Waiting for email confirmation about purchase

I was waiting for an email confirmation about purchasing a subscription, but realized afterwards that the primary email address on my account was outdated and doesn't work, so my payment has gone through but I havent been able to access the confirmation email to activate service. can the email be resent to my updated email?

If you click the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes does that download them and/or do they show in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes (TV programmes won't show in all countries) ? If other TV programmes show there but not those then check to see if they are hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919
If the above doesn't find any extra episodes (and I assume that there are more than those 4 episodes available in your country's store) then you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

I purchased & downloaded Elements 10 about 2 hours ago & cant install because I'm still waiting for the serial # to be emailed. What gives?

It may take upto 48 hours for an order to be processed and the e-mail containing the serial number to be sent to you.
You can run the product as a trial and use it till you receive the serial. A trial will have all features that a full version consists of.
Once you receive the serial number, you can input the same in the trial software and convert it to a full version without having to reinstall the application.

TS1702 an app. i have purchased has failed to download, even though i have received email confirming the purchase.

i have tried several times unsuccessfully to report a download failure {app}. the amount was deducted from my account, and i have received an email confirmation.

Keith I've had very good luck with iTunes billing support. Never had a failed app download, jujst a failed HD movie download....but they were good about issuing a refund.

Message monitoring Status Waiting for email receiver

Scenario: SAP ECC will call Error Handling interface class. The communication channel for the Error Handling interface is Email Adapter.

I encountered one problem where my email receiver status in message monitoring is always 'Waiting'. I do not know what went wrong in the setting? Does anyone know how to solve my problem ?

XI tries 3 times before changing the status of the message to System Error. One can Manually resend the error messages by using the RESEND button in RWB. In scenarios where XI was trying to send the message to an end system that was down for maintenance, you would want XI to resubmit the message automatically without human intervention. What would be nice is to able to tune the retries like IS_Retry which is available for Integration engine.
We can achieve this by changing the retry count used by the Adapter Engine, by default its set to 3 times, 5 minutes apart. This count can be changed in Visual Admin->server->services-> SAP XI Adapter: XI.
Here change the number Retries parameter from 3 to 10 and change the retry retryInterval to around 10minutes. For these configuration changes to be picked up, restart SAP XI Adapter: XI.

Looking for Email Confirmation solution for a Stationary Printer. Is LiveCycle for me?

Hi there, we are printers and wanted to know if LiveCycle was the right thing for us.
Basically we would like to be able to email a pdf document to a client which includes a few fields for them to fill in and a tick box for them to tick.
We would also like to insert a copy of our artwork in the pdf document or attached to it.
Can anyone point us into the right direction?
Also are there any tutorials online that show us how this can be done? Just want to see how easy/hard it would be to do this.

You could use LiveCycle Designer to build the fillable form. You can embed images in the form or add them as attachments. Lastly you could make use of the mail client on the machine that the form is being viewed to email the form where it needs to go.
You can get Designer when you buy Acrobat.

After installation the new version 2.0.1.4120 Firefox does not run any more; does not accept any key, but is waiting for a confirmation!

The older versions all worked perfectly! Only after installing the new version, program does not react!

Display a message without waiting for user response

Hi,
I'm currently trying to find the best way to display a message, and multiple messages to the user, so that he is informed of the processing.
I've tryied the dialog box but it's waiting for user confirmation so it interrupts the execution of the VI.
Another precision is that I call the dialog in a case structure, so does it act?
I'm thinking about using a VI dedicated to the displaying of the message but I may not be able to display multiple message boxes.
Can anyone help me to use the best way?

You can build the message display into your vi by using the techniques shown in the attached vi (LV7.1.1)
It is just a string indicator with large font size, and using property nodes to show/hide when necessary.

Canadians wait for price drop.

The 17" macbook pro in Canada had a 200 CAD price drop due to exchange rates. I believe the 15.4" will have similar price drop in the near future. I suggest everyone considering a 15.4" to wait for a bit before purchasing. I strongly suspect the initial 13" MacBook's price in Canada will be lowered sooner than the 15.4" model.

The password is good for 15 minutes to make purchases. You should receive a receipt in 24 to 48 hours for the purchases. There is a link to Report an issue. You could use that to start a conversation with iTunes Support about a refund.
Apple considers all sales final. But has been known to offer a one time refund. So the question is, do you want to use your one time refund on this purchase or one more expensive in the future?
