VPN service not available or not responding - Please help!!

For years, I was using VPN AnyConnect without much of a problem. I have an older Gateway 500XL Desktop PC that has functioned well for me since 2004. I have only had to replace the hard drive once. I did upgrade the memory from 512MB to 2 GB recently. I was using Verizon FIOS for my internet connection but recently moved and am now using Cox Communications High Speed service which is doing 5MB per second on the download side. Shortly after the move, I began to develop connection problems with my VPN. I would get the 'service not available' or 'VPN not responding' messages. If I tried to uninstall and then reinstall, the VPN would work again BUT once I disconnected, I would get the above referenced messages again if I tried to reconnect. So I would unistall and reinstall every time in order for it to work and then just leave it running all day rather than disconnect. This all started happeing in Oct. and then more recently, it would magically start reconnecting again without me having to reinstall it so I was happy the problem seemed to go away. However, now, within the past week, I could not get it to work at all, even after reinstalling! So, I am completely out of options. I need to have this up and running again very soon for work reasons.
Since Oct., I have tried multiple things. Initially, the router that Cox gave me was bad after the guy installed it incorrectly (without me realizing it) and it became faulty. Got a new router, but that did not change the VPN problem. I have McAfree Anti-Virus. I tried uninstalling it to see if it was conflicting somewhere but that changed nothing for the VPN. I downloaded malwarebytes and ran scans with that and McAfree full scans but did not have any malware or problems on the PC. I tried to check the PC disk for errors and came up empty there. Cleaned out caches and all that with no change. When I look at the network connections panel on my PC, I can see the AnyConnect link is set up but it will say 'disabled'. When I try to 'enable' it, it will not allow it (a message window pops up but I forget what it says). WHY? I think this is the problem. Is there something corrupted with my PC's ability to establish network connections? Is this something that can be fixed? I know the PC is older and XP will not be supported any longer but none of this make sense. If I could previously connect after installing but ONLY the first time connecting, something is happening to break the network connection on my PC but I have no idea. I tried using the windows network connections troubleshooting tool but came up empty there.

    First, you don't have a 5+ year old 3GS. The 3GS has only been around for under 4 years. In fact, 5 years ago there were NO iPhones; the original iPhone (2 generations before the 3GS) came out on June 29, 2007 - not quite 5 years ago. The 3GS was released June 19, 2009.
    That aside, you can sync multiple phones to one computer - see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1495. boogeyman is wrong. It is 100% safe to create an additional user name on her computer, log in with that name, and back up the phone. See this for details on what you want to do: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2109

    That would be the wireless number assigned by AT&T when the purchaser of the iPhone signed up as a customer with AT&T. If neither you nor your uncle ever activated the iPhone with AT&T, click the "non customer" button.
    Note that jailbreaking often renders it impossible to get an iPhone officially unlocked, so don't be surprised if it fails. If it does, then you may have to buy a new iPhone, this time one that is officially unlocked.

    I just installed two MSI 5870 on MSI GD65, install the latest driver from ATI, however, I can't find the crossfire option under the CCC Graphics drop down list....
    All setting is set to standard, no overclock for the CPU.
    I have tried several ati driver up to current and beta ones....but still no luck.
    According to Graphics Hardware under CCC, the 2nd graphics adapter is disabled......
    However, under the control panel the 2nd graphics card is installed and enabled.
    Please help.

         I had created a site http://budgie.azurewebsites.net/. I was able to successfully access this site. After a couple of days, I had deleted this site. Now, in my azure portal, I no longer see the web site budgie, but accessing the url gives
    me the error "This site is currently not available...  Please try again later".
         What must I do to completely remove this? I need to recreate this site again with the same url.
          I am able to create other azure web sites, and access them.

    Just as the message says, please try again later. This has to do with the fact the Azure hasn't completed purged your website name from their system yet. Besides, the external DNS servers may still holds the name/address reference.
    "Nameserver changes can typically take 0 to 24 hours to take effect, but they are known to take as long as
    48 hours to go into full effect. DNS zone record changes such as A, MX and CNAME records can typically take
    0 to 4 hours to resolve but are known to take as long as
    8 hours to fully propagate."

    I imagine millions upon millions of people are attempting to download and install it right now. Simple patience, maybe keep trying, and if possible, try a little later. Think of it as all those people lining up at Apple Stores + a few million more.

    Try restoring the iPhone to factory settings. If you are having difficult restoring, put the iPhone into Recovery Mode and see if that then works:

    If not, or if a restore to factory settings does not fix the problem, then your iPhone may have a hardware problem. You can only get the iPhone serviced by Apple in Canada, so you will have to take the iPhone there or send it to someone you know in Canada who can get the iPhone serviced and send it back to you. The only option for getting service in Pakistan would be to pay some unauthorized repair shop to attempt a repair, after which Apple will no longer provide any service even in Canada.

    yes, 10.3.1, iTunes already restarted, menu settings already like that and still it will play all unchecked songs (including the checked songs of course). Why even have check and unchecked if the program is going to play all of them anyway?!

    You must initiallly activate iCloud from an IOS device or a Mac. You cannot inititally activated from a PC.
