Can we add any text after Product Branding Image for application
By default it will show the responsibility function name
My requirement is after company logo I want to add Text at the top of application
with center align
Need suggestions

FBL3n tcode output i want to add customer filed, need details steps

I want to add customer number to the output for the tcode FBL3n, Kunnr(ZZkunnr) added to RFPOS and RFPOSX structures, and then regenerating the RFPOSXEXTEND program and added this entry in the table T021S. after that written coe in the BTE 00001650.
But while regenerating the RFPOSXEXTEND program I am getting error - END OF PHASE 002 with Message No D0 322.
Can you give me the right steps.

Please check special fields definition table T021S and check that
fields are correctly defined. Review that 'field names' and
'table name' are filled and input correctly.
Please also review notes 984305 and 215798.
RFPOSXEXTEND is aborted with error message D0 322 because of wrong
entry in T021S.

Product Branding Image does not appear

Hi,
I created a simple OA page.
Added 'productBranding' to the 'PageLayoutRegion'.
I set the value of Image URI to FNDTAPPBRAND.gif as mentioned in the "Search" Tutorial.
When I run the page,the image does not appear.
Only the image associated with the Corporate Branding apear on the page
How can I solve it?

You need to check the profile FND : Branding Size, if it is set to Regular or Medium we render the product branding image. If it is set to small then you need to define a formatted text which will be displayed to save the space. There are other ways of setting branding, read the Branding information in the dev guide.

For writing the Titles;
first use the Paragraph at the left side, and write the Texts just like that, using the Tab setting defined for that paragraph.
H Product Desc,, Cast No,, other field (here ,, for tab setting)
Only when writing the fields you use &kna1-kunnr& like this for every field.

We are implementing Oracle BI Apps for customer who initially requires only Financials Analytics. Now he want to add Procurement and Spend Analytics and Supply Chain Analytics. Anybody knows how to include new subject areas in a ETL extraction without doing a full load for the subject areas extracted before?

Let me try to describe the model as best as possible.
I am trying to calculate the profitability of each customer for two banks. These banks have deposits, loans, leases, etc. Each customer is identified by a global id. The global ID is a dimension table. Then there is a the time Dimension.
Bank A has it's own deposits and Bank B does too. A customer can/cannot have accounts in Bank A/Bank B/or Both Bank A and B. Similarly a customer can have a lease in either or both of the banks and this continues for other products.
Each Global ID is referenced to a Client ID. Each client ID can have several Internal Keys which are referenced to each account the customer might have.
For bank A > deposits, i have a fact table which connects to the Dim Time and Dim Global customer table. there are other dimension tables which connect to the same fact.
Similarly bank B > deposits has the same look and feel. Only thing is i connected the fact of bank b - deposits to the same Time and Global Customer table. So now there is a circular join. And this join gets really complicated when i add the fact tables of other categories such as leasing, pawning, etc. Since my goal is to calculate the total of profitability from each of these categories (deposits + loans + pawning +...), i tried to write a formula but i do get the error that "no fact exists"
For the time being i have created individual connections for each product. For example, deposits will have its own global customer and time and be connected to that particular fact. Similarly, pawning will have its own global customer and time (created alias tables for each of them). So right now i have the profitability of each customer on different categories.
What i want to do is get the total of profitability for an individual customer for all the product type the customer has, and use that for further specific formula calculations.

How to add custom text on ISA B2B Order

Hi,
On Order page of ISA B2B I have created a custom text field "Shipping Attention".When I try to add this text in the header like
header.addExtensionData("Z123","Value") in Z_BasketRefreshAction which extends MaintainBasketDispatcherAction, it is not reflecting in the "Shipping Attn"(created in the text tab in CRM) field in CRM system.
The flow:
/b2b/maintainbasket --> Z_BasketRefreshAction --> /b2b/basketrefresh --> MaintainBasketRefreshAction --> b2b/updatedocumentview
Please let me know if I missing something...

You have covered the first two layers of the request - response cycle cake - the View (JSP) and the Control (Java) layers. The icing is done in the backend BAdI and using the right function module. I am assuming the CRM backend.
A typical request-response in the application goes like this. I will give example for the header extensions.
Added the custom variable in the HTML layer (JSP page)
Traversed through the Dispatcher, Parser and get the input value from the JSP page variable and added it to the Business Object (Header) using addExtensionData.
The java application layer actually makes an "Update Header" call during the update cycle - like when you click that "Update" button.
In the SAP E-Commerce design, during this "update" cycles, the application flows through specific BAdI call sequence. It calls what I call the Header BAdI CRM_ISA_BASKET_HEAD when the header information is updated. You have to extend this BAdI and implement at least two methods.
It has two methods - which are called during this request - response cycle. First method CHANGEHEAD_SET_DATA is called during the request cycle - that is from ISA to CRM (when update is clicked). This is where your extension data has to be transferred from the Java layer to the backend layer (model). You will essentially read from the table IT_EXTENSION and call SAVE_TEXT function module. Since your requirement is to update text, this is the FM to be called. Many other cases use the FM mentioned by Mike. This is where the data from the web layer is persisted in the backend model.
And the other method GETHEAD_GET_DATA is called during the response cycle. In this method, you will essentially read from the model - in your case READ_TEXT and set it back in the extension layer CT_EXTENSION
The update header call from the Java layer will now receive the data back from the model and will automagically transfer the values from the backend (ABAP layer) back to the Java layer to be accessible by you in the JSP using getExtensionData call.
What you have to do are the steps .5 and 6 in order to complete the request-response cycle.

Hi Jay, you can make it in more than 1 way.
I suggest you the following:
- create an URL iview that points to any URL you want.
- define a Resource that points to the iview (with a window name, to open in new window)
- define an Area that points to the resource
- add your new Area to the your current Area Group

Do you want to write it directly onto the image? Then install and use the free BorderFX plug-in for Aperture. It will let you write text annotations directly onto the image or onto a border.

Why does my page loose formating when i add a text link on an image box?

I wanted to make my own nav with texts links. but i wanted to put the nav on an image like a black box. when i add the text and then link them to pages they started to work when i previewed them in iweb. But when i uploaded it to my ftp it messed up the formating on my page! So I tried to add a new text box without a link on the same image... now it doesn't even show up. What is the general rule of text on images? all i want to do is make a text nav on the image. Also i have made sure the image is sent back and the text to front.

I don't know if you've fixed them since michaelfromrochester's suggestion but all of the links are white with green rollover for me now.
If you haven't fixed them the clear your browser's cache (Command+Option+E for Safari) and reload the site.
