and clicked on External Content Types, I get the Message:
    The business data connectivity metadata store is currently unavailable.
    Any guidance you can give me will be greatly appreciated

  • Extreme HD on demand online access not working

    Recently just had the triple play installed which includes Extreme HD. Everything is working fine except I'm not able to access any of the on demand shows online for the networks I'm a subscriber to. If I try CNN online it just gives me a CNN page saying I have to login (I am logged into my verizon main account when I try to access the online on demand), if I try TNT or TBS they show me a key symbol when I try to view online episodes and tells me to login. I sent a trouble ticket to tech support for this but haven't had any reply yet.
    Anyone run into this issue of l8?

  • Online access, Cable Menu & Cable Boxes

    My comment is related to Verizon's online account access.  I do everything online and Verizon's online account access if by far the slowest and has the most issues.  I have used multiple browser types and always experience issues.  Are these issues a common concern and being worked on?
    I also find the cable Menu is constantly changing (at least a few times a year).  Is this going to be kept consistent at some point so it is more user friendly?
    These 2 issues, in addition to previous expresses issues with Verizon cable boxes I am hoping to see some resolution for such an expensive product.
    Verizon has been good about giving me valued customer discounts but without these discounts and combined with my expressed issues I am not sure I would continue my service.

    is there any way beyond ethernet cable, to extend my airport extreme coverage to get to an airport express that is beyond its coverage?
    Assuming that the broadcast power of the AirPort Extreme is at the default 100%, there is unfortunately not much that you can do other than minimize obstructions in the signal path, or change the location of either the AirPort Extreme, AirPort Express, or both.
    Here, I am assuming that you want the AirPort Express to "extend" the wireless signal.
    If it is not possible to relocate the devices, and you cannot run the Ethernet cable (by far the best solution), you might want to try a pair of Ethernet powerline adapters to send an "Ethernet" signal over the existing AC powerlines in your home.
    Since powerline is always a bit "iffy", it would be a good idea to understand the store's return policy in case things do not work out as hoped.
