Von CS5 Studentenversion auf CS6 upgraden?

Hallo!
Ich hatte bisher die CS5 Studentenversion, da ich aber nicht mehr studiere und CS6 nun draussen ist möchte ich auf CS6 (normale Version) upgraden,
nun stellt sich aber die Frage, ob ich CS6 nun nochmals ganz neu kaufen muss oder ich für die Updatepreise berechtigt bin...
Weiss da jemand bescheid?

Seriennummernproblem Upgrade von CS5 Premium auf CS6 Standard

Vor einem Jahr kaufte ich das Upgrade und hatte wg. oben genanntem Problem damals schon den Support angerufen, der dann mittels eines Support-Codes die CS6 frei schaltete.
Da es den telefonischen Support nun nicht mehr gibt, wäre es schön zu wissen, wie ich jetzt zu einer Freischaltung komme bzw. wie ich diesem Problem endgültig lösen kann, da dies bei jeder Neu-Installation erneut auftreten wird.
Ich hoffe, es hat jemand eine Idee?

Studenten dürfen nur einmal pro (akademischem) Jahr kaufen, deswegen ja die Rabatte. Steht irgendwo im S&T FAQ. Auf kommerzielle Versionen upgraden kannst du natürlich später ohne Probleme. In der Regel muss das dann aber direkt über Adobe erfolgen wegen dem ganzen Seriennummernhickhack.

T60 - upgrade von Win 7 auf Win 10 wegen ATI RADEON X1400 nicht möglich

Hallo! Leider kann ich meinen T60 nicht von Windows 7 auf Windows upgraden. Es erscheint die Meldung, dass ein upgrade nicht möglich ist, da mindestens eine Komponente nicht kompatibel ist. Es handelt sich um die verbaute Grafikkarte: ATI Mobility Radeon X1400. Gibt es schon eine Lösung, bzw. wer kennt sie? Wird von LENOVO schon drann gearbeitet? Gruß, Ebbehocker

das T60 wird bislang nicht offiziell von Lenovo für Windows 10 unterstützt und ich würde auch nicht davon ausgehen, das dies noch passieren wird.
Das Problem an der Sache ist, das nicht Lenovo, sondern AMD Treiber für die Karte liefern müsste und dies ist eher unwahrscheinlich.

cs5 products (upgrade or not) are no longer available via adobe.
adobe only licenses its current products. at this time that's cs6 and cc and an upgrade to either from freehand mx is not offered.

Ungenügende Leistung von Photoshop CC auf neuem Imac 5k?

Hallo Zusammen,
Ich hoffe jemand von euch kann mir helfen!
Gestern habe ich meinen neuen Imac 5k bekommen und natürlich gleich ausprobiert. Natürlich habe ich zuerst Photoshop CC und Lightroom 5 installiert. Leider fällt mir aber bei den beiden Programmen auf, dass sie doch sehr langsam arbeiten. Am meisten fällt es auf, wenn ich mit Einstellungsebenen arbeite (z.B. Tonwertkorrekturen...) Wenn ich die Regler verschiebe hinkt Photoshop mit der Korrektur immer etwas hinterher.
Auf der Arbeit verwende ich auch Photoshop jedoch Version CS 5.5 und CS6 aber auf einem Windows Rechner. Wenn ich nun die beiden Systeme vergleiche dann verhält sich der ca. 8 Jahre alte PC um einiges schneller.
Ich habe ein Video hochgeladen, auf dem man den Unterschied sehr gut sehen kann.

Zu den beiden Systemen:
PC: Windows, 8GB Ram 3.4 Ghz Prozessor
IMac: 5k, 32GB, 4 Ghz i7 Prozessor, 4 GB Grafik
also ich denke der Imac müsste ja um einiges schneller sein.
Woran könnte es liegen, dass Lightroom und Photoshop sich so langsam verhalten.
Ich hoffe jemand von euch kann mir helfen.

Ich habe nun einige Neuigkeiten. Es scheint, unter anderem, ein problem mit der Auflösung zu sein. Ich denke dass die Adobe CC Programme nicht (noch nicht hoffe ich) mit der hohen auflösung klar kommen. Ich habe als Zweitblidschirm einen Eizo CG24W mit einer Auflösung von 1920x1280. Auf diesem laufen die Programme flüssiger. Jedenfalls ist mir das bei Illustrator CC aufgefallen.
Was jedoch das Ruckel der Einstellungsebenen angeht, da habe ich keine Lösung. Die Einstellungen sind immer noch mit einer Verzögerung.
Ich habe mittlerweile schon mit einigen CC Programmen gearbeitet und ich muss sagen, es geht. Flüssig ist jedoch anders und wirklich spass macht es so natürlich auch nicht
Ich muss zugeben, dass ich entäuscht bin vom neuen Imac. Da kauft man sich ein solch teures Gerät und leistet sich auch noch zusätzliche updates wie RAM, eine schneller Grafikkarte und schnelleren Prozessor, und schlussendlich arbeitet man noch langsamer als mit einem 8 Jahre alten Windows Gerät.
Ich hoffe natürlich, dass es noch Lösungen gib. Evtl. liegt es doch an einer Einstellung des Systems oder es werden Updates von Adobe und oder Apple geliefert, die diese Probleme lösen. (ich habe alle aktuellen Updates instelliert)
Wirklich schade. Mit der aktuellen Situation, kann ich den Imac 5k Yosemite nicht für grafische und photografische Arbeiten empfehlen.

Effekte von einem Clip auf einen anderen übertragen

Hi,
Wie kann ich in Adobe Premiere Cs5 alle optischen Effekte wie Farbkorrektur, Überblendung, Helligkeit, oder Masken von einem Clip auf einen anderen oder auf ALLE Clips in einer Sequenz übertragen?
Ich finde in den Adobe Anweisungen keine Lösung.

Habe das upgrade schon gekauft – leider sind auf der 5.5er(ID) noch PlugIn-Lizenzen (Markzware) die nur damit laufen.
Wird die Funktion der CS5.5 Programme nach nem Upgrade auf CS6 Versionen eingeschränkt, oder kann ich diese
paralell betreiben, z.b. wenn ich bei der Installation des Upgrades einen anderen Installationsort wähle …

Sorry, my question isn't about the plugins . is it possible to run ID, AI, PS in bot versions (the 5.5-ones and the cs6-ones) on one system.
My markzware subscription-plan for CS5.5 got some months to end up – and i dont want to pay a new one for ID-cs6 – thats the reason.

Can't open CS5.5 in CS6

I got a couple of CS5.5-INDD from a partner. Some of them I can open, some I can't. InDesign CS6 freezes and must be closed. I can reproduce this problem on a Windows 7 64-Bit and a Mac OS X Lion Computers with both InDesign CS6 Creative Cloud.
I asked another colleaugue to open the files in CS5.5 to save them as IDML. She can open the files without problems and create IDMLs. When she sent me those IDML though, I get the same problem as when opening the INDD: InDesign freezes.
I tried several things to get the files (CS5.5 IDML or INDD) opened:
* Reset the preset file
* Deactivate plugins
* Restart the machines
Both installations of CS6 are new and up to date. Is there anyone else having a similar problem with CS5.5 to CS6 incompatibility or any ideas on the topic?

But we can't get a crash report. Is there any other way then the described one? I can post lines from amt3.log if it helps.
That's odd. What happens when you Send Signal: Abort? Nothing? Does the app close with no crash report? Is this 10.7.3?
amt3.log isn't going to help, it's about licensing.
Did you try using a different user account? Easy to do and solves some problems, sometimes.
With repsect to the sample report, yes, Peter is correct, it appears that ID is invoking the paragraph composer. But that's not really a complete sample report, it's only 24 samples. Did you run Sample from Activity Monitor, or did you just let OSX generate it on its own from the Force Quit dialog?
Still, if there are footnote irregularities, that might be a place to start looking.
Do you have references to another InDesign document in your documents, such as documents placed inside other documents, or cross-references?
You could try installing the CS5.5 free trial and see if that replicates the problem...

Dw cs5 to Dw cs6

Hi I've just moved from Dw cs5 to Dw cs6, all the site files are in the file folder like you would expect but the pages don't open properly, just the CSS file seems to open and I'm not sure about that, and none of the associated files show on the bar above where the page opens. can any one help please Jeff

i don't believe they will be able to do that in which case you'll probably need to contact them about a refund.

CS5.5 to CS6 free upgrade - Why can't I get a disk?

I have been trying to convince someone in support at Adobe that we would like a hard copy disk of the CS5.5 to CS6 free upgrade, however they keep sending me a link to Creative Cloud even though I have talked to customer support until I am blue in the face that our IT department wants a hard copy to use for my download? We purchased the hard copy of CS5.5. Can I pay the $20 charge for the hard copy?

I purchased 5.5 and am looking to get the complimentary CS6 upgrade. Customer service for some odd reason do not want to discuss how to obrtain a disk. Last time they sent me a link to Creative Cloud ...... for what reason I do not know, except maybe this is where you can download from the internet. Our download is too slow and I need a disk.
