I am using the "License Server for Protected Streaming" and I tested http://localhost:8080/flashaccessserver/flashaccess/license/v1. the message showed "License Server is setup correctly".
When I made "demopolicy.pol" using sample java program "CreatePolicy.java", I changed "AuthenticationType.UsernamePassword" to "AuthenticationType.Anonymous". Did it cause the DRMError ploblem?

Having trouble getting Lync 2013 installed on a Windows Server 2012R2 OS.
Pool consists of Lync Server and SharePoint Server. Using Enterprise version so Databases are on separate SQL 2012 server. All machines domained. Logged in as myself who has domain admin creds.
Topology published without issue - all machines entered as FQDN using "servername.domain.net". Databases created in and showing in SQL MGMT Studio.

I suggest you should check whether or not the names are spelled correctly in the topology builder.
If this is not the case, I suggest you can create and publish a new topology.
To remove the published entry run:
remove-CsConfigurationStoreLocation
In addition, I’m a little confused about what you say “Pool consists of Lync Server and SharePoint Server.”
Do you mean that you installed Lync Server and SharePoint Server on the same box ?

REP-1070 Object not found in the object store ...

When trying to open an report file (.rdf) in Reports 6 it won't open. I get the error REP-1070 Error while saving or opening ... Object not found in the object store.
I know that in the report there is an OLE object, is that the problem? How can I save the source code when I can't open the file?

Try this..
Get the user account under which the host instance for the send port is configured.
Log-off from your server. Log back in using the service account. The account which is been used in the host instance.
Go to MMC..Select “My User Account” as opposed to “Computer account” as you did.
The import the certificate under “Personal “ folder and “Trusted Root Certification Authorities ”

MPD not found in local db

I ran pacman -Syy and then pacman -R mpd, and it said
'mpd not found, searching for group...
error: 'mpd': not found in local db'
I can reinstall it fine, with pacman -S mpd. Why does that happen?

-Qi will query packages installed.
-Ss will query packages in the repo
To the OP: Make sure you have the [extra] repo enabled in pacman.conf (although there is no reason why it should be disabled).
Otherwise, try a different mirror.

Naming Exception: Name not found for local interface in 8.1

I am trying to use local interfaces for my ejbs to call from my web application
as both are running on the same server. I am migrating from 6.1 to 8.1 and with
6.1, I was using the remote interfaces. Now, I am planning to use local interfaces
from my web application, which is deployed as part of an EAR which has my ejbs
also.

There's 2 ways to lookup local EJBs
1) Specify an ejb-link in your ejb-jar.xml. Specify an ejb-link in your
web.xml and lookup java:/comp/env/<link-name>
2) Specify a <local-jndi-name> in your weblogic-ejb-jar.xml and lookup
that name.

"Server not found error" in Music Store

I am getting a server error message when trying to download music from itunes. Is this a problem with my PC or a network issue?

On an iMac running iTunes 6.0.2 I am also getting error when I try to listen to purchased music. "We cold not complete your music store request. The server was ot found. There was an error in the Music Store" At this time I can't authorize or de-authorize this computer, although I can reach the Music Store and play the sample music there.
I hope this is just a temporary glitch. I tried downloading and re-installing 6.0.2 but that didn't help. There is a message about this error on the Apple support list, but it unhelpfully says to upgrade to 6.0.1 so It's behind the times.

How can I find apps that are not in my local iTunes Store ?

I am trying to find apps that we've seen on a friend's iPad however I cannot find them back in our local (South Africa) iStore. Is it so that the European iStore has more items to download than the South African ? Is there any way that I can get apps from another store ? E.g. I was looking for Supermania 2, Luxor HD, RealTennis, WorldCupFever but they give no results when doing a search in iTunes...

You can only buy content from the country in which you are located and you must have a valid credit card registered to an address in that same country.
Only apps and books are available in South Africa and if the apps are not in your store, according to Apples terms and conditions, you cannot purchase them.

Unable to locate or sync "Notes" app. . "Notes" app. not found at Itunes app store

I'm unable to locate the "Notes" app in my desktop iTunes App folder, however the "Notes" app is found on my iPhone and iPad ? Why am I unable to locate the "Notes" app at my desktop iTunes App folder. How can I sync the "Notes" entry information from my iPhone and iPad to my Desktop iTunes acct if the "Notes" icon is missing?. When I tried to locate the "Notes" app at the iTunes app store, I was unable to discover an identical "Notes" app icon. The "Notes" app displayed at the Apple Apps store is visually different and the description isn't a match. My "Notes" icon appears as "yellow ruled paper with a brown binding at top, labeled as "Notes".

Notes is an app that is has been included in iOS for some time if not day one. Apps included in iOS do not appear in iTunes or the Store since they are included with the iOS software. Notes syncs up with the Notes feature in Mail on the Mac. Syncing is turned on through the iPhone/iPads sync settings Info tab in the Other box.

HT1338 after upgrading to Mountain Lion the HP printer drivers for my C4680 are not found on the Mac store (per my Mac Book)

My computer cannot install a printer after I upgraded to Mountain Lion. I have downloaded the HP printer drivers from the Mac Store. I click on add printer on Print and scan, the printer is connected via USB. I get a message that the drivers on not on Mac Store and cannot be installed.

An older printer? You can only try contacting HP. Note that Apple is only the "distributor" of these drivers; HP as the vendor develops them. Or not...

IPhone 6+ not available at local corporate store - INSTANT savings not available

My wife and I are ready for upgrades, we were excited to learn about the trade-in promotion for a new 6 or 6+. Be both have 4's in perfect condition. We visited the "Verizon" store in St. Joseph MI. We were told they are not a corporate store and that we would have to pay upfront for everything. Wait for our phones to arrive, wait for our old phones to be sent back (4 to 6 weeks) before receiving our Visa gift cards. The advertised INSTANT savings only happens at corporate stores. We asked for the location and phone number of the nearest corporate store - Mishawaka. My wife called before we made the trip. They have zero iPhone 6+ units in stock. And the others forgot to tell us that there is a new $30 upgrade fee per phone. Because they do not have any units in stock, we must pay up front and wait for our phones and gift cards as if we purchased the phones at a retail store or online, no INSTANT savings. We are not happy customers who are considering taking our 4's to a prepaid plan offered by another company.

As has been pointed out, it is a popular release. In fact, the most popular smartphone release in history. There are going to be shortages. You may have to wait to get it.

Tv show not found on apple tv store but on itunes

HI,
I'm trying to find a particular tv show on my apple tv and I want to buy it. The show is not available at all on the apple tv store but, when I'm looking for it on my ipad, I can buy it.
Why can't I purchase that show on my apple tv?
Both my devises are set up the same (Canada) and with the same account information.
Please help, my son wants to see the next episode.

On your iMac go to iTunes > Preferences > Store > Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases.
Then look under your TV Shows and see if it shows your purchased episodes there with a cloud icon.

A book available in the iTunes store is not found through the iPad store.

Is this odd? I can buy a book in the iTunes app store in the Books category. But I thought I'd download it directly to the iPad. I went to iBooks and pressed Store. A search for the same book comes up with nothing.

My curiosity got the best of me and I purchased the app of the book in question. Now I get it. I had never purchased a book from the iTunes store before. It's a real app where the icon sits among the others on the various pages of apps. It does not sit on the shelf inside iBooks.
It's listed only as an iPad app so I guess it will not also appear on the iPhone, which is a shame because I carry that around everywhere and could continue reading. The a Kindle purchased book allows you to have the same book in both places and even advises you of your new position.
Does an iBook allow this also?

Have all the users with GNOME started a root's Terminal window???
I've noticed that using the Gnome's root terminal messes up the $PATH variable (as of today)... when i start archlinux (note: i don't use GDM) my path is:
/bin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin....
and many other items... but when a root terminal is started inside gnome, $PATH changes to:
/usr/ucb:/bin:/usr/bin:/etc
And ldconfig will fail... (and any other tool in /sbin) this change is restricted to this window only. If you exit the root terminal and go to a normal terminal, the path is what is expected.
This happens on a clean reformatted machine, installed archlinux, doing a pacman -Syu, installing gnome and all extras (including system administrations tools) (as tested today).
Maybe some config file is messed or is a bug from the Gnome guys...
Anyways the only workaround i can think is to start a normal terminal (for the guys that use gnome or use GDM to start their machines) and in the terminal doing a "su -" to got root access (of course will ask for the password) and then update/install/whatever you want with pacman.

Stream not found null error

Hello everybody,
I am able to embed the strobe player on a web page and play flv videos. However, if I don't let the videoplay through and refresh my web page, then I am getting "We are unable to connect to the content you've requested" error.
When the video is played all the way to the end, I can replay it without any issues.
When I set the verbose value to true, I am getting Stream not found null error instead,
It seems to me that the strobe player can stream the video from server when it is not found in local cache. If the video is not cache completely in local machine, strobe player will display "We are unable to connect to the content you've requested" error.
Is there a setting in Strobe can resolve this issue?
The flv file is loaded on Windows Media Services 2008.

Can you provide a link to the video? You can PM it, if you want to keep it secret.
You might want to raise an issue at http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/ST . It will allow us to prioritize and investigate it easier.
p.s. Optimize initial index works with MBR streams, you don't need it.
