Want to cancel BT Vision - Mods respond PLEASE!!!!...
Can one of the mods take control of this PLEASE!!!!!!!!!.
For the past three evenings (I work so unable to ring at any other time) I have tried to contact BT to cancel my BT Vision subscription. On each occassion I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and as yet have not managed to speak to a real person.
I am just out of my 12 month contract and ideally do not want to pay for another month.
If you would like to try Live Chat they should be able to help you.

I see that you have an Acrobat Pro subscription. To cancel that, please Contact Customer Care. Choose Acrobat from the top drop-down menu, and then choose Membership, Account, and Payment. Click the blue "Still Need Help?" button at the bottom of the page to find both phone and chat options.

You have posted the request to cancel your CC subscription twice in forum, in another post of yours I had requested for your confirmation to cancel the CC purchased on September 2013. Since you have requested it again, hence I have cancelled the CC, you will not be billed again however you can use it till October 16th 2014.

Oh, I see! You purchased your subscription through the App store, that's why Adobe doesn't have record of it. You need to go through the App store to cancel/refund your subscription.

Generally you can't (it's non-refundable). But some have gotten Apple to make exceptions to this, but you'd need to call them (800-692-7753 in the US).
It really depends on who you get on the phone, and your argument as to why you want to cancel/get a refund.
