Installed Elements 11 on a new computer with windows 8, The editor will not work it will not open from welcome screen, only open if i go to main drive and use the exe file. Once open it is frozen no buttons work, nothing at all works and i have to go to the task manager to close it. Help

Could you try uninstalling the current setup and install the application again please?
