Want to be added as line to another plan, told by VZ store voids warranty

I have been eligible for an upgrade for a while now and am about ready to do it. My fiancee has a VZ plan for her and her family and wants to add me. The prices on phones in the store is alot higher than what I can get it for online and they won't pricematch. My upgrade is supposed to give me a discount on the phone, a $50 credit from VZ, and sometimes an online discount. I assumed I could just do my upgrade then at a later date transfer onto my Fiancee's plan as an additional line.
When I told the people in the store that I was just going to do my upgrade online so I could get my credits and discounts I was told that if I did that, when I transfer to my fiancee's account my phone's warranty would be void and I wouldn't be able to get the insurance. This sounded like complete **bleep** so I went to another store and was told the same thing.
I've been with VZ for a LONG time and many phones, and this just seems like a scam in which no matter what I do, I lose. If I buy in the store I get to keep a waranty and get insurance, but I pay alot more for the phone and don't get any discounts or credits. If I buy online and transfer onto her account, I run the chance of having my new phone develop a problem and leave me stuck paying full price for a replacement.
Its all VZ, and it would all be new, so why can't I be added as a line without losing my warranty? Why couldn't I get my upgrade and be added to her plan at the same time? Is there a way for me to do this without having to go to the store and have to fight because they're losing commission? I've always bragged about VZ when my friends were complaining about other providers, but this experience is leaving me with a feeling that VZ is just about maximizing profits.

I don't know how true what you've been told is. There should be no difference whether you purchse in-store or online. What you would need to do to be put on your fiancee's plan is called an Assumption of Liability. When you do this, your contract status and upgrade date remain the same. It is true that when you do an AOL, you void the warranty (it's all over the forums here that this is what happens) SO. To go around this, do the AOL first and get put on your fiancee's plan. Since your upgrade eligibility and contract remain the same, do your upgrade after, and you will keep your warranty. This might, however, forfeit your $50 NE2 credit. I'm not exactly sure. But I guess you just have to choose which one is more important: The $50 off, or to be able to have that 1 year manufacturer's warranty to fall back on.

Adding a line to Unlimited plan for iPhone 5?

I have a question - I've seen a few posts throughout the forum alluding to this, but I wanted a clear answer for my situation.
Currently we have a Nationwide talk & text plan with 700 minutes and unlimited data (3 lines). 2 of the lines are eligible for an upgrade currently, however we will have to pay full price to get the iPhone 5 and hold onto data.
I've seen a few posts alluding to "adding" lines for the iPhone 5....could we Add a new line to the Nationwide plan and get the iPhone 5 at a subsidized price, or will we still have to 1) pay full price, or 2) be forced onto Share Everything?
Also, will the iPhone 4 (which is now free) be able to add to unlimited data for free? Or will that be full priced too? Just curious....

I can address your concerns about activating your new phone, pfrigoli! You have the option of adding a new line of service to your current Nationwide Plan. You would need to choose a tiered data plan. The options are 2GB, 5GB or 10GB.
In regards to the iPhone 4, if you accept a discount you would not be able to keep unlimited data. I hope this addresses all of your concerns.

Adding new line item in SC after it is added to PR or PO

Hi Experts,
Our customer wants that if line item is added to PR and PO on ECC side, it should be added to SC as well. I am sure you can't change apporved SC for which follow on document is created. But if someone did similar kind of requirement.
Here is requirement.
> SC has 2 line items.
> PR is created in ECC for 2 line items after SC is apporved.
> User added 3rd line item in PR on ECC side.
> Customer wants this line item should be added to SC as well.

In Classic Scenario: This is not possible .when you are adding a P.O in ECC it will not reflect in
SRM.
In Extended Classic scenario: In SRM only P.O is created .You can add a new line items (or) change
because P.O in SRM Server is the main P.O.
Moreover in this also Shopping cart will not update. Once Shopping cart is approved you can do any changes
Please check which scenario your client is using.

Report Painter - Adding Total lines on Report

My client wants to add a single line above all of his sub-totals and a double-line above his grand total.
I can't find where to do that.
I think if I were to use report writer and row blocks, I could do it, but not sure about report painter.

Hello - I don't see Insert Diving Line after I click Insert Blank Line.
Where is that?
If I insert a blank line and then double click on the blank line to add a line like the following: "__________" for sub totals, etc, I can't. I can only add another characteristic or formula in the blank line.

You'll have to write a script that reads out the current contents of your triggers, add your line to this contents and dynamically "create or replace" the new trigger text.
Beware, trigger_body column of user/all/dba_triggers is in a column with datatype LONG, so you'll have to use some sort of conversion.

Are you wanting to add music to an iTunes library on another computer? That shouldn't be a problem. Just import it or rip the same way you would on your iTunes library on your home PC.
Or are you wanting to extract content from the iPod into this new/different iTunes library? If so, see this excellent user tip from another forum member turingtest2 on different ways to extact the media on your iPod and back into iTunes.

Adding 2 new lines to existing plan with phones I already own.

I have 2 droids on a family plan. 700 mins. 250 text each and unlimited data each. I want o add my elderly inlaws (70+) to my plan, sharing talk minutes only. I own 2 verizon flip phones and don't want to buy any new ones. Can I do this for $9.99 each?

Really?! I didn't know that made a difference...I thought secondary lines were $25 - well, ya learn something new every day!
And a side note - we added a line for my 75+ yr old mother with one of our old flip phones and CS was extremely kind in waiving the activation fee (I could have sworn it was $25 charged and credited on the bill), PLUS they boxed up the flip phone after activating it (with an out of state number to boot) and shipped it to my Mom, all at no additional cost to me. I'm not saying that will be everyone's experience, and I was amazed the service rep offered to ship it for me - but I smiled and said "THANK YOU!" and accepted it!

If a material is sourced via a Scheduling Agreement, then MRP automatically creates schedule lines for this to meet MRP requirements.
However, if a separate PO is raised for the same material (irrespective of the supplier) at a date after one or more of the scheduling agreement schedule lines, MRP creates a message to reschedule in the PO in front of the schedule lines even if this is known to not be possible. the result is that the schedule lines for standard supply are not put in early enough.
And We don't want to fix the schedule lines in a t an early date to over come this.Is there any settings for the same.

If you want to control MRP messages for rescheduling you can make settings in tcode : OMDW either at plant level or MRP group level.
You can introduce Tolerance value forward & Tolerance value for displacemt in No. of days here.
If system finds requiremnts within the tolerance no of days it will not create MRP Exception messages. This way you can avoid unwanted messages.

schedule line dates are available in VBEP.
VBEP-VBELN = sales order number.
VBEP-EDATU = schedule line date.

Text in Menu/Submenu canno tbe changed while using menu widget. However, if you use the Manual Menu option, then you can create your own Menu and add the hyperlinks according to your requirement.
To create Manual Menu, please follow the steps below :
1) In the Widget palette, go to "Menus" click and drag "Vertical/Hrizontal" into your artboard/workspace
2) Click on the widget itself to a blue arrow appears to the right
3) There is a drop down called "Menu Type" set it to "Manual" (as shown in screenshot) :
4) Now You can create your own Menu and add your own text and hyperlink to this Menu.

You can't do what you want with iCloud. You will need to setup remote access to your main computer with VPS or some similar remote access application. With VPS you have an application running on your main computer turning it into a server and an client app on your laptop so you can access it remotely. There are many such apps out there, some probably more feature filled than VPS. You might post in the system forum that you're running and ask there.
