Wall Boards for UCCX 7.0

Any recommendations for a Wall Board for UCCX 7.0?

To avoid compatibility issues please check the compatibility guide.  TAC will not be able to assist with wallboard issues that fall outside the compatibility of the CCX environment.

  • Wall Board with UCCX 9

We are building our Wallboard for our call center and I have a question:
1 - I can't seem to locate the marquee information.
Is there a data source for the Marquee : Broadcast?
And if it’s the case, where is it located? I checked in the database and I didn’t find nothing that even remotely resembles a broadcast message.

That data is stored within the CAD/CSD-side database which is an OpenLDAP instance (this is separate from IBM Informix). There is no documented/supported process for accessing that data.

  • Where can I find a logic board for iMac G5 17" (EMC No. 1989) Apple Part

HI  Where can I find a logic board for iMac G5 17" (EMC No. 1989) Apple Part #: 661-3290, 661-3351?

    Thanks--makes life easier!
I found DV Warehouse has a number of G5 logic boards but none had the exact model number:
    http://www.dvwarehouse.com/iMac-G5-Logic-Board-c-4771.html&pltid=05fedd9f246e2a1 dbc9f35cd6712e781
They have a toll-free number. You could ask if another board # would be compatible.
Another option is to contact recylers or schools shucking off older gear. Using the enigma of " A used computer is worth more parted out," you might be able to pick up another G5 cheaper than its LB. Unless the LB had the dreaded "leaky capacitor" failure, most computers don't get discarded for a bad LB.

  • Where can I buy a wall charger for a third generation iPod Touch?

Does anyone know where I can buy a wall charger for a third generation iPod Touch?  I am giving this iPod to my father because I want to buy myself a fifth generation iPod Touch for my birthday.  Could I just get an iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4 or 4S wall charger and use that?  I used my brother's iPhone 3GS wall charger, when I was visiting him out of state, and it worked just fine.

Any wall charger with a USB port will work. You can go to Target or BestBuy and other places too. An iPhone charger is fine.

  • Can I buy a new Logic Board for an iBook G3 700 12"?

The Logic Board in my iBook G3 700 12" just died. My local reseller says it doesn't qualify for the replacement program.
Anyone know where can I get a NEW Logic Board for my iBook?
I don't like the thought of buying a used on on eBay and having the same problem 6 months from now.
    Thanks!

Hi, and welcome to Apple Discussions.
Yes, but the best place I know actually installs it for less money than they charge you for buying one outright:
    http://www.dttservice.com/ibookg3.html#ibookrepair
They offer a six-month warranty, which is better than most places (including Apple's own 90-day warranty on repairs).

  • Where can I purchase a Logic Board for a 24" Apple Cinema Display?

My 24" Cinema Display started to flicker and black out shortly after I purchased my most recent MacBook Pro.  Apple felt that the issue was the MacBook Pro so they replaced it.  The problem continued so they suggested I take the Cinema Display to the Genius Bar.  The display was out of warranty and the Apple Genius felt the issue was a bad display even after I told him I smelt silicon burning just before it went out completely.  He said that he could "depot" the unit and have it repaired for ~$600.  Due to the high cost of repair, I chose to purchase a new Thunderbolt Display instead.  Recently, I opened the old Cinema Display and found that the Logic Board is fried.  I have ordered a new board from 2 different Web retailers.  Both accepted the purchase as "in stock" but then stated they could not get the board from Apple.  Where can I purchase the Logic Board for a 24" Apple Cinema Display?
    Many thanks!

I was very interested to read this document.  I think there is a problem with the Cinema Display and that it is frying the computer.
My husband bought each of us a macbook pro.  His was hooked up to the cinema display.  After about a year, his MBP started to suffer intermittent failures where it would suddenly shut off and have to be hard rebooted.  After 2 years, the power or logic board on his MBP completely failed. He bought a new MBP and a Thunderbolt display, and I inherited his Cinema Display for use with my original MBP.
After one month of use with the cinema display, my MBP started to have the same problems.  It has to be hard rebooted almost every time I disconnect or reconnect with the cinema display.  I went to the Genius bar, and they confirmed that my MBP logic board needs to be replaced; I'm just holding out until spring break to take it back in, as they say it may take a week.  Fortunately, I have AppleCare for my MBP.
Our cinema display is 3-4 years old, but it looks like, even though it appears to be working, I should probably get rid of it.  I can't keep frying computers!
I'm posting this because I'm wondering how many others are experiencing this problem.

  • Custom reporting for UCCX 7

    Hello there,
I am looking for easier ways to generate custom reports for UCCX 7, I am asking incase I go away an spend heaps of time programming stored procedures and crytal reports if there is a report pack out there or some documentation to make it a bit easier.
Our call center team leader is asking for reports to be written for the system or modification of existing reports as the ones included are either too crowded with information or do not display what we actually want.

As an example, there is a report called ‘Agent Not Ready Reason Code Summary Report’, this report lists some not ready codes such as 32756 etc.. (i.e. Pre-defined system codes), however we want to list our own not ready codes as well as remove some of the system ones from the report as we don’t really want them there.
Another example is the Agent state details report, one of the columns is 'Reason Code', this is fine, however it would be nice to have a summary at the end of the report for a total count of each not ready code (with the not ready code name not just the code).
Is there anyone out there who has written/customised reports for UCCX or know where I can find some more documentation? I have searched around but not found anything, Cisco TAC have said that they only deal with the connection of Crystal Reports to UCCX, the coding itself and help with regards to that you are basically on your own with.
    Thanks

    Hi
There are other ways of reporting, but you are still on your own with it unless you find someone who writes a package. I'm not aware of any...
    Re your specific queries though:
‘Agent Not Ready Reason Code Summary Report’ - when running the report, you can go to the 'detailed' tab, and on that tab you can select 'Reason Code' as a filter and pick the codes you are interested in.
Also that same report shows the summary (i.e. totals) of the time in those reason codes doesn't it? So that's what you wanted to see on the other report?
Final point (and this is a common one that comes up) is that for some reason the 'reason' codes only appear as numbers in the DB. There are no lookup tables where you can link them to names for reporting. This basically means the best you can do is to edit the Crystal templates so that the static table listing the codes at the top of the report has the codes you have configured. Obviously this isn't dynamic, but it is easy as far as Crystal goes...
    Hope this helps

  • Span-Based Monitor of IPPA Agents at remote site for UCCX 9X

I understand to be able to monitor/record agents using IPPA (for UCCX), you need to utilize Span-based monitoring as opposed to Desktop Monitoring. According to the SRND, it also states that there should be no routing devices between agent phone (IPPA) and UCCX server which means no routers in between. Question I have is if I put the failover UCCX at the same location as the IPPA agents, would this work? I understand there might be an issue with redundancy with this scenario. Thoughts?

It is possible without QM. When using desktop monitoring, the phone is configured to Span to PC port. The agent must be running CAD and the PC running it must be attached to the PC port on the phone. CAD sees the spanned packets from the phone and then forwards them to the recording service on the CCX server. The big gotcha is that the NIC in the PC must not discard 802.1q-tagged packets. If the NIC discards them instead of forwarding them into the NDIS stack, CAD will never see them. Sometimes this takes a Google search and a registry setting change to fix if it doesn't work at first.

  • How Can I configure the 6024E board for reading the voltage from a source?

Hi, I have a little problem, I want to use the 6024E board for reading voltage from a source and then display this on the monitor, and also I want to change the voltage from the output using the computer. I read the manual but I don't understand how to connect and configure the board. It is to proof that the board receive and send information.
Thanks, sorry for my english, I'm from Mexico, if you don't understand something about my explanation tell me.

Thank you, now I'm trying to do my project and I have another question, there are differents ways to connect the source and I choose the NRSE configuration because I'm going to use a grounded signal source... well in the manual says "The signal is then connected to the positive input of the PGIA, and the signal local ground reference is conenected to the negative input ot the PGIA. The ground point of the signal should, therefore, be connected to the AISENSE pin." I don't understand this because I only have two wires and here is talking about three connections, please help me, how do I connect the source to the board? I have the positive wire and the negative wire.... maybe is because I don't have a perfect english and I don't understand the sentence...

  • Forum-board for non-english speaking users?

    Hello!
As my English isn't very good, and sometimes i don't know how to discribe my problem in English i'd like to ask if it's pssible to open a new Board for non-English speaking ArchLinux Users?
Perhaps one in German, French etc.
There non-english speaking  Users could ask for help in their language and other German/French/Spanish-speaking users could help them.

sarah31 wrote:well i have notice that there are some more common non-english language users on this forum. there are quite a few germans, various latin languages (spanish, portugese, etc), and so forth. i wonder if it would not be possible to have catagories on this forum for our foreign language user so that if they feel more comfortable working in their own language they can post there. i mean really it is not that much of a drain of resources. if these cata gories became very active more organization or splitting could then be done.
The problem with separate categories for different languages is, as somebody already pointed out, that potentially useful information is then also separated. As a non-native English speaker myself, I still feel much more comfortable trying to understand bad English than perfect German of French.
I also reckon that here are not that many Finnish archers that we could have forum of our own.. and even if there was Finnish category I would propably still post to the English forums.
