VT01N - When selecting Ship-to-Party, cannot bring out subsequent delivery

Dear Gurus,
When going to VT01N and selecting a Sold-To-Party to bring out the subsequent deliveries which have been previously saved from T-CODE VL01, the system returns no delivery.
Why is that?
How can I bring out deliveries which have been created into that shipment planning cockpit?
Can you please let me know?

Once you click the "Deliveries" button in VT01N, there one can see only ship to party and I dont know where you were referring to.
In fact, what you can try is that dont maintain any customer code but maintain shipping point. Also under the tab "Delivery status", remove A and B flowing for the last two fields.

Hi All,
We have a very strange business requirement where we want to accrue rebates manually and the ability to select ship to party in the rebate. Say for example there is a sold to party X and has several ship to parties A, B and C. Now, when I do manual accrual, I should have teh ability in teh rebate to select ship to party B.
We did considerable amount of research to accomplish the easiest way to find it can be done by changing the ship to manually in the rebate credit memo but the business don't want to do it manually.
So, if someone can suggest as to what would be the best way to have it configured in reabte agreement itself that would be excellent.

as for as my knowledge is concerned it will accrue against SP as per standard SAP.
no it is not possible to select SH for accurals.
this can be done as you said but FUNCTIONALLY.
but thinking TECHNICALLY, this might be possible but you need to check with an ABAPER on the same.
develop a Z screen which contains F4 values in partner options and what ever the accured amount in the settle ment screen carry into this screen and try to settle it.

Change of ship-to party right before dispatch on delivery (not order)

have a client that consistently has to change the ship-to party right before dispatch. the client has customers that are dealers, who in turn have sub-dealers. the dealers very rarely accept shipment to their address, they want the delivery posted to the sub-dealers and this can change at the last minute. as of right now, the addresses for sub-dealers is not maintained by the client, but they would like to have this option.
i would like to maintain the address of the sub-dealers. but once the delivery document is created the ship-to party is greyed out, how would i change this, so i can enter a new ship-to party? the address changes last minute, but after the delivery has been created.

In standard SAP it is not possible.
Once , you create a Delivery document, you can not change the Ship-to-party. Ship-to-party is a Header data in Delivery.
If you want the change then you have to delete the Delivery.
Make your client understand that it is not only Ship-to-party, so many other related data will get redetermine once the Ship-to-party is changed.
For example, When Ship-to-party is changed, Route will be redetermined, Tax will be redetermined, partial delivery agreement may be different etc.
The new Ship-to-party may have a choice of different Plant also.
Normally, the above data are determined in Sales order, therefore you can change those in Sales order only and NOT possible to change in the Delivery document.

Copy "Ship to party" from sales order to "Delivery addreess" in PO

Hi All,
when i create a Purchase Order in ref to the Purchase Requistion of the Sales Order, I want the Ship to Party address from line item of the Sales Order needs to get copied to the Purchase Order line item in "Delivery address" tab of the PO.
Please tell me the required configuration settings to achieve this.

Hi All,
This is a third party scenario. And in third party scenarios I guess the ship to party address from sales order will be automatically copied into the delivery address of the PO (Standard Functionality of SAP). But some how this is not happening and use to happen till the sixth week. Do I still need to check the enhancements given by the experts above? or we can achieve this with some configuration settings from schedule lines etc?

Ship-to party for Returns to vendor delivery

Hi,
I have a problem for a return to vendor delivery wherein the Ship-to party value is incorrect. The value is suppose to be the one maintained in the vendor master. However in this case, the vendor master has no value. The system does not show any warning or error message.
I would like to ask if there is no value in the vendor master, where else does the system picks up the value for the Ship-to party during returns delivery.

When i'm using Private Browsing, i'm unable to bring up my list of favourites. or as an alternative, can I view web sites as use the tools option, Internet options and then delete, delete , OK..

Are toolbars hidden?
Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily. 
Use View > Toolbars to select which toolbars to display.

My home wifi is available at full bars on the settings menu, but when selected it says it cannot be joined, and when it does connect, it only lasts a few seconds before disconnecting. My laptop connects to the wifi perfectly fine though. Help?

When in the Wi-Fi menu under settings, my iPod five will display the different wifi networks in range, including my home wifi network. The shown network has full bars and my laptop will connect to the network with no trouble. When the wifi on my ipod is selected though, it will show it is loading to connect, it will actually connect for five-ten or sometimes twenty seconds, and then it will disconnect. The wifi never automatically connects on my iPod5. It always has to be done manually and then does not establish a complete connection. No matter where I stand in the house, even if it is right beside the router, this happens. Sometimes when the network is chosen it refuses to connect and gives the message "Unable to Join". I've had it for a year and a half and for about the first six months it never had this problem. But then it began, and it would go through monthly cycles of working perfectly and doing what it is doing now. As of now I haven't been able to connect for three months. I'd like to think it's simply the wifi itself but mine and my sibling's laptops will connect with no trouble. It's extremely frustrating and I have no idea how to handle the problem. Please help?

Hey Saanasaana, Have you tried going into Settings>General>Reset and tapping Reset All Settings. If still no joy... Reset Network Settings and rebooting the router. If that doesn't do it, try Settings then tap the offending Wi-Fi Network, then tap Forget this Network and re-load it, as if it was a new network.
Your next options are to Restore. Connect to your iPod with your computer with the cable, and make new backups / copies of all your stuff to your computer first, then Restore from Backup. If that does not solve, Restore to New, a full restore. Note restore to new will wipe you iPod put it back to factory specs, that's why your need to make backups of everything on your iPod before you do it so you can reload your stuff back to your iPod. If the full restore does not solve you may have a hardware issue, contact your Apple store or Apple Genius Bar and set up an appointment to have your iPod evaluated. Good luck. Cheers.

Just a slight update that this does not seem to be consistent so I really must be missing something. In some cases Maverick's does seem to leave On My Mac calendars alone when CalDAV calendars are added while in other cases the On My Mac calendars seem to disappear. I really am not sure what might be going on here.

How to limit the selection of Ship To Party

I have a Biz Case:
"A" user have 2 Ship to party "B" and "C" in the customer master data, when I create a OR order, I found I can use "D" user as the ship to party(of course, A is sold to party).
So I want to impl this function:
if sold to party is A user in a sales order, ship to party can only be B or C, how to config it?

Hi Zhang,
You are correct. You can enter ship-to D even though it is not maintained. As described in OSS note 380507 the
system will accept every ship-to party which you select manually. The ship-to party doesn't have to be associated
with the sold-to party in the customer master data. It is only required that the selected ship-to party is maintained in the
same sales area.
To get the system to work differently a modification is needed.
Some tips for a modification:
- table TPACHECK (which checks should be performed)
- function modules SD_PARTNER_SINGLE_MODIFY
-> SD_PARTNER_CHECK_BEFORE (error messages)
-> SD_PARTNER_CHECK_AFTER (info and warning messages)
Or another option you may consider userexit in MV45AFZZ (maybe
userexit_save_document or userexit_save_document_prepare).

Multiple ship to party address default setting in the " sales order creat

we use the SAP ECC 6.0,
I've a problem about the "ship to party" in the sales order creation,
the customer have 3 ship to party,
the pop up "Partner selection", default show is: "Title" , "Name1"....
But I want to default to show the "Street"
I check the sap notes: 302835, and add the "SD_VARIANT_MAINTAIN" = A in my user profile.
But seems can't working,
when click the right mouse button. A menu can't displayed.
Does anyone have the experience, Thanks.

It seems so strange ...
First of all you need to set the ALV administrator parameter among the parameters of your user-id
System-> User Profile> Own Data> Parameters
add the parameter "SD_VARIANT_MAINTAIN" = A in your user profile and SAVE
After that, execute VA01 again; when the ship to party selection pop-up appears, place your cursor at a point on the screen and just the hotspot appears , click with the right mouse button in order to open the context menu.
The "Administration" function would serve only to set the default display variant; the functions "Current Layout", "Save Layout" allow you to create the variant with the needed fields (the popup is an ALV .... )
Try to execute the described steps and give us asap a feedback...

One ship to party multiple delivery points

senario: customer has two retail stores store A in city x and store B in city Y,how to add two different unloading points to the cmr and how the system picks the unloading point where to specify the unloading point for a particular specially if the customer has more than one unloading points and also Q2- we have one sold to party and 3 ship to parties how to split a single order so that we can ship it to 3 different parties please guide me

You have mentioned one ship to party and two delivery points. I think there is small mistake in your sentence.
Is it One sold to party and two delivery points (Ship to Locations)? If yes, Follow below.
1. Create one sold party (who is actually a customer who owns the two retail outlets in two different cities)
2. Create One Ship to Party - A for City X Delivery Point and Maintain the appropriate Unloading point as per the customer req.
3. Create one more ship to party - B for City Y Delivery point and Maintain the appropriate Unloading point as per the customer req.
4. Goto XD02 and Enter the Sold to Party and Link the Two Ship to Parties (A and B) to the Sold to party.
During Order creation for the sold to Party, the System will give you the pop-up to select the right ship to party for a sale transaction.
*Second Question on Delivery split for all the three shipto Parties:*
As and when the sales order contains the Multiple Items to deliver to the Multiple shipto's. You need to maintain the different shipto parties at the sales order Item level - Partners and Maintan the right shipto number per each Item.
When you create the delivery, Automatically the split happens for each Item per each shipto party. This is a standard functionality.
Note that: whenever the system finds the below changes in sales order item level, the delivery will split automatically.
Shipping point, delivery date, ship to party, route.

Warehouse Details (Nos.) at Ship to Party Field in TPO.

Dear Friends,
In a SO where we select Ship to Party for Each line item. I want Warehouse Nos. should also be listed under ship to party. So that i can select delivery address as Company Warehouse.( DC)
This requirement is For TPO (Third Party orders). There will be Third Party Items with Item Cat. TAS. which will be directly delivered by the vendor to the customer. If company wants few of the items (in the same SO) to be delivered to Warehouse DC. I should be able to Select warehouse in Ship to Party Field with TAN Item Category.
Please let me know on this. how the configuration need to be done to select Warehouse Nos. at Ship to Party Field.

Hi,
Business term for a Godown can be a warehouse but in SAP it might not be represented as ware house.
Ware house managment is used only when materials needs to be tracked based on bin location. i.e in case of a Pharmacietical industry there will many types of medicines. if this is traceked in SAP then you can say Go to
Rack10, Column 5 and then to Row 5.
This is not required in your case and also implementing WM WRT does not make any sense.
Solution:
You can use Plant determination concept in SAP wrt requirment. As you know Plant is determined in the following way.
1) Customer material information:
WRT specific material and customer in VD51 a plant can be assigned.
2) Customer
WRT customer you can assign a Delivery plant in VD01 Shipping Tab.
3) material
WRT each material you can assign a Delivery plant in MM01 Sales/ Plant tab.
First the system tries to find theplant in the 1st option, if it is not there then system tries to find in 2 nd option and then the 3rd.
This concept is already there in SAP and this can be used by you.

Ship to party Address is not Printing-Script

When we see the print preview for a particular PO for the first time Ship to party address is not printing .Whereas in the next time if we see the print preview its showing that address.Its because while runing for first time there is no value in w_adrc(work area) when that ship to party window .after that one perform is called at that time values are populated for w_adrc so when we runing for the second time its showing that value.Whereas we have faced another problem in another one PO.In that there was no value for w_adrc while that ship to party window called but its showing value in the print preview(w_adrc value is populate after that window called from a perform )Why it is like this?
