Am installing EP6.0 on windoes2003 OS with jdk1.4.2_10 with oralce 9 n 9.2.0.7_patches....n got an error while installing @ the component
"DataBase Server nodes " n the log is it showing like
1) MDB-06068 Bad autoextent mode: Valid values are ON and OFF
2)MDB-06010 Key db operation (read & write)failed. Could not work on table tTablespaces,records WHERE dbSid="J2E'

Here are the steps that i followed,
(1)I am Installing SAP XI on Windows 2003 server standard edition with oracle 9i as database.
(2)I copied the DVDs to HARD DRIVE
(3)I created the Microsoft Loopback adapter,assigned an ip.
(4) Then installed j2sdk 1.4.2 for windows
(5) installed central instance with SAPinstHi Carsten,

Got error message :"This this Ipod cannot be used because the required software is not installed. Run the Itunes installer to remove Itunes and install the 64-bit version" This is on a new macbook. I already have the latest version installed and 64 bit. Help.

ora-00600 [12333] : Most probably a network error that may have caused bad data to be received or the client application may have sent the wrong data in the network buffer.
Oracle ORA-00600 [12700] : Indicates corruption in index, table or the mapping between them. Upon this discovery, oracle marks the whole block as corrupt and users will not have normal access to the data from the corrupted block. This can also break referntial integrity and should be referred to oracle.
ORA-00600 [lxhcsn] : Shutdown may dump ORA-7445. Known Bug 2311529As said earlier, you need to purchase the Oracle software and have the support contract with the Oracle support. Then you get the registration details to metalink.

Can anyone help solve this problemExactly the same problems as many others with iTunes 10.5 and my Windows 7 32 bit laptop: An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC80.CRT .type="win32", … HRESULT:0x800736FD. I followed the Apple instructions to completely uninstall earlier iTunes and all Apple applications and then tried to re-install iTunes 10.5. Numerous attempts. Still no success. Constantly goes through the install and then rolls back after failure.
By unzipping using WinRAR and installing each module separately it seems that the module that fails is the AppleApplicationSupport.msi
Finally I uninstalled everything again and reinstalled iTunes 10.4.1. This installed perfectly. So at least I still have iTunes.
I was able to install iTunes 10.5 on myWindows XP SP3 desktop.
I noticed with WinRAR that the AppleApplicationSupport.msi file with 10.5 is a completely different size to that with 10.4.1. This suggests to me a conflict between the latest AppleApplicationSupport.msi and Windows 7. -

Okay. We've got a broken Windows Modules Installer on the PC, then.
It's a bit of an involved fix getting past it, but we've had success here with it in the past.
First, I'd strongly suggest setting up a system restore point.
Now try the Scenario III treatment from the following document:
Windows Update Error 80070424 in Vista
Head back into Windows Update and attempt to get updates again. If they still fail, this time with an 8000FFFF error code, try the following Microsoft document:
Windows Update error 8000FFFF
If you get Windows Updates flowing again, stock up on any you're behind on (restarting the PC when requested to do so). This may take some time and may have to be done in several batches, depending on how far you've fallen behind. Basically, keep going back to Windows Update until it stops offering you new updates.
After the updates have been installed, restart the PC one more time (in order to ensure that any pending installs requiring a restart have been resolved).
Now try another iTunes install. Does it go through without the 0x80070424 this time? -

OK, Has anyone got the QT stand alone installer to work that has a problem getting IT6 to work also?

and now am stuck with an old version of QT and no version of IT! Can't update iPod, can't do crap. How slow can Apple be to fixing whatever bug is in IT6?! It's obvious that alot of people are having trouble and many of us are having the exact same or similar problems. Apparently a call to support is no help.
MarkI didget QT stand alone to install. I had the error -3 message. I unistalled itunes and quicktime. Then I reinstalled using my orginal ipod disc. I then was asked to upgrade to ipod 6 or something. Which I did. Still got the error -3. Then I got the QT stand alone to install by it self and every thing works great now. There was some thing stating if I wanted to "Unistall QT for windows" I said yes. There were some error associated with removing "QT for Windows" during the install but after that it works great. It took something like 20 min. for it to download when it took itunes only 7 min. to download earlier.

I have been receiving this error trying to install SQL Server 2012. Initially I already had SQL Server 2012 on my machine and attempted to install BIDS 2008. My IT guy stated that there was a conflict in the installation and suggested that I uninstall SQL
Server 2012 and then attempt to install 2008 BIDs again. Fail. I got a similar error as I pasted below. Giving up on having 2008 BIDS I've been trying to reinstall 2012 SQL Server but am getting this message below.

KB article.
I suggest you run the System Update Readiness tool and check if the error still persists.

I recently connected my iPhone to my computer, iTunes would not start... I got error: "applcation failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found. Re-installing the appliacation may fix the problem." When I tried reinstalling it failed - it said insufficient permission. Bridge has never launched - Error code 6 on installation - So frustrated with "support" - HELP!
So, I'm going to rant just like everyone else here. It makes me feel better. I spent 11 HOURS on the phone with Adobe's foreign support team yesterday and still, nothing is resolved! At this point, I will not relent until my problem is solved.
Here's the deal:
I got CS5 Creative Suite Design Standard in October 2010 and installed it on my Mac. I have only learned to use Photoshop and really wanted to use Bridge, but Bridge would never launch. I always got an error that the program quit unexpectedly. I was reluctant to call Adobe knowing I would be on the phone forever. Little did I imagine 11 hours!
Yesterday, I finally called. They said that my initial installation must not have been successful due to permission issues. After 5 people I couldn't understand well and 5 disc uninstall/re-installs, I am still getting the infamous "exit code 6" error upon installation. Photoshop still works, but not Bridge. They said that exit code 6 is a known issue but that it is a generic code and could be caused by many things. The latest thing they asked me to do (at 11PM last night) was send them the error logs from the installation. I did and it could take 24 - 48 hours for them to analyze & respond. I personally don't think they will ever call me back, so I will have to hound them again today.
I don't understand why installing software has to be so freaking hard! The won't give me a new disk to see if I have a bad one, but they say that reading these error logs and acting on them always resolves the issue. Why they didn't say that in hour 4, I don't know.
Has anyone else had this issue? Please tell me what you did to solve it!Here is a link to Error 6 on a Windows machine. Although a different OS there may be similarities with your problem. Might be worth a read.
It is a long thread but look at post #136 for sure. The fellow solved his problem, in his case a conflict with the anti-virus.

J Jana'invalid command line argument' - Most probably the SAPinst is not able to find the right path for the DB2 UDB DVD or the the argument is too long to interpret which is a very common problem during installations.
Check the path for db2 DVD, and keep it shorter - that means you have to reduce the number of folders where the DVD resides. Copy the DVD in a short path let's say C:\DB2\dvdname and re-try installation by giving the new path of dvd in SAPinst.

I uninstalled all Adobe CC software, ran Adobe CC Cleaner, cleaned my Registry using Piriform CCleaner 5, rebooted and reinstalled CC from scratch. Same problem--everything else installed correctly except Lightroom 5. Also tried uninstalling KB2918614--no joy.

If I boot to the "Recovery HD" I get a message "Installation Failed, Try re-intalling" Which would be a fine idea, but I can't because if I re-start installation from the hard drive I get the above errors.
I've burned the "InstallESD.img" to a DVD, but it also doesn't seem to work. Comes up as though I'm in the RecoJen,
Here's what I did to get Lion installed:
Burn the installer to a DVD and install from there. It worked for me. Here's what you need to do:
First you need another computer running at least 10.6.8.
1. On the other computer go to 'App Store' (make sure you're logged in to the App Store with the AppleID you used on the troubled computer)
2. Click on 'Purchased' in the 'App Store' window's toolbar
3. If you are on 10.6.8, and haven't downloaded Lion on that computer just click "Install" to download the installation application.
3. a, if the other computer is already running Lion, you'll need to re-download the installer.
3. b. Hold down 'Option' when selecting 'Purchased' then you click "Install"
4. When the Lion Installer starts up, just quit it. You want to work with the Installer application.
5. Find the "Install Lion OS X" application in the 'Applications' folder.
6. Hold down 'Control' and click on the application and select 'Show Package Contents'
7. Find 'InstallESD.dmg' which is in the "Shared Support" folder and copy it to your desktop.
8. Burn 'InstallESD.dmg' to a DVD ('Disk Utility' is simplest to do this).
9. Put the new install DVD into the computer that has Lion partially installed and reboot holding down the "C" key.
10. run the installer as normal, selecting your harddrive as the target.
In my case, when it rebooted to the harddisk the Lion installer started AGAIN. If this happens, let it run. Then you should be done.
