Want some pi?

Question

thought this was kind of interesting (or not)
found a series for approximationg pi
pi = 2 * (2/1 * 2/3 * 4/3 * 4/5 * 6/5 * 6/7 * 8/7 * 8/9.............)
and the tan (90 degrees) should be infinity. as oracle uses radians for tan tan(90 * pi / 180 )
so how many iterations does it take to get to infinity ( oddly I haven't be able to reach infinity yet :) )
using the following.
