VPN Access to an IP that can be accessed via EIGRP

I have a question. I have a VPN that sits on the external interface using the IP of 10.5.79.X/20. I have a production network connected to a corporate network using MPLS and EIGRP to share the routes. The production network can access the corporate network, but the the VPN users can't. I need to be able to access anything on that network which is mainly a 172.18.0.0 summarized by EIGRP network. I had this working before, but can't get it working again about my Firewall dumped on me.

You have to options:
1. The router that is internal must have a static route to the ASA to reach the VPN networks and must have a distribute static so that other routers that form part of EIGRP know how to route to the VPN networks.
2. You can configure on the ASA "set reverse-route" on the crypto map then configure EIGRP on the ASA and add redistribute static so that routes learned via VPN (considered static routes) can be pushed through EIGRP.

  • Need help with setting up a photolibrary on server that can be accessed/edited by multiple users

    Hi:
    I would like to develop an in-house photolibrary for our graphics department. The goal is to be able to add keywords to all our images so that we could have a more dynamic means of searching through our countless scanned images. Lightroom works great with regards to keywording and searching.
    To make it so all the computers in our office could have access to the images, I created a photolibrary on our server that can be accessed by any of the computers in our graphics dept. However, when one computer adds keywords to an image, that info does not show up on any of the other computers. Perhaps this is an issue with the trial version and we need to get the license? A few other people suggested that it might have something to do with my export settings - I tried to play around with the settings but had little luck...Any Advise?
    Thanks,
    Leo

    Thanks for your thorough reply. Is there a way to have one MASTER computer that could create the keywords and have the other computers access the master computer's catlogues - or something of that sort. We are small graphics dept. with three people so even that would suffice.
    Lightroom is not a networked application, and cannot be set up so that multiple computers can access LR via a network.
    The only real workaround with LR is to put the catalog and photos on an external HD and then physically connect the external HD to the computer of the person wanting to use it. So only one person can use the catalog at one time.
    You can look up Digital Asset Management (DAM) software on Google if you really need to have multi-user access and networked.

  • Create a user that can only access to one schema - please help!!

    Hi all,
    I want to create one user in a Oracle DB that can only access to one schema. I did the following:
    CREATE USER "TEST" PROFILE "DEFAULT"
    IDENTIFIED BY "test" DEFAULT TABLESPACE "USERS"
    TEMPORARY TABLESPACE "TEMP"
    ACCOUNT UNLOCK;
    GRANT SELECT ON "TESTDTA"."F0007" TO "TEST"
    GRANT "CONNECT" TO "TEST";
    I have done a test and the user TEST can access all schemas, when I only gave explicit permissions to the schema TESTDTA.
    Any suggestion/clarification???
    Many thanks in advance.

  • Is there any Java library that can invoke access point functions?

    Hi, Is there a Java Library that enables programs to access access point and run their functions?
    I want to create sample code that invokes functions of access points such as signal strength e.t.c.
    My ambition is to create a model that can identify the position of wareless devices such as PDA in a wireless LAN

    Thanks for your reply, sorry I have not gotten back sooner. I'm still having the problem.
    All the access points have the same SSID. I did try deleting the network and rejoining, however, I don't think it properly "forgot" all the settings when I did that. I haven't yet taken the time to try to delete the network more thoroughly. I'm still turning off airport, carrying the laptop to within a few feet of the access point I want to join, and turning airport back on, on an almost daily basis.

  • Does anyone know of an app that is for invoicing that can be accessed from more than one iPad at a time?

    I have a roofing business with my husband and we both have iPads we need a invoicing program app that we both can use and see the same material on both iPads is there any apps that anyone knows of that can do this?

    You'll need a program that can open and edit the invoices. You can search the app store for "invoices" and see what you can find - perhaps there is a cloud-based one that would allow you to store the invoices on their server.
    Or if the apps are fairly simple, you could open them in a Word Processing app that does sync two ways with the cloud and do your work on them - and then store the receipts in Dropbox/iDisk/Sugarsync. Loading the actual documents onto those services is very easy and self-explanatory once you sign up for them.

  • Can't access personal email and therefore can't access internet on 8703e

    Hi there, I am having a very large problem, and it will take a while to explain. I spent most of yesterday trying to fix it, but all to no avail. Ok, so I bought a used 8703e BlackBerry on eBay, simply because Verizon is getting rid of their unlimited data plan on July 7 but will grandfather in those who have the plan before that date. Since I only had a regular phone, I needed a smartphone that was capable of having the plan so I could lock in. Unfortunately, I don't upgrade until August, and it would be stupid to buy a real phone before then. Hence, the BlackBerry. Now I activated it ok, and the calls and text messaging work. However, I only have the option to add an Enterprise email account under the setup wizard. I do not have an email setup or email settings icon like everyone says I should. Therefore, I cannot access my service books, and cannot sign the user agreement, and cannot get online. I saw online that this problem might be because it had an IT policy on it. Also, when I called Verizon, they said this was probably the problem. So I went through the steps listed - I upgraded my OS to the beta 4.5, I used the jl_Cmnder, I tried the policy.bin thing. In a way, these actions were successful - they eliminated the firewall that had previously been enabled. But it hasn't changed anything else. I saw that there was an option to create a Blackberry account online so that I could send myself the service books, and I thought that might work now that I disabled the firewall. However, for some stupid reason Verizon won't let you create an account online; it has to be done through the wireless device, which I can't do because I can't access the internet because I can't set up email and agree to the user terms. Ahh! In addition, I have done the Advanced Options - RHT - Register Now thing many times, and it doesn't seem to do anything. I just really need help. Is there a way to manually load the option for personal email on to the device? I think that if I could do that, then I could receive the service books, and all would be well. Thank you for taking the time to read this word vomit, and I anxiously look forward to your response!

    Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
    There is no manual way to add the Personal email configuration to a BB. That is 100% pushed by the carrier, when the proper data plan is enabled. But, if the carrier does not natively support that model BB, they most often will not push the SBs. You would have to do some very tedious things to acquire and install the SBs. Using a non-native BB on a carrier network that does not support it natively is very tricky indeed. I suggest you first obtain a commitment from VZW that they will allow your specific device on their network. Next, see if they support it natively; if they do, then go back to them for formal support...you are paying them for this service and they are not delivering it. If they don't natively support your model, then you will have a lot of tedious work to do in order to get it all working.
    Good luck!

  • How to export SharePoint Online sites in an offline format that can be accessed without SharePoint?

    Details:
    Non-techie needs to archive SharePoint site and apps content into one convenient file.
    1. Currently SharePoint calenders, contacts and tasks synced to Outlook and exported to an Outlook .pst;
    2. Document libraries to a folder in file system;
    3. SharePoint Online 2013 microfeed cannot sync at all (correct me if I'm wrong).
    4. Pages also not really exportable.
    Migration between O365 plans and tenants I can use .wsp but still limited to 50MB export and needs site collection settings access.
    Ideally able to access these content offline (no security implications here).
    Anyone know of a simple way?

    Hi Tian-An,
    SharePoint contents (e.g. document files, list items, pages) are stored in SQL database, it may if you want to use the contents without SharePoint environment, I think you can click "Open with Exporer" from library ribbon and then copy them to
    the file system(e.g. a network dirve fileshare), note that the library columns value would be unable to be copied/exported; for the list items you can click "Export to Excel" button form list ribbon to export list itmes to
    excel file, or as you have done with connecting to Outlook.
    And we have a dedicated Office365 SharePoint online forum, I would recommand you post there for getting a better assistance redarding this SharePoint online contents exporting.
