Hi guys,
I was recently going through the Creative Cloud India website, and i by mistake purchased Adobe Illustrator CC twice. Is there anyway to undo this??? I dont wanna get charged monthly twice for the software!! PLEASE HELP!!

I want to cancel subscription but no longer have icloud on devices

Is there an easy way to cancel Icloud subscription?
I received an email saying my subscription is due for renewal automatically and to cancel I have to do it on my device.
I no longer have my Iphone so cannot cancel ! Is there another way?

If you feel you need a refund, you should contact customer support. Go to the contact support page:

Click the "I still need help" button. I'd recommend Chat if it is available. It is usually faster than phone support.

How to cancel subscription?

I have subscribed for Adobe Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition for one year term. The Creative Cloud doesn't seem to be working as it keeps showing "No Internet Connection". I've tried for many times by uninstall and install again and again. I've also tried to turn off firewall settings and all these things but still doesn't seem to be working. You cannot cancel the subscription by yourself. WHAT A SCAM. Then I called the support team. But NO ONE accepts my calls. I have called for many times yet still no representatives to answer my call. I am so frustrated. Can someone help me? It would be better to provide solutions on how to solve the internet connection issues because I don't really want to cancel subscription.

If you just want to cancel auto-renewal of the subscription then go to your iTunes Store account info (Pull down Store > Vew my account), scroll down to Settings and click the "manage" link next to subscriptions. Set auto-renew to off for Nat Geo.
If, on the other hand, you want a refund, you'll need to contact iTunes Store support directly: <https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.do?PRKEYS=PF4>. However, according to the TOS you agreed to when you created your iTunes Store account all digital sales are final. If you're polite, though, and make your case iTunes Store support will probably be able to help you.
