VOID button on dispute case is greyed out

Hi All,
VOID button in a dispute case change mode is greyed out. Pls through some light on how to go over activating VOID button.

I have configured status profile for VOID correctly.
Status 50, System Status 009, Low value 10 and High Value 20.
However, VOID button is still greyed out. In other system we have configured with the same status profile values and VOID button is working fine in other system. We are not able to figure out what went wrong. Is there any authorizations missing for my User ID ?. Your help in this regard is appreciated.

    Went around the long way and reinstalled Mavericks since the Mac was acting a little flakey occasionally of late, and now the  printer as once again been installed and works ok by wire. Have not yet had time to try to connect wirelessy yet, so...

    I had the same problem until this moring. Using Google, go to the black bar (+you, search, images, more) and hit +you. That should activate the Plus key. Hope it works with your ipad, too.

  • How to Enable a Push Button In The Form That Is Always Greyed Out?

    I am trying to enable an existing "Return" Push Button(PB) which is always greyed out whenever the form is called in either an update or review mode. After some research, I found that this PB's functional property is "Enabled" (i.e. the enabled value = 'Yes'), and it is coded programatically set 'Off' in 30 places and 'On' in 2 places in the form that I inherit from my predecessor by using the following code:
    SET_ITEM_ON_OR_OFF('BLK_UPDATE.PB_RETURN', <XXXXX>);
    Where <XXXXX> could be either TRUE or FALSE. I've been spending a lot of time in trying to enable this "Return" PB (without modifying the existing programming code) by adding the 'SET_ITEM_ON_OR_OFF' built-in command to set the PB on in WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED TRIGGER for the PB_RETURN and WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE Trigger, but all tries in vain. Could you please help me with the following question?
    What is the easiest way to enable a PB that is set programmatically?
    Is there something else I should know to enable a PB, in addition to what I have already mentioned above?

    Thanks all for your information and help. I included the following code, as suggested by Manu, in WHEN-MOUSE-DOWN TRIGGER for the PB_RETURN and WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE TRIGGER:
    SET_ITEM_PROPERTY ('BLK_UPDATE.PB_RETURN_WORK_REQ', ENABLED, PROPERTY_TRUE);
    and I made sure there was no " SET_ITEM_ON_OR_OFF('BLK_UPDATE.PB_RETURN_WORK_REQ', FALSE);" statements after the above code, but, the "Return" PB is still in grey; in other words, it is still not accessible when my form is called.
    Perhaps, I need to place the above SET_ITEM_PROPERTY code in a different trigger other than the triggers mentioned above, uh? Any thoughts on this?

    You are absolutely right that the "SET_ITEM_ON_OR_OFF" is an ih-house written procedure which is defined/stored in the Attached Libraries. (I should have checked before making the "built-in" assumption. Thanks for catching and clarifying this.) Please help me with the following questions:
    How do I view the procedure in the Attached Libraries???

  • Applications with two deployment types makes uninstall button in software center "greyed" out.

    SCCM 2012 R2 running on Windows server 2012 with Windows 7 clients.
    We are publishing applications to users that are available (not required), so that they can be downloaded from the application catalog web site. We have som applications that needs more then one deployment type (different pre requirements depending
    on OS architecture) and when I create two deployment types for one Application the uninstall button in Software center is greyed out? If i remove one of the deployment types so there is just one, well then the Uninstall button is available again.
    An example is Itunes. I publish one Itunes application to the store that has two deployment types, one for X86 and another for X64 with requirments on OS architetcure. the correct version gets installed but the uninstall button is not possible to use. If
    i remove one of the deployment types then the deployment button is not greyed out.
    Is this a bug?

    We will be installing CU3 this Friday. During the next week or so, I will deploy the CU3 client to the workstations.
    I do not believe that the uninstall button issue will be addressed with this update either, according to what I have read so far.
    If, by some small yet profound miracle, my uninstall button regains full functionality, I will gladly let all of you know.
    I would hope that Microsoft would address this issue seriously, as I am sure the rumblings of dissatisfaction are beginning to grow louder with each passing CU that ignores the problem.

    Having trouble generating any new emails; The Write button in the toolbar is greyed out. Does anybody know why?

    Try to reset default.
    Right click on the Write button and select 'Customise'
    click on 'Restore default set' button.
    click on 'Done to close window.
    Please check to see if any addons are conflicting by restarting in Safe Mode.
    Help > Restart with addons disabled.
    If it works in TB Safe Mode then maybe an addon is causing a conflict.
    You would have to enable all addons - restart as normal and then gradually disable each in turn to see which one is the problem.
    Please post image of the top section showing all the toolbars and their buttons.

  • Customer line items ...dispute case

    Friends,
    when i go into the customer line item report (FBL5N) and click on a record it opens up a page where we see a button for 'Dispute Case'and i went there and changed the reason for case and saved it and came back to the fbl5n customer line item screen and checked the record against which i changed the reason for case, but it didnt changed the reasion on the record but when i go into the record and try to view it in additional details it shows me the one i have made changes. not able to understand why it is not showing in the list of line items when it is showing inside the record details that it has been changed,even i did refreshed it . Our end user wants to see the changed reason code on the line items page wich is on the AR side when we change the reason for case on the dispute side.
    its kind of urgent please put some light onto it, any help would be highly appreciable...

    sounds like changing the ALE from system 1 to the other system.
    However I doubt it will be that easy.
    I believe that could should contact SAP SLO to work out the best route for data migration.

  • PDF password security greyed out while saving a PDF MP Navigator

    I am unable to set a password for pdf's that I scan with MP Navigator. I have been doing it for years, but now it has greyed out. It is not selectable. I recently upgraded my mobo and did a clean reinstall. The problem occurred before the upgrade and now remains despite full reinstalls of everything. The preferences button provides no way to turn passwords on or off. The Set... button shows password security also greyed out.
    Win 7 Home premium 64 bit, 8GB, 250GB SSD root drive, Core i7. MP navigator EX 5.1. Pixma MP 895.

    A simple way is to flatten the form fields, which converts the field appearances to regular page contents. You can do this with JavaScript or PDF Optimizer (Advanced > PDF Optimizer > Discard Objects > Flatten form fields).   • Greying out variable on the seclection screen

    Hello Experts,
    I need to grey out a variable ("X") on the selection screen in our BI7.0 system. The variable has been used in the query but as per the bussiness requirements this variable should not be changed by the end user.
    Currently, as per the security structure that we have designed we have restricted that variable to a certain value,but when the user executes the corresponding workbook he is able to delete this value from that variable and executes report. He deletes the value by clicking on delete button or by just backspacing.
    Our requirement is either he should not be allowed to do this i.e neither use backspace on that variable or use the delete button or we need to grey out this particular variable. Or even he deletes this value when he tries to execute the report he should be thrown an error saying not authorised.

    Thanks for your prompt response. Can you please let me know the steps of doing the same. Unfortunately, I didnot understand the meaning of the sentence:-

    Just FYI, We have maintained that variable in characteristics restriction in BI3.5 in query designer. But still it is not getting restricted as per the requirment.
    We have restricted the variable in security authorisations and also in the query designer we have maintained the processing type of this variable as authorisation due to which when the user execute the workbook on his i/p selection screen he gets a default value but then he backspaces or delete that value using the delete function and executes the report he is able to view the data.Later when he tries to filter on that variable in that report he gets a message saying you are not authorised. Bussiness wants us that the user should not be able to backspace or delete that variable. or else even if he does he should not be able to get the report he should get a message saying you are not authorised. Bussiness doesnot approve the variable to be mandatory.
    Can you please guide. In anticipation of your reply. Thanks in advance for your co-operation.
