VXI-1000 Letter of Volatility

I'm trying to locate a Letter of Volatility for the VXI-1000 Mainframe, but haven't had any luck searching the web site. I tried to submit a support request but don't have a membership number to do so. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The VXI-1000 main frame was End of Life (EOL) in approximately 1997 and thus the documentation such as the Letter of Volatility is unavailable. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I work in a secured area and we recently purchased 2ea of the VXI-PCI8026. Can someone direct me to a Letter of Volatility for the EEPROM on the VXI-MXI-2 and PCI-MXI-2 module/board? Also, what exactly is the size of the EEPROM, I couldn't find this mentioned anywhere in the manual.

Is there a Letter of Volatility Available for the PXI-8108 describing volatile and non-volatile memory

Letter of Volatility

Please provide me with a Letter of Volatility for the Motion Control Boards PCI-7344 and PCI-7354. I would also appreciate one for the Video Capture Board PCI-1409. A declassification procedure for each of these boards would also meet my requirements. Thanks.

I don't believe there is a price for the letter, but I could be wrong. The best way to proceed with this, if you call us at 1-866-ASK-MYNI (1-866-275-6964) and create a service request, or I can pull your information and send you this information myself if you give me permission to access your information for that purpose.

I woud like to find a letter of volatility for PXI-2568; it is a relay module with, what it appears to me, some logic circuitry on the output. I have searched both the forums and NI's main website without any luck. Can someone here provide the documentation needed? I would very much appreciate it.

Volatility letter for VXIpc-872B?

To satisfy our security requirements, I need a volatility letter covering the VXIpc-872B controller (or, more generally, the VXIpc-870 series of controllers), but I couldn't find one on the NI web site. Can someone send me one?
Also: By reviewing the user manual I've already identified at least two types of nonvolatile memory in the controller -- battery-backed CMOS for BIOS settings (and more?), and an EEPROM, half of which is user-accessible. The manual provides a procedure for erasing the battery-backed CMOS, but I didn't see one for the EEPROM; does such a procedure exist, at least for the user-accessible half?

NI-VXI Keeps Crashing

Upon accessing any NI-VXI Vis on the SECOND time, there is an error that flashes on the screen that Labview has had its memory corrupted and that Labview needs to be restarted. When I access the WSclr vi this always happens, but it usually only happens after I've ran the VI once. What is causing this?

I have tried to recreate your problem with no success.
It sounds like there is a corruption with your copy of NI-VXI or LabVIEW. First, let's try and reinstall NI-VXI. Let's use MSI-blast to uninstall the driver. Please go to ftp.ni.com/outgoing and download MSI-blast. Once you run the utility, you will have the option to unsinstall NI-VXI. This will entirely remove NI-VXI from the Windows registry. Once you have removed the driver, please download the current copy of NI-VXI here .

Add "cost center" query to a start condition?

Hi there,
we got a new requirement for one of our plants.
We're on SRM 5.0 classic scenario.
Is it possible to add a "cost center" query to a specific start condition (SWB_PROCUREMENT) of a workflow?
E.g. if a user uses cost center 4711 for a shopping cart item a specific cost center responsible xyz should approve this item.
If the user uses another cost center 4712 for a second item in this shopping cart this item should be approved by another cost center responsible abc.
Is that somehow possible ?
So far I did not find a suitable expression for cost center.

I can't really find in the metioned thread or in note 731637 what happens if a SC with several items is partially approved.
Example:
SC with 3 items:
item 1 cc 1000
item 2 cc 2000
item 3 cc 1000
Let's say item 1+3 have been approved by the approver found by badi and WS14500015. Is a PO or a purchase requisition created in backend? Or is it only created after the whole SC has been approved (i.e. also item 2).

Posting Vendor retention

Hi
I want to post into vendor retention at the time of posting invoices in FB60.
For ex:
Invoice is of Rs.10000
Retention is of 10%
Entry should be:
Expenses A/c.. Dr 10000
To Vendor a/c 9000
To Vendor Retention (with special GL for retention) 1000
Let me know how its possible in SAP
I do not want to use F-02 or F-43 for the same.

standard SAP does not support to post any retention, advance deduction during FB60 or MIRO. hence only way is to first post transaction thru MIRO or FB60 than report to retention special GL by another document.
but thru Z development we can come over from this problem. follow the steps for Z development:-
1) create retention or advance specific payment terms e.g. R001, A001
2) while posting MIRo or FB60, identify the retention amount in amount split tab with payment term. e.g. total invoice 1000 and retention is 100 than in amount split tab page 900 with normal payment term and 100 with payment term R001
3) crate a Z table and make a relationship of company code, spl gl indicatior and payment term
4) record a BDC with transaction code F-51 in which debit vendor with normal line item and credit vendor with spl gl indicator like R
5) once document posted, system will read payment term available in document and if payment term match with entries maintain in Z table, will start re posting
in my openion this is the only way thru which auto reposting will happen and manaul entries can be avoid.
any other good solution / suggessation are welcome.

EDiscovery Center Query Not Accepting 'Start' Date

I have set up a new ediscovery site collection and am attempting to perform a query for content.I created a new case which has added a new subsite and then I attempted to use the search and export query. After clicking new item I am taken to the query:new
item page.
Adding a date using the date picker for start date does not work. Clicking 'advanced query options' shows that no date filter is added.
Clicking end date works correctly.
Adding a free text date query or range works correctly.
Has anyone else come across this bug with the start date box ? Whatever is entered there is simply not being added as a query filter. ???

Read in Quotation document total

Hi fellow developers,
Scenario : I want to open the Sales Opportunity window when someone tries to add a Sales Quotation and the document's total exceeds some amount (1000 lets say).
Problem : I cannot even for starters read in the total from the sales document for some reason under God's blue sky.
I've checked for the following and this is what i thought i had to do but its not working :
