Volume licence for teams

I am trying to deploy an installation of Creative Cloud for teams, we have a studio of 12 Macs that all use the same build image. We have a high turnover of freelancers and no single Mac is tied to an email address. I really need a volume licence I can install on a single build and just install it onto the rest of the Macs.
I can't contact Adobe in anyway at all, can anyone else help me?
The invite a user by email to join a team just doesn't work in our set up, is there an alternative?

Hi,
Enterprise customer have an option to purchase Creative Cloud for Enterprise. CCE is based on anonymous deployment.
Here Anonymous deployment means:
1. Identity of user is not known
2. It admin License on behalf of institution
3. Admin portal does not show activation (IT maintains deployment record)
4. Useful in Labs
5. Offline Activation
With CCE you will be provided a Volume key that will be valid for 2/3 years.

    Welcome you post on the forum.
    The rule is: a same user code is allowed to open two sessions concurrently. This is not changed. This function is for the need a user may need both session to complete certain tasks.
    RSP has a new function to detect such case if the same B1 user are from two work stations. That is a sign to indicate this feature may be abused.

  • Download of CS6 (valid volume licence) for installation on 2nd PC

    Hi there,
    I need to download CS6 to install it on my PC. I have a valid volume licence, and the CS is running on my first PC smoothly. I thought about downloading a trial versoin of CS6 and then changing it to a full version with my serial number from volume licence (I have it in print). But the Adobe site states, that trial versions of CS6 are no longer available and instead I could download trial version of CC. But that's not much of a help, when I only have a licence for CS6....
    I take it programs in CC are different from those in CS6, aren't they?

  • Volume licences for Universities

    I represent a very large university with significant media department in New Zealand and many licenses for Final Cut Pro. We contacted our Apple software official supplier about purchasing Final Cut Pro X and were told it was no longer on their price list (not available to them anymore), and that staff would have to purchase using their personal App Store account and then get reimbursed the purchase price.
    IS THIS CRAZY OR WHAT?
    I then contacted Apple Australia who had no idea (poor aussies), and suggested the same as the supplier or to "wait and see"
    Does anybody know what the plan is for large organisation or do they really what business to pay for software that will be licensed to individual staff, who may leave to their competition, yet still retain the software? Are Universities expected to install software on machines used by students that must them be authoried to a personal staff members App Store account?
    With LION due out in a week or so Apple had better get their **** together quick.

    Same here ... we even have a current support / update agreement in place, but can't get a copy of FCPX to evaluate (let alone the 20 seats we have already paid for)!!!
    Apple just keeps passing my emails for information  around internally ....
    For places like us, even staying on FCP 7 will be difficult, since students can't buy their own copies to work on now. New students will very quickly show up with FCPX .. and I don't even know if it will work in our environment! Teaching a tool that can't be acquired won't cut it for long!
    This is one of Apple's better stuff ups to be sure...

  • Design Premium CS5 Volume Licence

    Hi,
    My friend had a volume licence for his company and as I was doing some work for him gave me a reg code to download and install the Adobe Design Premium CS5 for my P.C., I have the code but cant seem to get it to work since my hard drive crashed. Unfortunately my friend passed away last December so I can't go and ask him for help.
    Its a long shot but is there anything I can do to get this back up and running - his company is obviously not trading anymore.

    I am sorry Paul for your loss.  Unfortunately it does not appear the transfer of license process was followed.  If you are able to contact the company to obtain the software asset then you can request the license by transferred to your possession.  You can find additional details at Transfer an Adobe product license.

    is it possible to buy a business volume licence for Final Cut Studio 2. Im going to be running five Macs in an office and need to know if I can buy the app in bulk. All computers will be networed etc. Is this possible are do I have to buy versions of the app.

    I think it's way more than 5 seats.

  • Small business licence for my team

    I got a 1 year prepaid licence for my small business and have downloaded the Creative Cloud desktop app and have downloaded the apps I need. They still say "Trial" though. What's happening here?
    Also, I thought I got a team licence. How can I share the licence with my team?

    Under the Email here in forums, there is no CC for Team. If there is any other Email ID do let us know.
    You can also log out & log back in of CC desktop app to activate the CC, Cloud-based creative software and services | Adobe Creative Cloud

  • CC for Teams Acrobat XI Pro asks for licence number

    Hi! Please help me, I'm getting desperate!
    I have a valid Creative Cloud for Teams account. Still my Acrobat XI Pro now claims that my evaluation period is over, and asks for my licence number. Quite annoying! I have tried most advices here in the forums:
    - Reinstalled Acrobat.
    - Updated Acrobat to latest version.
    - Signed out from an other CC application, signed in again from Acrobat.
    ...but the problem returns every time. By the way, CC was installed on a clean Win 7 installation, so there should be no traces from earlier versions of Adobe software.
    I have read many forum messages on this subject, so Adobe should address this problem immediately. We are not getting what we are paying for, as long as applications in CC don't work.

    There are some different procedures for installation of Acrobat under CC and I am not really familiar with them. Several folks have been asking recently. It is probably best to ask in the CC forum.

    We're a small company based in Luxembourg and we'd like to purchase Photoshop (only it). As I understood, you have a licence for small companies?
    One year subscription costs 17.99 euro per month, and a single month is 27.99 euro.
    Can we purchase Photoshop for only several months (say, Feb, May and Aug) if we're not planning to use it regularly?

    You can cancel and reinstate monthly plans as you see fit, you just miss all possible discounts when you do it that way. And well, if you only use PS once every few months the smart thing probably to do would be to learn GIMP and some other free tools, meaning you proabbaly don't use any advanced features that you coulkd not find in those free tools as well. Otherwise look into getting CC for Teams or a volume licensing plan, but those require at least a full 1 year commitment.

    Is it possible to disable access to Creative Cloud Files when using Creative Cloud software for Teams/Volume Licensing customers? We're considering moving to Creative Cloud subscriptsions instead of traditional licensing and the ability to turn this feature off would be the easiest way to comply with our company's security requirments.

    My organization wants to block access to certain services, such as storage and access to community features, available through Creative Cloud. Is this possible?
    Yes, your IT administrators can block users from accessing the online services.  The online services and their URLs are listed here.
    As an administrator, you will also be able to deploy Creative Cloud desktop applications independent of the cloud-based services using the Creative Cloud Packager. The Creative Cloud Packager is available through Creative Cloud for teams.

  • Deploying Creative Cloud for Teams via Group Policy

    Good afternoon, we are trying to deploy our Creative Cloud for Teams products.  Our ideal situation would be where we are able to deploy the Creative Cloud Software (e.g. including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc) using Group Policy, then assign the respective user licenses using the Management Console.  This would send out the email to the applicable user for them to create and Adobe ID, and use the software that has been installed.  However, we are able to install the software using Group Policy Deployment using the msi created using the Creative Cloud Packager, but any user is able to use the software on the PC, not just the person who has been assigned the licence via the console email.  Is anyone else successfully deploying in this way?

    (1) Are there a certain number of seats allotted to the team subscription and if so how many?
    (2) For a company with 6 to 8 employees who need to use various products from the Master Suite, is their an extra cost for each employee or seat?

    No, you pay per seat. Minimum one seat, maximum is however many you want to pay for.

    Same cost per user per month regardless of whether they use 1 app, some apps or all apps.
    You pay $69.99 for each seat per month. You can add, delete or reassign seats from the Admin console as required.
    6 seats x $69.99 per month = $419.94 per month
    8 seats x $69.99 per month = $559.92 per month

    we use a volume license at work for CS6 Master Collection and we need special packages for deployment.
    where can i find infos about CC for teams (or whatever the name is)?
    is the licensing still done via files for CC or do we need a internet connection to activate the software?
    at least there must be a way to download all CC apps at once and install them or create a deployment package?

    You do need an internet connection for authenticating once every 99 days with "Teams". It's been announced that there is going to be a way for IT to package and deploy packages to users' workstations, but that's not available quite yet.

    What version of Essbase are you running? I think Application Manager was decommissioned in Version 6 (although it might have been Version 7). It was replaced by Essbase Administration Services(EAS). Application Manager does not need a license as it is just an administrative tool for Essbase. For the license number again it depends on the version. Later version do not have a license number, earlier versions do. In some cases you can get it from App Manager by getting server properties and it will show you. In other versions, you would start Essbase in foreground and it will show you the license as it starts. Essbase 7.16, System 9.3.1 and Version 11 do not have licenses that you have to enter.
