VoIP Auto Dialer for testing numbers

We are porting several thousand numbers over to SIP connectivity via the carrier in a couple of weeks. I need to find an auto dialer of sorts that will allow me to input a range of phone numbers and then have the dialer dial each number and report back on the status - fast busy, ring, voicemail, or whatever. I would love to rely on the carrier and their reporting information, but many hundreds of these lines are too critical to not actually test with an actual call. Doe anyone know of a good application that can do what I am describing?
Thanks.
Tom

Some carriers use Empirix Hammer, but it is not cheap, will do exactly what you are describing:

  • Auto increment for order numbers

I am not sure on how to approach this and if its a backend or
    frontend issue (PHP/MySQL).
Generally when you order something online the site will give
you an order number that is naturally unique from other orders. I
have the order_id field which is a primary key and auto_increments
starting at "1". Is there a way to make it start at a higher number
like 100000 or would that be a bad idea? Basically, I don't want
the user to know they are order #1.
Or would it be more wise (or even possible) to make another
field that auto_increments starting at the higher number and leave
the original order_id starting at 1? If that's the case, how would
I do that? Is it controlled by PHP or MySQL?

Those order numbers are usually segmented. For instance, some
    of it is
based on the order date, some of it on your customer ID, some
    of it serial,
or perhaps many other things, even your ZIP code or the
    dollar amount. You
could construct that number at either end once you decide how
    you want it
    done.

  • Auto correct of ordinal numbers in Keynote

I use dates a lot in my Keynote presentations and I was wondering if there is an auto correct for ordinal numbers (e.g. to automatically change the st in 1st to superscript). I know I can do it manually, but it would save time.

Thanks for the responce. actually when delivery list is displayed it is required to copy those serial numbers and click on tick to get it registered for delivery but problem is it is not accepting the ticked serial numbers so to perform activity copying of serial numbers is used. I hope now u have understood my problem.

  • Can Lync 2013 work as IVR (auto-attendant ) for dialing Lync users?

    Hi All,
Can Lync 2013 works as IVR (Auto-attendant) for dialing lync users?
We want to migrate IVR from Nortel to Lync 2013. PSTN users call auto.attendant for dialing Lync users instead to dialing 1 for sales, etc?

    Hi,JOSE,
There are two types of Response group, one is IVR group and the other is hunt group,if you would like to route the callers to a special queue without asking any question then you can use the hunt group, otherwise you can use the IVR group.

  • MupdfPage: an add-on for mupdf for auto-loading/saving page numbers

I love MuPDF, but it doesn't store page number before you exit as other viewers do. I wrote a new header 'pdfpage.h' under the 'apps' directory and hacked 'pdfapps.c' a bit so that now it auto-saves and loads page numbers. The hack is based on a svn version, which keeps changing and makes patching hard, so I put my hacks in the README.txt.
The source can be retrived here: https://github.com/kaikaizi/mupdfPage/
    To use, clone latest source:
    git clone git://git.ghostscript.com/mupdf.git
drop 'pdfpage.h' into apps directory, and apply the 4 changes in 'pdfapps.c'.

Check out llpp and zathura. The former uses mupdf to render PDFs, the latter can (with a plugin). Both are very fast (llpp just FLIES), and have that auto-loading/saving page numbers. And, zathura has genious keybindings.
    But cool project. Thanks.

  • Auto dialer not calling out

    Hi
I have a water alarm that I can connect to my BT phone line.  It will call the programmed numbers if there is a water leak.
However, I can't get it to call out using my BT phone line.
I have taken the devie round to a friend's house and tried it on their phone line - it works perfectly.
I live in a flat (as does the friend I tested it with).  I have also tried it in another flat in the block who has a BT line and it also didn't work using theirs.
    I have broadband from PlusNet.
I can make and receive calls perfectly using my phone - it is just the auto dialer that doesn't work.
Can anyone help?  Could there be a problem with my line that is stopping the auto dialer from working.  Maybe it dials the numbers too quickly for my line - although it does work at my friend's place.
    Many thanks
    rigby44

The dialler must be set to use tone dialling and not loop disconnect.
Loop disconnect will quite often fail if the circuit has broadband on it, as the broadband filters distort the DC pulses.
Loop disconnect will not be supported on the future 21CN phone network, and manufacturers have been told to phase it out.
There are some useful help pages here, for BT Broadband customers only, on my personal website.

  • Auto dialer

auto dailer (sip dialer) is dialing the customer number starts with 5XXXXXXX but when customer number is 6XXXXXX or 7XXXXXX is not dialing. Seems to be sip dialer configuration in Voice gateway is having issue. WE have check the PRI cabability to dial all the numbers it is ok. could any one share the sample working configuration of VG, it will hep me to fix this issue.

if its using the same VG for dialing out, please check dial-peer configuration. may be for 5XXXXXXX it would be in place and not for other patterns.

  • I just upgraded to Firefox 5. How can I get a copy of Firefox 4. The new version does not work with Skype's auto dialer.

How can I get a copy of the previous version of Firefox? The latest version (5) does not support Skype's auto dialer. I use this tool to be more productive.

Due to security vulnerabilities, rolling back to Firefox 4.0.1 is not recommended.
If Firefox disabled some add-ons (especially extensions), it likely is because they include a list of compatible Firefox versions and haven't yet been updated for Firefox 5. If they worked on Firefox 4, there is a good chance they will work on Firefox 5.
You can force Firefox to ''ignore'' add-on version restrictions by (what else) installing an add-on. Then you can test whether the add-ons important to you actually work in Firefox 5.
    [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/add-on-compatibility-reporter/ Add-on Compatibility Reporter :: Add-ons for Firefox]
After you install this add-on and restart Firefox, there will still be a message that "--- is incompatible with Firefox 5.0" but the add-on will be enabled and a Disable button will appear for that entry.
Please report back on your results.

  • UC540 Auto Dial

    Hello everybody,
We have setup a UC540 at a clients office, and now they are asking if we can setup a Auto Dialer, so they can put a bunch of phone numbers and the system will call those phone numbers and read a small script. Basically like have the system cold-call.
Does anybody know how this can be done? or if there is a script that we can use? or any other way that this can be accomplished.

  • How do I get rid of + in auto dial messages

I am in China and purchased a sim card from China Mobile and switched the mobile network on the phone so that I could use in China.  When I call someone from contacts, the phone call gets a wrong number.  I believe it is because of the + that gets placed in front of the number.  When I punch in the phone number the call goes through.  How do I get rid of the + on auto dials?

    Hi michasr,
This is smart-dialing feature, by which can set a default country code and area code for phone numbers so that you do not have to dial a country code and area code each time that you make a call.
To Set the default country code and area code:
From the Home screen, press the Send key.
    Press the Menu key.
    Click Options.
    Click Smart Dialing.
Set the Country Code and Area Code fields.
If necessary, set the Local Country Code and International Dialing Digits fields.
In the National Number Length field, set the default length for phone numbers in your country.
    Press the Menu key.
    Click Save.
Note: When you calculate the default length for phone numbers, include your area code and local number, but do not include your country code or the National Direct Dialing prefix.

  • Auto-dial extension in email on iPhone

I've seen how you can auto-dial extensions on the iPhone for contacts by inserting commas, etc. I'm trying to get the same functionality in appointments and emails. For example, for Blackberry users, I can type 866.252.0050 x1098022# and it will automatically dial the extension (or conf bridge ID) after the 866 number on queue from the user. I've tried 866.252.0050,,,1098022# and 866.252.0050pp1098022# in emails to the iPhone. It shows the entire string as dial-able (underlined and blue) and asks me if I want to dial it when I tap on it but then it doesn't do anything, just goes back to the email.
Here's the use case, we have people traveling all over the place and use conference bridges a lot. When they're walking, it is difficult to find something write the extension on. It would be much easier to provide them a way to automatically dial the extension.
Any suggestions or tips and tricks?

There is a great app to do this.
Dial My Meeting is an app that automatically extracts your conference call information from your meeting invitations, and dials them for you.  It has dialed over 50,000 numbers to date (July 2012) and is rated 5 stars in the App Store and Google Play.  This is a must-have app!
I may receive some form of compensation, financial or otherwise, from my recommendation or link.

  • N73 auto dial out???

    Hello all,
Anyone has experienced N73 auto dial out without the owner/user knowing that it is dialling out to valid phone numbers? I have checked the auto-redial and this feature is not activated. So i am wondering if anyone of you have experience this problem before?

    Hi,
I am getting the same problem with my N73. But the thing is it is redialling when i am on one call. It is auto dialling the last dialled call, even while i am still on the call.
For example, I have tried a number earlier & now also i am calling the same number means, then the same number is dialled again. This is happeneing to me only when I have connected my headset with the mobile.
More over in most cases, i am unable to dial a number immediately. Sometimes it takes 4 to 5 times to make a call. If i dial, it automatically disconnects.
    Is it a firmware problem?
Nokia team has to reply for this issue. I am getting annoyed because of this.
Will Nokia make any update in the next firmware update to give a autolock facility? Because of this, i am forced to install AUTOLOCK software and I dont like that too.Message Edited by bkar81 on 28-Sep-200708:08 AM

  • How can I set up auto respond for email

How can I set up auto respond for email?

    Hey there jimmac169,
It sounds like you want to have the Mail app automatically reply to emails that come in. You can do this in the app itself, but in order for the function to work, Mail needs to be open. Take a look at this info from the following article:
Mail (Yosemite): Reply to, forward, or redirect messages
Automatically reply to or forward messages
Mail must be open before it can automatically forward or reply to messages. If you want to send automatic replies when Mail isn’t open—like when you’re on vacation—check with the provider of your email account.
Choose Mail > Preferences, then click Rules.
Click Add Rule, then type a name for the rule.
Indicate whether any or all of the conditions must be true for the rule to be applied.
Set the conditions that determine which messages to automatically reply to or forward.
Choose options from the “Perform the following actions” pop-up menu.
Forward messages: Choose Forward Message from the first pop-up menu, then enter the email addresses where you want to receive the forwarded messages. Click Message, then enter any text you want to include with the forwarded message. For example, you could explain that you’re automatically forwarding messages.
Reply to messages: Choose “Reply to Message” from the first pop-up menu, click “Reply message text,” then enter your reply. Mail includes the full text of the original message in your reply.
    Click OK.
Carefully consider the rules you create. If they’re too broad, messages can be sent inadvertently or create loops (replies to replies you sent). If possible, test the rules.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
    All the very best,
    Sterling
