Waiting for Acknowledge status
Hi All,
I have a scenario already running in PRD (IDOC to File).
Now there is some enhancement required to be done, based on some specific plant, the delivery is to be sent to different location.
I have done the configuation by making another Business Component using routing rule & further assingned the routing roule to
Receiver Determinaion. the scenario is running perfect. Files are being created in the target system based on Plant.
but in SXMB_MONI, the message is in success state where as there is one column, as 'Ack Status' here comes waiting for
acknowledgment with a red icon.
How to avoid this, do I have create a Business system in SLD, or just neglect this message as files are being creted at the location.
Thanks,
Krishna
Hi,
\You can disable Acknowledge by using report IDX_NOALE for your IDOc.

PS2013 - When creating a new instance of Project Server hangs in 'Waiting for resources' status
Hi,
I have one instance of Project Server 2013 fully operational and I tried to duplicate the instance to make some tests. As I know the issue of using the same Content Database of Project Server in the same Server Farm, I used the powershell backup/restore/dismount
and mount the content database to change the site IDs to avoid index duplication. The Project server database was a regular SQL backup and restore in another database.
I created a new Web App in the port 90 as show below.
Then I included the Content database of Project Server as separated DB from SharePoint for this new SharePoint -acme90 and I tried to create the new instance. The creation hanged in "Waiting for Resources" status.
To make another check excluding the reuse of the SharePoint-80 I tried to create another instance both in the SharePoint-80 where is the working instance and in the SharePoint-90, everything default and again they all hanged in Waiting for Resource.
If I try to create the instance using PowerShell I got the following error:
PS C:\Users\epm_setup> Mount-SPProjectWebInstance -DatabaseName Test_EPM -SiteCo
llection http://acme02/epm -Lcid 1046
Mount-SPProjectWebInstance : Cannot find an SPSite object with Id or Url:

ountPwaInstance
All SharePoint and Project Server services are running, all App Pools and sites are started at the IIS. I could not find a hanging timer job.
I cannot stop the hanged process or dismount the instances using Powershell since no instance created.
How should I solve the hanging status of creation of the instance? As they are in Hyper-V I can go back using one snapshot.
Thank you.
Best regards, Ricardo Segawa - Segawas Projetos / Microsoft PartnerHi Eric,
Thank your for your interest in this case.
I checked for running and crashed PWA jobs and deleted all of them just after restoring the snapshot and tried to create the new instance in the new web app in port 90 (besides the existing and working instance in port 80), but again it hanged in "waiting
for resources". There is not any timer job hanging, no error in event viewer or in log. So the error is well before working with cloned dbs.
Answering your questiion, I am working all on 2013. My intention is backup one instance of the port 80 and copy to the instance of port 90, changing of course the url and the index of the content db of SharePoint. The process I used was:
Create a new web app in port 90, creating a new SharePoint_Content_2 on a
http://server:90 site.
Created the top level site called Portal using the Team Site template.
Create a new content db for new instance of Project Server named EPM_Content_2 using Central Admin.
Backup content db from port 80 instance of Project Server and restore to this EPM_content_2 using PowerShell cmd.
Dismounted and mounted this Project Server content db to create new index for existing sites to avoid index conflicts.
Backup the Project Server DB from port 80 using SQL backup and restored as ProjectWebApp2 db for port 90 instance.
Tried to create a new instance of Project Server
http://server:90/pwa on web app of port 90 using the ProjectWebApp2 db and using the same app pool of the other instance. But as in the previous case, it hang out in "Waiting for resources".

Application still in "Waiting For Review" status
All,
Although I've submitted my application to Apple (nearly a week ago), it's still under "Waiting for Review" status. How long does this process take to change the current status? In addition, will I know whether or not my application will be approved? I mean, I'm kind of concerned about my application approval...
Thanks in advance.

All off a sudden I get waiting for job status notification on a package that has worked for years
Does anyone else have this problem, the package in question is Adobe CS 5.5, this package as worked for years all of a sudden the OSD, gives
waiting for job status notification and hangs forever on the installation of Adobe CS 5.5
If I run the batch file manually that I am using in the SCCM package for Adobe CS 5.5
it works perfectly, but when part of an OSD I now get waiting for job status notification.
Any advice would be great.Hi,
I recommend you check the following log files on the client.
AppEnforce.log
It records details about enforcement actions (install and uninstall) taken for applications on the client.
execmgr.log
It records
details about packages and task sequences that run.

Sending step in Integration Process waiting for Acknowledgement infinitely
In process I had to send an MATMAS, CLFMAS and CNPMAS. The data for
this IDoc comes in one message from third party system. So, my
Integration Process has receive step (to collect a data), and three
send-steps (for MATMAS, for CLFMAS, for CNPMAS), one by one. The
receive-step catch an inbound message and then (without transforms)
send this message to each of this three send-steps in Asynchronous
mode. The inbound message transforms in Interface Determination to
IDoc. Three steps, one Interface Determination with three conditions,
that looks
like «ProcessStep=send_matmas», «ProcessStep=send_clfmas», «ProcessStep=s
end_cnpmas», and in this place I set a mapping to transform inbound
message to IDoc. All send-steps has property Acknowledgement, which set
to Transport value. So in first send-step MATMAS goes to R3, then R3 in
response send ALEAUD IDoc (trans WE05 shows an incoming MATMAS and
outgoing ALEAUD); ALEAUD comes to XI (trans IDX5 shows inbound and
outbound messages), but ALEAUD didnu2019t transforms to XI Acknowledgement.
And there is no any CLFMAS or CNPMAS, because all processes sleeps in
their first send-steps (trans SWWL shows a many STARTED processes).
Each send-step waits for event u2018SEND_OK_TRANSPORTu2019. Moreover, if I use
trans sxmb_moni to monitor this situation and if I press refresh (F5
button) every time, sxmb_moni every time requests a status of
Acknowledgements, XI transform ALEAUD to Ack, send-step in process
catch this status, process wake up and moves to next send-step (which
sends an CLFMAS and waits for Ack). By continuously pressing refresh
(F5) in sxmb_moni all process becomes COMPLETED (trans SWWL), all
ALEAUD transforms to XI Ack and all IDocs goes to R3. But pressing F5
itu2019s not a solution for integration.Hi Igor,
I dont think your manual refresh changes the status . The status changes is the status change of GUI . The system will take how much so ever it needs to take and not as per your manual refresh.

How to handle archives messages in Msgs waiting for Acknowledgement
Hi folks
If i have a async process in BPM whcih is having status set "Processed successfully" but the BPM has actually spawned a WAIT for a transport acknowledgment(from file adapter), how do I handle archving/deletion for this msg??
Any filter i set in SXMB_ADM will count in such msgs too..how do we work around the scenario?Hi Sriram,
>>>The missing link here is the Adapter status is not considered by ccBPM in deciding the process status..
I think you're right I'd like to know a little bit more about this too
If you decide to post it as an OSS message please
update this thread so that we'll all know in the future:)
Thx in advance,

How to delete a app which is in waiting for submission status

Hi,
I found the stock in MD04 transaction. Can you tell me for what purpose these quantity of stock is blocked here in the Stock/Requirement list?
I found a lot of line items and when i click on the detail tab, it takes me to a delivery order. When I click on the document flow, all the deliveries have been completed (PGI done). If PGI has already been done for these deliveries, then why it still shows in "Shedule for Delivery" status. I can not use those quantities as these are blocked and can not be used for future delivery. How to make it available under "Unrestricted use"?
Thanks & regards

Created a Document : Waiting for moderation - Status display will be a good addition
Hi SCN Support Community,
i had created a document a week ago, Since this is my first attempt to give back to the community , I am very impatient about when this will be published ( as its under moderation). I understand from the FAQs of Pre-moderation section that we have volunteers to moderate content and it takes roughly 3 days. I also understand that there is no way to check the status of my document till i get the relevant notification. However i feel it will be really helpful if we have in the portal where we can atleast see the status ..doesnt matter if it says "Under- Moderation" (there might be a reason why scn has opted away from this , if there isnt any, why not .
Thanks & Regards,

Waiting for status to reach "Differential sync"
Hey guys, I recently set up MMA and created a couple of virtuals to migrate to Azure. Everything went OK, I was able to push the mobility service, and wanted to migrate the VM to Azure, but I've been waiting for the status to reach "Differential sync"
for some time now.
I know this is question is answered in the FAQ over here:
http://blogs.technet.com/b/srinathv/archive/2014/10/09/migration-accelerator-faq-and-known-issues.aspx but it just tells me to wait. I've been waiting for 24hrs now, and the information under "Volume Protection" isnt very clear to me. I
want to know what the status is, and how long it's going to take before I can start the migration. Now, for example; the resync in transit number. Yesterday, when I left the office, it was at 85. I thought it was 85% so I was hoping to migrate today,
but now it's at 800-something. Is this value expressed in bananas, or megabytes, or what?Hi Tom.
could you please share screenshot of the replication progress?
if you have still same problem. please send email to mmasupport. one of our engineer will connect with you through remote session and will assist you in this.

PS2013 - Creating a new instance of Project Server does not run and hangs in "Waiting for Resource"
Hi,
In my Project Server 2013 environment I created an instance of Project Server which is running in a notebook Hyper-V Windows 2012 Server with 11 GB, 4 threds, 3 GHz, one box configuration with complete version of SQL Server 2012 with SP1, nothing trial.
PS and SPS 2013 updated with Cumulative Update of Dec 2013.
I want to create a new empty instance in the same port 80 with a different URL or in the port 90 creating a new web application.
Whatever option I choose, when I try to create the instance of the Project Server it hangs in "Waiting for Resource" status. No Event Viewer, no hanged timer Jobs, all services running, all pools and sites started and I found out nothing in the
SharePoint Logs. After every attempt I return the server snapshot to the former state.
The Project Server and SharePoint continue to work normally.
Any hints where should I look to solve this issue?
Thank you.
Best regards, Ricardo Segawa - Segawas Projetos / Microsoft PartnerRicardo,
so, the only clue I can find in your posting is around the web application.
if you want a 2nd PWA instance on the same web application (this presums you have one already, working, right?).
all you really have to do is give it a different "pwa" name - like "Test" or some such and use a unique project database name : Test_ProjectServerData
there is much more you could do, for isolation into a private content database for example.
to use a different port, then you need to setup a web application on a different port and proceed as above, selecting that web app to start from.
if the basic action of new pwa site provision is not working, then it may suggest there is something systemmically wrong with the setup.
let us know,
Thanks, Eric S. Pcubed -
Server Monitor: Waiting for response
We have for different systems that we have tried to use Server Monitor on. The two older ones, a PowerBookG4 and a mac-mini, both with Server Monitor version 1.5.0, work without any problems. Unfortunately, our two brand new MacBooks came with Server Monitor 1.5.1 and get the famous "Waiting for response" status.
The only discussions I've found point to either reverse DNS not being setup -- which is not the case -- or the hardware monitor daemon not running. Given that the two systems with version 1.5.0 work, I don't believe either one of these are the problem.Well the MAC addresses of my LOM's seem to be sequential to the two builtin ethernet ports. Assign each LOM an IP number. Then, on another computer, try to change it's IP to the same thing as the LOM. You should get an error message saying that the IP # is already in use by aonther MAC address. You guessed it, that Other MAC address should be the LOM. This is how I found out mine. The 1 port ended with a 4, the 2 port ended with a 5, the LOM 1 ended with a 6 and the LOM 2 ended with a 7.
HOWEVER, after days of messing with this stuff, I have not gotten the LOM to work. Tried all the tricks too, even the ones Apple won't tell you like unplugging the whole computer for 30 seconds and stuff. After all that messing around I have somehow damaged the servers ability to work with Apple Remote Desktop. The server appears in the list fine, but when you try to access it, ARD can never connect. I guess I will have to completely rebuild this server on Monday. It's faster than finding what's corrupt now. I'm not impressed with the Intel servers at all. I hate all this new LOM stuff and I don't like the mounting hardware either. I think they took a step backwards this time. Stop trying to make Sun servers. If I wanted a Sun, I'd buy a Sun. I want an Apple, because it's easy to use. At least they WERE easy to use. Anybody want to trade a dual Intel 3.0 for a dual G5???? I'm giving up on the LOM thing now. I will just use ARD to run Server Monitor on the machine as local. This is the only way to get info on the INtel serverrs it seems. Bummer. Silly that I trust my G4 Xserver much more than the Intel. -
Application stuck at "Waiting for Upload"
When submitting my application yesterday, I tried to use the web based upload link and the checkbox would never appear for the application binary in the itunesconnect portal. No error message was displayed after the actual upload. The page displatyed 0.9 of 0.9 with an x next to it which just deleted the upload. If I tried to submit as is, the page told me I had to submit a binary, arrgh, which I tried repeatedly.
I then tried to use the "ApplicationLoader" tool. It said the upload was successful but the application is stuck at "Waiting for Upload" status. Anyone else in the same boat? I am using a wildcard appid as the setup suggests. I have checked a couple of other threads mentioning this and how people fixed this. I tried what was in those threads, I am using a wildcard app id.darrensi wrote:
Same problem here. Uploaded through the ApplicationLoader last night and its still showing "Waiting for upload" on itunesconnect. This is my second app and I didn't have this problem with the first one - the status was updated to "In review" within a few minutes.
One thing I noticed is that ApplicationLoader itself was acting strangely. On my first app upload, the progress bar chunked along nicely as it was uploading. On my second app upload, the progress bar stayed at zero while the time remaining count quickly counted up to around sixty minutes, then the progress bar went to full and said the app was uploaded.
Anyone else experiencing this or having successful uploads in the past 24 hours?
My app is in "Pending Contract" status since last night. Its moving along. I noticed the same thing at darrensi noticed. However, when the ApplicationLoader delayed, it occurred right before my app was accepted.
