Wage type not showing in net pay payslip

dear all,
It has been observed in some cases of full and final settlement where there is a payment to be made in respect of Car Maintenace Reimbursement and Fuel Reimbursement. The amount in respect of both these reimbursements to be entered under Infotype 15 in case of full and final settlements is being calculated in Gross payments but not in net payments (In payslip)
kindly suggest.

Not to show the wage type when amount is zero in payslip

Hi Gurus,
I am not sure what's wrong with the rule below, my intention is to display the text and the wage type amount when the wage type amount is not Zero, and not to display the text and the amount when wage type amount is zero.
Below is the rule i apply to the wage type text, but it only works when the wage type amount is not EQ 0. When the WT amount is zero, the WT text text still appear

if the amount is 0 than there is no wage type in RT right than wht is the need of going through the rule

PE51 - Deduction Wage Type amount showing with a negative "-" sign

Dear All,
We have pay slip configured for the client in PE51 - HR Foms Editor.
Here, we have added the deduction wage types in Window tab and Cumulations tab.
However, when we generate the pay slip, the custom wage types which are defined in deductions show up the amount with a negative " - " sign.
Please advise how this negative sign can be removed.
Please note that in Cumulations tab, under deductions, the MS value against all the deductions wage type is " +"

IT0014 wage type not processed

Hi,
When IT0014 wage type created in middle of the month say 17.07.2009 till 31.12.9999, the wage type is taken into payroll process only during next payroll period, i.e in this case it is processed only during Aug09 it is not taken into process for July09.
How to make the wage type to be processed for July09 as well???????? any settings to be made????
We also tried by spliting into two records but it still doesnt take the july09 in payroll process.
17.07.2009 to 31.07.2009 $50
01.08.2009 to 31.12.9999 $100
It works fine when the begin date of wage type is from 01st of the month.
This secenario is for an existing EE, its just that the wage type amt for this EE starts from 17.07.2009, no changes to IT0000 or IT0001. As we want to record payment period, we want to pay thru IT0014 only.
Need your valuable inputs in solving this issue......plz

List of wage types not processed in payroll

Dear ABAPERS,
I am developing a report which will show all wage types from infotypes 14 and 15 which are still not processed in payroll due to the reason that the payroll of some employees was not processed since they were locked in infotype 3.
One solution is to read payroll cluster and compare wage types from infotype 14, 15 with wage types in payroll cluster. Is there any solution other than this ???

Hello,
Check the Payroll Log, Search by P0014, check the input and output whether IT 14 record exists and moved to IT table, if it so then next check why it is not added to RT. If it is not there in P0014 input table then check your IT 14 entry whether date and other entries are correct.

/3M1 and /414 wage types not generated after maintaining IT0582 exemption

I am facing an issue while generating the Annual Medical Reimbursement Exemption wage type (/3M1) and Total Medical Exemption wage type (/414) for an employee. I have referred to previous threads pertaining to this issue and have accordingly performed the following steps in this regard so far:
1. I am using the wage type 9MDR to pay the medical reimbursement amount to an employee through IT0014. Following is the screenshot of V_T7INT9 for this wage type:

As per the earlier threads on this topic, I initially maintained the value 10 (Medical Allowance) for Evaluation Class 6 for this wage type. But even in that case, the /3M1 and /414 wage types were not getting generated. As a result, I am maintaining the value 20 for Evaluation Class 6 for this wage type
4. Following is the screenshot of IT582 in which I am maintaining a record in Subtype MDA for this employee:

I again checked the table V_T7INT9 table and found that the tax code SMED was assigned to another wage type 9MDA (Medical Allowance) which is used to pay Medical Allowance to employees through IT0008. Following is the screenshot of the same:
I removed this entry and then executed the Payroll. Subsequently I found that the /3M1 and /414 wage types were getting generated. Following is the screenshot of the output after the processing of INMED function:

Wage type for Employer Pension Contribution, EDLI Contribution, EDLI Admin Charges & PF Admin Charges not coming in RT table.

Hi,
Check in Payroll log where it is not coming up to in IT table..
Check your PF trust configuration eigher Exempted trust or Non exempted trust. based on that system will genearte technical wage types.
And you need to confirm process classes not changed as per SAP standard and done any PCR written for PF and pension.

Type not showing when opening pdf in Illustrator

Here's a strange problem that I don't recall having seen before.
I have a pdf file with diagrams of cupboards and tables with measurements. Everything looks o.k.
I open it in Illie (CS3) and everything shows up except the type. It is point type and only the points are there. I can drag over the type where the letters should be and there IS something there (coloured black according to the Color palette) but no recognizeable letters. I tried copying the type from the pdf and pasting into Illie but still no luck. I have the font (Syntax Roman) but the only way I can get it to work properly is to type the text in again manually. Any ideas please?

InDesign created this PDF and made the font a CID Identity-H font (not opentype, but similar in the respect that it has many more characters)
I am not an expert on this topic so you may get a better response reposting this here or in the acrobat forum with a new topic (eg: converting PDF CID fonts to .ai).
This tech note shows how to fix the problem if you have the original InDesign file.

Properties panel (for Content Types) not showing when creating sharepoint based document

Hello,
I've created three Content Types to populate when creating a new Budget document. The problem I'm seeing is that my pc always opens the Budget doc in Word Online and the properties box does not show. When I create a new Budget doc with my test pc, where
it always opens in Word, the properties box does show the three Content Types.
Is the idea of Content Type and the properties window supposed to work in Word Online?
My pc is Win 7, Office 2010 and IE 11
My test pc is Win 8, Office 2013 and IE 10

Hi Jimbo, they don't work online. You should change your library settings to open documents in client program.

Event of delegeted Object type not showing up in event trace

Hi,
Please forgive me if this question has already been posted, I created a subtype for the object BUS2032 as ZSALESDOC and delegated the later the to the standard object type BUS2032 , but when i create a sales order it is not showing up in the event trace (TCODE : SWEL), only standard object type BUS2032 is showing up, and the ZSALESDOC object type's CREATED event is not showing up, Please i need inputs on any other thing i am missing out for delegating this object.

New entries
enter status(VBK) - Your copied object type ZSALESDOC
Status Restrictions
I00002 (syst Status) ..REL (released)..SAVE and see once again

Custom movement type not showing up in pull-down menu

Hi all,
I created a custom movement type to transfer QI stock in one plant to QI stock in another plant. The movement is working correctly in MIGO by choosing transfer and then entering my custom movement type into the movement type field; however, it's not showing up if you just do a pull down. You must enter it manually for it to work. Does anyone know what I missed on the setup that's making it not show up in the list?

Data Source Type not showing in drop down

I am trying to utilize an XML data source that I defined in the physical layer for init block for repository variable. Anyways when I go to select the data source, XML does not show up as an available data source within the drop down, thus I can not select the xml data sources connection pool. Can anyone let me know what I am missing here. I searched config files and other things within the rpd to no avail. I know I am missing something simple, and if anyone knows please let me know.

Initialization blocks can only connect to database data sources as there must be written in SQL. The only exception for this are the Session Init Blocks which can also connect to an LDAP server or a Customer Authenticator. You will need to load your XML file in a database to be able to read it.

Editable PDF Type Not Showing Up on iPhone & iPad

I set up an editable pdf form for my client in Adobe Acrobat Pro. He is able to type in it and save it and able to see what he has typed, but when he sends it to someone that opens it on their iPad or iPhone they are not able to see what he has typed. Should it be saved a certain way for the iPad & iPhone?

Chances are the recipient is using a PDF application that does not process interactive PDF forms; for example, the Apple PDF Viewer does not process interactive PDF forms.
If the recipient installs the Mobile Adobe Reader, he/she should be able to view the interactive PDF forms that are sent to them.
Failing that, the sender can choose to flatten their forms prior to sending. This will remove the interactivity of the form, but will make the form content show up in PDF applications that do not process interactive PDF forms.

Print Settings/Media Type not showing papers

I've installed several paper profiles, and I have LR3 doing the color management with my specific profile. But when I go to Print Settings, the Media Type does not have the paper type I'm using. It only shows 4 basic photo papers.
Do I ignore Media Type if I'm using specific paper profiles?
If not, how do I update the list?

I'm using the latest Mac OS. Other is not an option. I just got off the phone with Epson, they said it depends on if I have the Photo or Matt black cartridge in. And if I'm using a non-Epson photo paper, either matt or glossy, I just need to select the Media Type that closely relates to my paper. In the end, the ICC profile will dictate. Apparently.
