Want to change from bootcamp windows 7 to parallels.

I have recently bought a MBP and installed Windows 7 by using bootcamp. Could someone tell me how I can simply change this to i can use Parallels.Desktop v6? Please give me an indication of how complicated this is.

Install Parallels. Start it up. Select your current Boot Camp installation of Windows as Parallels guest operating syste.
You are then good to go using Windows in Parallels. Or, on the occsion you want to boot into Windows you can still do that.
You don't need another Windows installation. Both Parallels and the Boot Camp installation are the same Windows. You will need to register Windows again. The Parallels help forums explain how to install Parallels.

If you want to erase the BootCamp Partition, you'd use the Bootcamp utility.
Then that part of the Mac's hard disk drive may be available for use in OS X.
{Or, if you want to install a clean Windows 7 in the same BootCamp partition
you'd use the BootCamp utility to erase/install Windows in the same location.
There is a BootCamp Support section in Apple Support online, and also there
is a fairly OK ASC discussions area specific to that purpose. }
But you may have to check to see if the partition map is correct for Mac OS X
after you've used Bootcamp utility to remove Windows and the partition map.
If you do not use the BootCamp utility to remove Windows, correctly or if a
different method to install Windows was used, you'd have to move your Mac
OS X system and applications off the computer to an external hard drive by
use of a clone utility (carbon copy cloner, or superduper, etc) then use the
OS X disk utility (from running clone, is easiest) to erase the computer's HD
and then correctly partition map and format the hard drive for Mac OS X.
At that point, the entire drive would be erased to reclaim any untouched
partitions from alternative Windows utilities that were used, or not used in
the time frame of proper opportunity.
I've had a few Macs that had been partitioned for Windows and found one
second hand MacBook to have more actual hard disk drive capacity than
the previous owner and the Mac HD info suggested on first glance. About
70% of the drive had been a Windows partition, but was invisible to OS X.
So that turned out to be a lucky find, it was like installing a larger HDD.

I have a new router and computer. I have just remembered that just before my old PC died on me, I transferred my iTunes library to a hard drive. I can't remember exactly just how I got my library back, but there are definately things in my library now that were in my library on my old PC! Hope this makes sense. Thinking I’d get wider wireless coverage throughout my 2 bedroom home, I purchased the Airport Extreme. It is connected to the router via its sole usb port. The result was only a tiny increase in speed, and no increase in coverage, so I don’t know why I have it.
We now want to change from DSL to cable, thus ditching Verizon. Our new cable provider supplies the cable box, but no router for wireless networking.
Here are my questions.
Can I use the Airport Extreme (AE) as a wireless router?
If so, how should I hook it up? Should the usb cable go from the AE to the cable box, and all the other devices connect wirelessly?
If not, how should I be using the AE to some advantage? What can I get out of the investment?

What I wrote has nothing to do with what the cable company charges for their installation. And, usually they will help with the router setup even if you supply your own router. I don't know what they will charge for the modem.
Note that you need to get just a modem. You don't want a modem/router combination. That will make using an AEBS effectively nearly impossible. You will need to ask specifically for just a standalone modem, and that you will supply your own router.

Alternatively, you could use software like appZapper or CleanApp. But I normally just drag the app to the trash.

You cannot.
You cannot use another countrys itunes store.
You must be physically locates inside the borders of a country to use that countrys itunes store and a credit card issued in that country with a valid billing address in that country.
The owners of the distribution rights of movies/music/etc differ by country. These distributors decide who can sell their content in that country.
Buy from another source if your countrys itunes store does not carry somehting that you want.

Technically the Music, apps are not hers but yours as your Apple ID was used to get them. And as a consequnce they are tied to your Apple ID.
If she creates her own Apple ID she will need to get her own music, apps, etc...

Want to change from vanilla kde to kdemod - feeling chicken here 'cos I'm on a production machine.
So what is the best way?
If I do a "pacman -R kde" I get a bunch of dependencies. Suppose I get rid of those as well (haven't dared trying), do I just enable [kdemod-core] for x86_64 and reinstall kde and dependencies from above?

Might want to add the extragear repo in addition to core. Then you can just install kdemod or kdemod-minimal or whatever floats your boat. I imagine being an Archer you'd want to work up from minimal. Only suggestion is to back up ~/.kde4 and ~/.local and maybe ~/.kde if it exists. It really isn't a big deal switching over. I've switched back and forth up n down quite a lot, and problems nearly always are a result of one of the aforementioned folders, and can be resolved by starting fresh (ie killing those folders or using a different account to test) and moving stuff over from backups. Dependency issues are usually not very difficult to sort out. Just remove all kde-related things that are directly tied in to kde (ie amarok and vlc you can leave), and install.
Other than that, the chakra/kdemod site gives good instructions on being sure you don't have anything screwed up, but I'm sure a long-time user knows the RTFM by now

I Have MAC which i stupidly swapped to from a windows machine and now i find that half of the programs i want to use arnt availiable on MAC and so im going to put windows on my MAC. Can i take master collection off the apple side and change the license to the windows version and re install on the windows side? I have light room and the license covers both platforms!
