VPN lost my internet connection ?

Hi everyone
One question about VPN, when connect through VPN to my Work everything is ok execpt that a lost my internet connection and i can't browser the internet outside VPN.
any clue
Thank

is your network adapter you use for VPN configure to use remote gateway? it's in tcp/ip settings of adapter advanced. if you have a proxy or firewall it may be blocking, typically I turn of this and if a user wants to browse internet while on VPN they
use their own connection. Some companies prefer to use gateway on the vpn network for security reasons.

I do not know if your file can be recovered.  But I may be able help you to recreate it with ease.  If you will settle for a composite where all image are re-sized for a particular tile size and virtually cropped to its aspect ratio.  However all source image need be gathered into a folder to use my script process. It's possible that the message you got was to update the AirPort Express Base Station's (AX) firmware...and that something might have gone wrong during the upgrade.
Let's start by performing a "factory default" reset on the AX to get it back to it's original "out-of-the-box" condition.
Then, let's set it up to work with your cable modem...
AirPort Express Base Station Setup (AX) w/High-Speed Cable Modem
    Modem/Router Power ReCycling (optional)
    - Power-off the Cable modem, AX, & computer(s). (Wait at least 30 minutes. If possible, leave the modem off overnight.)
    - Power-on the Cable modem; Wait at least 30 minutes.
    - Power-on the AX; Wait at least 5 minutes.
    - Power-on the computer(s)
    Setup the AX
With the network components powered down, set up the AX, using the AirPort Admin Utility, either connect to the AX's wireless network or connect your computer directly (using an Ethernet cable) to the Ethernet port of the AX, and then, try these settings:
    AirPort tab
    - Base Station Name: <whatever you wish or use the default>
    - AirPort Network Name: <whatever you wish or use the default>
    - Create a closed network (unchecked)
    - Wireless Security: Not enabled
    - Channel: Automatic
    - Mode: 802.11b/g Compatible
    Internet tab
    - Connect Using: Ethernet
    - Configure: Using DHCP
    - WAN Ethernet Port: Automatic
    Network tab
    - Distribute IP addresses (checked)
    - Share a single IP address (using DHCP & NAT) (enabled)
Do not, at this point, set up any security (i.e., WEP/WPA encryption, closed network, etc.) to first make sure the AX is operating properly. Try to access the Internet wirelessly with your MacBook. If you're successful, go ahead and add any security features you wish.

  • If I leave the laptop alone for 15 minutes, when I come back I have lost my internet connection

I have been using firefox for about two months now without any problems. With in the past two weeks, if I leave the laptop to do something else, when I return to the laptop and go to check my E-Mail etc. I lost my internet connection. I check and says I have an excellent wireless connection but I am forced to re-boot and then I'm back on. "WHY"

What kind of documents? Office? iWork? Text Edit? What version?
What settings do you have in regards to power saver and/or screen saver?
For these kinds of system glitches I always recommend installing and running Onyx 'Automation'. If that does not work you should reinstall the offending software, if possible.

  • Completely lost all internet connection on brand new MacBook Pro

2 week old 2011 17-in MacBook Pro, running Lion (factory installed). I should note that this is my first Mac, so I'm still learning my way around, however it's highly unlikely I did anything to cause this to happen.
The problem is pretty simple - I have lost all internet connectivity no matter what method it's connected. I have tried it on my company network via ethernet, and several different WiFi networks. All connections are recognized as connected, but I cannot make any outside connection.
We've rebooted networks servers, rebooted/shut down the Mac, re-checked all of the network settings - everything is what it should be.
Everything literally was working perfect one second and completely lost the next.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks in advance.

Delete and recreate your settings in the Network preference pane. If you're connecting to a wireless network, also delete the AirPort network password(s) in the Keychain Access application.

  • Lost Intermittent internet connection and functions

Suddenly, Friday of three day Memorial holiday iPhone internet connections are off or down. Can no longer do search using Bing, Google or Yahoo. Debug Console "No Errors" Error I get is "Cannot open because server stopped respondig." I have had times could not connect to YouTube ( I now appear to have lost YouTube favorites that were there yesterday.  iTunes and App Store connections fail. Yahoo weather and the weather channel has also failed. AP and My Yahoo have failed. Facebook and Pandora have almost always worked, well I think Pandora failed once. I checked Carrier, I never changed anything like this and all are correct.I do not see DNS options.I have had this 3G Version 4.2.1 for years now without this problem. I did not travel out of country in fact have not left present location. I may have deleted a Datatbase in Safari that were old. I reset Network connection, shutdown phone some things may work for a while but there are still features in Safari that fail such as search. Did I pick up Malware> Can I clean it? What can I do?

Have you tried resetting your phone, not turning off but actually resetting it by holding down the home button and the lock button until the apple logo appears?
I've been having similar issues too since installing 5.1.1 on my 4s, playing with network settings, unsetting reetting data, turning off / on again didn't do anything, but Hard reset the phone and it started working again! not sure what it does differently from turning off, but try it!

  • Lost my internet connectivity in my HyperV machines when updating to Windows 10 Preview 10061

    Hi,
Windows 10 TP forced me an update to 10061 and this update caused me to loose my internet connectivity in my HyperV machines. I was sharing my wireless connection with an internal Virtual Network Adpater.
Right now I've tried everything. I mean really everything...and no solution.
Its probably another bug from this version but it has a huge impact to whoever is working on development in VM.
Is there any solution at sight? I can't connect the phisical network BTW because I have no access to one where I work.
    Thank you

There are many phases for update, it first check version of your Windows Phone and some additional information and then based in details, it will start downloading the required update file. During these checking you will need internet connection and if internet
connection lost, then the process will stop and you could resume it later and either it will continue or it will restart doing what it been done but it won't bring any harm to your device. Once download is completed, it will start installing the update and
you won't need internet connection while it is installing and after installation been done it will recheck for additional update and you need internet connection.
In general if you suddenly disconnect from internet, it won't bring any harm or damage in your PC and you could resume and continue once you get back your connection. During upgrade , it is important to make sure your device is fully charged, if your phone
suddenly turn off during upgrade process, there might be some problems in some cases.

  • I lost my internet connection since 10.4.5 update.. PLEASE HELP

Guys.. i just managed to fix the issue. Sorry for the shout.

Same thing happened to me with 10.4.4 Turns out this App I was running was the x-factor.
Peer Protector. Internet ran fine until I launched that app.
Don't know if you guys are running it, but the only way I could get my internet back was an archive & install of original tiger cd. I then applied 10.4.3 combo update; voila, everything fine.
Never before did I have a problem with Apple updates; since then I don't plan on going near those bad boys with a 10 foot pole.
Since this update came so soon after 10.4.4, I can only assume they are addressing some of the major issues with it- I read some CRAZY things happening to people, and I found other people who had the problem I had with Peer Protector.
So my advice? Archive & Install, especially if you have no idea what is causing the problem or the app is vital to your system use.
It's a *****, but it leaves all of your User files alone and just replaces the system files. It also sets the files aside in "Previous System" folder.
10.4.3 works fine, a couple extra widgets & security updates aren't enough to tempt me. Not after my 12 hours of maintence of my comp/calling tech support to figure out the problem- and believe me, your ISP will have NO clue what the problem is, you'll have to figure it out yourself.
Being the slacker that I am and the fact that I've filled my external 200 GB Firewire 800 HD, I didn't even bother to back up my system. Risky? Probably. At that point however, I didn't care.
    Good Luck!

  • Why is itunes store telling me I have lost my internet connection

I can browse the itunes store, and my internet is working fine, but when I try to purchase it takes a while and then tells me the request cannot be completed because the internet connection was lost - same thing when I try to access My Account.
    What is going on ?

You might think "your Internet is working fine", perhaps because you can see no hitches when browsing but iTunes/Apple Store requires a stronger consistency in the connection and if this is not the case it cuts out precisely to save you from downloading corrupt files.

  • Lost Airport Internet Connection

My wireless network/internet connection is no longer working and Applecare is telling me they are not allowed to assist b/c of legal issues with internet providers, so I'm hoping someone here can help me?!
I use my iMac as a base station for my MacBook Pro to connect to the internet using the Airport and it is no longer working.
My iMac is connected to cable modem (Best Data CMX300V2) through Ethernet and the internet connection is working fine, however the triangle airport icon at the top right of my desktop is now gray with a box inside it. When I got into System Preferences>Network, the iMac Airport is ON, but now saying "AirPort has a self-assigned IP address and may not be able to connect to the Internet".
When I go into System Preferences>Network, for the MacBook Pro Airport it says it's connected and lists an IP address, but I have no internet connection. The MacBook Pro also has that gray triangle airport icon with the box at the top right of my desktop. I used Airport Utility to try to find the base station, but it was unsuccessful.
    What is happening here?

Alright if your in desperado helpo then you will want to try and listen to this.
The MBP is built by ALUMINUM it's brushed and the metal screws have that problem with wireless. sometimes it will happen. I have both and that happends to me too. What I do is that your going to just have to go to the wireless sign and then click on Interfearence Robustness. If you do that. It should help more.
If you still have wireless issues try downloading APPLE CARE on your widgets. That always helps and that is where I usually go before I come to here for help.
    I hope my info works.

  • I reset my iPhone 4 Network settings to fix the push notification problem, but I lost my internet connection. How do I fix it?

I tried to solve the "connect to iTunes to receive push notifications"-problem by resetting my network settings, but it only caused me to lose my internet connection when using 3G. Now I can't do anything with this stupid phone. How do I fix it? I don't want to reset anything anymore, I'm sick of this new iOs update, it seriously messed up my phone and I can't do anything properly anymore. Any help?
And btw, I would also like to get the push notifications back on. Connecting to iTunes did absolutely nothing. Resetting the network settings only made my situation worse. Help please!

Load iTunes. Backup your phone. Make sure it is backed up !! Run restore. This will get rid of the error! And please what ever you do , do not skip the back up!

  • Lost Open Internet Connection option for wireless on my tool bar

Does anyone know how I can bring back the Open Internet Connection option on my tool bar? I'm hoping if I can open that it will help me solve why I can't connect to the land line in my office. [email protected]

Open *System Preferences* and the choose Network. Pick Airport. At the bottom next to the Options button see if the *Show AirPort status in menu bar* is checked. Check it and it should pop back where it was.
If it's PPPoE click it and there will be a similar choice to show it in the menu bar.
