Voices Installer for Captivate 7

I just downloaded the voices installer for Adobe Captivate. But every time I click the zipped folder, it gives the message "The compressed zipped folder is invalid".
Please advise where to the download the valid voices installer from?

Hi Rick,
It may not be unusual for the download to fail or file get corrupted.....but the actual point in question here is that how come a company like 'Adobe' cannot fix such glictches or for that matter, with all the brilliant software experts working for them, they have overlooked such bugs.
It took nearly 12 hours for the file to download and right in the last minutes of the downloading....... the error comes up showing that the file is 'Invalid'. (A file downloaded from the Adobe website is Invalid.......how ridiculous is that)
Though this may not seem like a big problem to Adobe, but the fact is....... this is a big problem for Adobe, for such instances only push people to resort to piracy or go after other options. 
I appreciate your trying to help me Rick, but my problem is still where it was....I cannot afford a faster connection at the moment, but then again, there is no guarantee that after wasting another 12 hours the downloaded file will be even be valid or not.
