Waiting for approval from other device on mac

Im waiting for the macs keychain access to send approval to one of my other devices for approval after a fresh installation of mavericks 10.9.3,
my question is how long should it take because its been 3 hours so far.
it doesnt appear to be working for me

Please see below for instructions on troubleshooting this issue of not receiving the verification code:
I'm not receiving the verification code via SMS.
Make sure that you have a good cellular network connection on your phone.
Check that your phone number is one that can receive SMS messages. You can do this by having someone send you a text message.
Check that you have the correct phone number associated with your account:
Devices using iOS 7.0.3 or later: Tap Settings > iCloud > Account, then tap Keychain. Check that the phone number listed under Verification Number is correct. If not, enter another phone number.
Macs using OS X Mavericks v10.9 or later: Choose Apple () menu > System Preferences. Click iCloud, then click Account Details. Check that the phone number listed under Verification number is correct. If not, enter another phone number.
Check Apple System Status to see if there is currently a service outage affecting iCloud Keychain.
If you do not have access to a device that has iCloud Keychain enabled, you can contact Apple Support and verify your identity for help completing iCloud Keychain setup.

From your post it appears that you have enabled two-step verifcation for your Apple ID, which is why it is prompting you to enter in a verification code from a device that you set up. Take a look at the support article linked to below to learn more about two-step verification.

" Waiting for approval " until when !????

i have a nokia N8 with the following product code 059D1M2 im always checking for the update realase , now its been a month evryday i check the updates availability i find " Waiting for approval" is nokia joking on us or what !!?

It means that it's waiting for approval from your operator and it has nothing to do with Nokia.
You could call your operator and ask about this approval, someone in technical service may know that how long it takes to approve the newest firmware. (For some reason, every operator has to approve the firmware updates and only after that their clients can do the update)

Hello, I have songs that show they are "Waiting" for download from the cloud but they are greyed out. Some songs in one album are done others in the same album will not download. It is not a time function because i have been working on this for weeks. I have allowed my compter to run for days and the songs are still not accessible. I have a Match subscription and Match is working. If I click on the "Genre" link the greyed out songs show that they are ready for download from the cloud but I cannot download them. I have downloaded over 1500 other songs, so I am trying to understand what is going on here. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

I did think about that and if I have to I will do that, however there are about 50 songs. I have closed and reopened iTunes several times and I am sure that I have the latest version. It fails right away but I can click on the cloud download icon and download the song that it failed on ... therefore it is not that song "or any one song" causing the issue. Any ideas?

EBAN you get the exact level. but thing is here you can get the rel stat as X only.
Say examply if you have 3 rel level means, in this rel stat each level release it will get update X. If two level released XX will be there.
Create one Z table there you will maintain the release code,user and level combination. two compare this z table and eban you can get the user list.

Keychain waiting for approval

So I am currently not signed into keychain on any device and am trying to sign in on Yosemite. Because I can not verify keychain with another device I have to enter my code. I enter my code and it has a little setting up circle loading icon, before saying it still needs approval from another device. No matter how many times I enter the code this always happens! And I can't verify from another device because I do not have another device. Any knowledge on how to fix this problem without wiping my keychain would be much appreciated.

This worked for me. I can't take credit, I found this on another site.
Turn off iCloud Keychain if it’s on on all of your devices.
From one of your iOS devices, go to Keychain and tap Approve with Security Code.
When prompted for the 4-digit iCloud Security code tap Forgot Code.
Follow the prompts to reset the code (the easiest thing is to use the same code that you use for the device you’re on).
Now this device should have iCloud Keychain enabled and working.
Now from your other devices, enable iCloud Keychain.
You should get a notification on the working device about this.
Enter your iCloud password in the prompt.
iCloud Keychain should now be enabled on this device.
Repeat for your other devices.

Error Message "waiting for response from user"

When some people invite me to chat on Ichat, they get an error message saying "waiting for response from user." On my end, I never get the invite. Other people are able to invite me without any problem. How do I fix this? Is the problem on my end?

I can see now where the issue is.
A Jabber Buddy list can only accept Jabber Buddies.
A Buddy List that Logs into AIM such as your @Me.com name can only add Valid AIM Names to it as Buddies.
The main problem is that both Jabber IDs and AIM names can have the @symbol on them and look like email addresses.
Example Jabber IDs
Example "AIM " Names

ralphjonhsr (No @)
[email protected]
[email protected] (Apple ID type)
[email protected]
[email protected] (Apple ID type)
any Facebook name
[email protected] (Email registered with AIM)
So your Jabber Buddy List will find that there is No (@)me.com Jabber server and say the message cannot be delivered.
The AIM (@Me.com) Buddy never gets the Request for Authorisation for the same reason and the auto response of adding An ID/Name to Send a Message to starts iChat wanting that person to Accept or Decline being a Buddy- which they cannot do - so you get the name with the "Waiting for..." message.
Either everyone gets a Jabber ID or everyone gets a Valid AIM Name.

Bluetooth sharing from other devices to blackberry

hi team, i kind of find it difficult transfering data through bluetooth from other devices to blackberry even though the two devices are paired. when doing the transfer from the blackberry to the other devices, it works but not the other way round, any solutions?

Substitute, in the KB, the appropriate instructions for your other device in place of the KB section for the sending device. Unless you are on BB OS 6, do not skip the "Receive Using BT" step on the receiving BB...nothing will transfer if you do.

Firefox Sync places "Tabs" from other devices all on a single page.

Before late yesterday and today, I had never used Firefox Sync. I did eventually find the results under the History menu, under "Tabs from other Devices". The system was not well explained. I searched the internet, and did not find any explanation of where to find the results. All of the "Tabs" were on one page, vertically listed from top to bottom. They were not in the order I had them in my browser windows, but appeared to be in somewhat of a random, haphazard order. Before Firefox crashed yesterday, I probably had 300 - 400 tabs open in the two windows. There is no way the current Sync system will be of any value to me. I have had crashes, for about the last year or so, because my Windows XP computer only has 1.5 Gb of memory, which is still more than a lot of XP computers had. An acquaintance has a Windows Vista computer with 2 Gb memory, and also experiences crashes. I recently purchased a Windows 7 64 bit computer with a lot of memory. I moved by bookmarks over ( for Firefox), and even got Netscape 4.8 running, even though it has a 16 bit installer, that will not run by itself on a 64 bit system, but there seems to be no easy way to transfer the contents of my Firefox tabs over. I considered using MozBackup, to transfer the tabs, but the author said he did not think that was a good idea.

I have most of the items bookmarked. Having 200 - 300 tabs open saves time, since I don't have to go to the bookmarks, if the tabs are already open. One problem has been crashes, but as long as I can restore a previous session, I can still get to the data. I had quite a few tabs open when I was planning to purchase a new computer. I also follow the stock market, and the weather. I was also looking at various VIrtual Private Networking (VPN) sites. At one time, I probably had 20 - 50 tabs open, just for those. I did bookmark a few, but unfortunately lost the VPN tabs, when Firefox crashed. Even if I don`t go to a particular group of tabs very often, leaving it open is faster, especially since I will know where they are. I often put the computer in standby mode, rather than shutting it off, especially if I will remain in the same location.

Header status say "waiting for approval".

We have contract with 10 line items. All line items are approved. ie the status say approval finished.
However in the header status say "waiting for approval".
We have approval at header level.
System details we have SRM 7.01 ie Ehp 1.

Waiting for Approval - RFx Question

Hi Experts,
We are in Esourcing 7.0. My Client has a requirement to add spend category group as approver for RFx before it go to next phase 'Open for Review'.
I modified the document security template for RFx and provided the group information.
Added them as Colloboraters - Role (Approver)
When I changed the phase to 'Waiting for approval'. I dont see any approval item in the workbench (My Workflow Activities)...
But when I click on the link(that I received in email as colloborator) , I can view a button 'Approve RFx'.
Is there something I am missing?
Will 'My Workflow Activities' only shows that are routed through XPDL (Project and Contract Document)?

Rfx approval is not supported by workflow. It is a separate process. As you stated Projects, Contract Documents, UserDefined objects and recently Vendors are supported workflow documents. The way you can tell is objects that have configurable phase definitions also have the ability to add workflow. These will show up in the workflow activities report.
