Hi Experts,
I have to take back void check in system because. this check is already cleared in bank & after my person is void this check so in system i cant make the reconciliation for this check. Please provide the solution

Can any one through some light one the following issue, i am not understanding. What is Void check, why should get a void check when it is void. please explain me clearly.
The ticket is related to APP (automatic payment program). The user is having a problem with the issuance of a payment. According to the Vendor master data the Vendor should get void cheque through payment run. But the particular vendor has issued a live cheque instead of a void cheque.
Solution: The problem was with the Vendor master data. There was an alternate payee in the Vendor master. The alternate payee (Vendor) had payment method cheque. So the system selected the payment method C of alternate payee (Vendor)
In SAP S04 we have certain Inter-company vendors we settle by issuance of a voided check - actual settlement takes place in legacy systems - and others where we issue a live check to settle. We thought that the payment method coding (C or I) determined which action would take place but we see exceptions to this. We need to know the actual triggers. Vendor 4000234 is Coded I but gets a live check? Vendor 400109 is coded CT but gets a voided check? What determines whether to issue a live or voided check?

Vendor Replication and Different Back-end Systems

Hello,
Currently, we have vendor replication were the vendor number from the back-end is used in SRM-EBP. Now, we want add another back-end but there are vendor number conflicts. Is there a way to configure it so that the new back-end replicaition generates new numbers in SRM-EBP?
Honestly, there should be a cleansing and alignment of vendor numbers between the two back-end systems. However, that is big task that the organization doea not want to take on at this time.
Has anyone encounter this issue and how did you resolve it?

Error : No valid R/3 Back-end system

Hi CRM gurus,
I'm trying to connect SAP CRM 5.0 to SAP ECC 5.0.
When I launch trx R3AS for downloading the first object of the list coming from Best Practise (DNL_CUST_ACGRPB), I am getting the above error: "No valid R/3 Back-end system."
Now the point is that RFCs work smoothly, administration console as well and R/3 view CRMRFCPAR was filled correctly.
Where is the problem? I'm looking into, but without results.
Any suggestions in this issue will be rewarded.

Gray screen on start up and not able to repair hard disk and not able to take back up.

My macbook pro bought in early 2011 with snowleopard software and than upgraded to lion is now running on system 10.7.5 .
My problem is i get a gray screen on startup with apple logo and spinning ball.
I tried all the solutions mentioned in the apple support for "gray screen appears during start up". This Disk utility says that the Hard disk cant be repaired.
Before i format my disk and erase all data and install Mac os x again, i want to take back up on a external hard disk. I bought a new 2tb external hard disk so that i can take a back up.
As i try to take the backup of the image, it gives me an error "cannot allocate memory"
i tried to change the configuration from compressed to read/write and tried different encrption methods but unable to take backup.
i sometimes get error "input/output".
how do i take a backup. somebody please help

See OS X- Gray progress bar appears under Apple logo during startup. If you need to reinstall OS X, then do this:
Reinstall Lion, Mountain Lion, or Mavericks without erasing drive
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported then click on the Repair Permissions button. When the process is completed, then quit DU and return to the main menu.

Need help designing New Back up system

500GB TC decided to retire on its own. Probably will get new 2TB TC on way home today. When one drive goes...so I am doing my eqivalent of Spring cleaning of my externals. Never having a real back up system I am looking for some help. Here is what I am woroking with: 2.4Ghz Core 2 w 4B of 667 DDR on both iMAc and Macbook (not upgradeable to Mountain Lion) MacBook has the large drive (320GB) iMac (250GB?)
External Desk top Drives:
2TB WD My Book Studio LX (contains copies of documents, photos, video, and aperture library....right now holding almost everything while I am cleaning and consolidating data.)
1.5 TB Seagate Free Agent Desk Top (in the process of 7 pass wipe)
1 TB Seagate Free Agent Drive (iTunes) 650GB/1TB
2-500GB G Drives (FW400/USB)
450GB WD older version My Book (FW 800/400/USB) used to use this as my TM for my Mac Book
PORTABLES:
1- 500GB Free Agent Go (FW800mini USB)
1- TB Free Agent Go Flex
My goal is the following:
Create a system that backs up my main photo/Videos , Aperture 3 Main Library, iTunes. Each on seperate External HD's that will also work with a TC using TM to BU laptop and Desktop
One External Hard Drive for my Aperture Library ( I will clean them all up and merge them to make a Master Referenced Aperture Lib that I will use in conjunction with the potrables to edit the projects.) Current AP3 Lib all in all could be 700GB
One External for Photo's ( Master File of "Negatives"- right out the camera/card, no editing, nothing just a copy of the card and the original DCS fie names, put into a named folder) I burn a copy of every card as a second BU. I would like to make a BU of this drive. Currently data ranges in the 600-800GB range, should be towards lower side after removal of duplicates.
One External for iTunes (Currently resides on 1 TB Seagate and has room to grow. Probably is good where it is. Have lots of music you cant get anymore (ie Napster) and many CD's so library isn't all downloads and NO, I haven't gone to iTunes Match.
A Back up system that will make a copy of Aperture, Photos, Itunes ( incrementals of these external)
Additonal Info: I have a DropBox Account (+100GB) and use it relgiously as my DOCUMENTS folder and basic "Carry All". I will be adding the $299 2TB Time Capsule as I need the wireless router. I plan to wipe, erase/repartion and defrag the portables, G-Drives, the 1.5 TB Seagate and the 450GB WD (Using Drive Genius). I will have to check to see if I hae any OEM Seagate or WD BU software, if not I am open to suggestions on what software to use. I really hope not to spend anything if possible of BU Software.
I will plan to purchase a 4-6TB drive in the future to serve as the Master Backup Drive, but for now this is the configuration I have to work with. I appreciate the time and the help. This forum has been beyond useful and a great time saver.

Pbrn under MY VERIZON locate your device and go to SUPPORT/HOW TO USE/APP .. it will walk you through the set up, if your are still having problems hit troubleshooting from right there and it will troubleshoot the app for you..

MOPZ - Error during call of SAP back end system

Hi Experts,
I have this error during MOPZ - "select OS/DB dependent files" and following option as well.
I have checked SAP NOTE 982045, but still cannot solve the issue.
SM59 - SAP-OSS and SAPOSS connection test is successful.
I have no idea what else is going wrong. kindly advise id you have any idea.

there are following things you can do
1. log on to your SAP Router
2. check entries in SAPRoutab.
3. Telnet SAPSERV2 (Sap responding server) (Tcode oss1 will give you details of which SAP serve you are connecting ) on port 3299
4. if you are able to telnet SAPserve from your Router server then raise the call to SAP and ask whether they can reach your saprouter or not
5. check /etc/services files and check for service 3299 defined or not
6. telnet local Router server with port 3299
7 try to download Sap Note from SNOTE in you solman system.

Error with Voided Check

Hi all, I am having an issue with a check that appears to be voided. When running FCHX to extract the check to be sent to the bank we get a failure message saying the check is invalid. I tried to run FCHG to reverse the voiding of the check but it tells me that check data does not exist. I then tried to run FCHE to delete the check and that did not work either, I received an error message saying only manually voided checks can be deleted. I either need to update the database so the check looks like it has been extracted or delete the check. If I can't do either than FCHX will continue to fail for that check when we run it. Anyone have any ideas?

With note 1014716 the below mentioned behaviour was introduced
in standard, with this the system checks that the name in the
check PAYR-ZNME1 is blank that is contains only (CO) values ' .'. Then
the error FIBL010 is shown as in your case.
According to SAP standard system design, a check should contain correct
payee information. If it is blank, the above error is
shown as you have already noticed in the standard coding.

Void check needs reset

HI All,
We have voided a check by mistake, and when I go reset the check information in FCHG using 3rd option" reset void information", system dispalys the message "no check exist which meets the selection critria".so it didn't work. When I go to FCHE delete voided check,sysetm issues message" Only unsed check voided manually can be deleted." So I reached a dead end.Any idea what to do next. Thanks

Capacity check problem in Project system

hi,
i have some questions for the Capacity check problems in Project System.
1. if one Person is assigned to diffierent Work Centers, for example, person A is assigned to Work Center 01 under Plant 01, and Work Center 02 under Plant 02, how can i do the Capacity check?
if i want to use A of Work Center 01 in the Project, the System will only check the Capacity of 01, or both of 01 and 02?
2. What is the Pooled Capacity?

1.Capacity check takes place at plant level itself..
2.Pooled capacity:- This is created separately in [u wil find in PP] and this capacity can be used by different work centers.

If iCloud Backup is turned on in Settings->iCloud->Backup
The iPhone will backup automatically, when its plugged in, locked, and connected to Wifi.
So if you let it charge while connected to wifi recently for a few hours and did not use it, it probably backed up.
If you can still access the iPhone, you can check the date of the last iCloud backup in Settings->iCloud->Backup

i am in testing client , mistakenly i voided the unsed checks in fch3 , how can i fix this or unvoid, or what would be the best solution if i want to use the check number starting with the next check number used last.
please let me know.

Hi,
Once a check is voided it cannot be undone. However, there is no harm if a unused check is voided. Check register gets updated for the voided checks. When you print the checks next time, system will automatically pick the next available number after the voided checks.

Create SPK at plant 1000 with below settings,
Plant =1000
Spy type= 70
Proc type= E
Special proc type= E
Activate " withdrawl .alter.plat" check box
Issuing plant = 2000
Assign the Same SPK for component in plant 1000 at MRP view not for Header material.
And Run the MRP for Header material at plant 1000 and check ths requirement would have creatd for Component at plant 2000 .

HP Backup backs up many folders that are useless, most of your personal files should be in a folder with your old user name in the "Users" folder. This Backup app is also known to be a pain.
As for why you got the error, which sounds like all files were not extracted, that could be a faulty DVD, something caused a bad write to DVD,etc.
If you don't see a 'Users' folder, I would probably start by deleting the folder created on Desktop and make a new one either on desktop or in My Documents. Next copy files from each DVD to that new folder. From the folder try running the .EXE file again to see if any better results.
One other suggestion-go into Control Panel, Folder Options and check to be sure 'Hidden files' are shown.
If all else fails, install 7Zip and try it to extract the .WIM files.
