So today I bought a new laptop and wanted to install Photoshop CC onto it while keeping it on my other computer.
I downloaded and bought it.

download the cc desktop app to your new computer, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial
then install the desktop app and use it to install ps.

According to EULA you are allowed to use photoshop on two computers (for instance, a home computer and a work computer, or a desktop and a laptop), as long as it's not being used on both computers at the same.

The license allows two installations of Lightroom, but only one is to be used at any time.

Yes, a single serial number can be used to install on two computers and one can be a PC and one a Mac. The download will be a different installer for each platform but the serial number should activate both.

You can register up to two machines. If you ever find you want to deactivate on a machine and transfer the license, you can do this by clicking Help > Deactivate...

Finally able to Print from Both my computers

For the first time since I owned my HP Officejet 6500 E709n wireless printer it is finally able to print from both my computers. I have it connected to my PC and I could always print from it but I wanted to print share it with my Notebook and I could never get it to work from my Notebook. I have put so much effort in getting the printer to print from both computers; I can’t begin to estimate how many hours went into that effort. Today I was going to throw this printer out and go buy a different brand. But I gave it one last effort and was directed to use the tool HP Print and Scan Doctor from your site in the Printer Networking and Wireless section and wonders of all wonders I can print from my Notebook and I am not getting any error messages and it seems to finally be installed correctly. Hope it continues to print from both computers I have my fingers crossed. Thank you.

I'm afraid you can'te amalgamate two iCloud accounts; the nearest you can get is to export the datea from one and import it into the other.
Your iPad is probably telling you that it doesn't have enough storage. Buying iCloud storage won't have any effect on your iPad. You can't increase an iPad's storage, you would have to delete something.

Have the project, events and media on one drive which is common to both macs.
You can download FCP X to both macs using the same Apple ID that it was purchased with.

Upgrade CS4 to CS5 design standard - want Photoshop Extended

try as i might i cant find a way of calling a sales agent on the adobe website. i am trying to understand the following:
1. what is best way of getting photoshop cs5 EXTENDED without the nonsense of being upsold by adobe ...ie i have CS4 design standard and want photoshop cs5 extended. - do i need to upgrade photoshop individually and at a much more expensive price ( and then in due course each component individually at higher prices?) or is there a way to get photoshop extended in the CS5 design standard suite'
2.. Does lightroom3 actually SYNC to flickr ( or facebook, or picassa) or just transfer?
3. is there actually a sales number to call for help

No. You do not have a Photoshop license...you have a Creative Suite license.
Unfortunately, Adobe does a pretty poor job as far as this type of information is concerned but as I said earlier, the only way you can get to PS Extended is by upgrading to Design Premium.
