I wish to change my payment option. i am not able to see the credit card details in a/c information.unnessarily I have been charged every month.

The None option is only available when setting up new Apple ID. If you redeemed the gift card, this will be used as the primary payment method for your subsequent purchases, not your credit/debit card.

If you don't have a None option in the payment methods in your account info, then the only way to remove bank card information is to redeem an iTunes Gift Card.

I am desperate right now. I'm not sure if I got myself into some real trouble since I got the in-app and it works fine, but the purchase did not show up. It usually asks ms if I want to pay 2.99 and I would press "yes," but this time it did not ask and I feel like I got this app without paying for it. please any advice!?

You might be able to re-enable your account via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on any iOS devices that you have by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on them and then logging back in so as to 'refresh' the account on them.
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
When it's enabled you can then follow the instructions on the HT1918 page that you posted from to change your payment method.

The security code is the 3 or 4 digit code on your card - on most cards it's on the back of the card on the signature strip, but on some cards (e.g. Amex cards) it's on the front.

Hi so for my birthday, my mom got me a visa GIFT CARD. Now, I added my GIFT CARD into my apple id so i could buy some games or something...but I want to take it off, and it's not showing me a "None" method. It only shows other credit card options to change to...
Also, I have been reading around, and I keep having this error whenever I try to download/update apps. It says "verification required". When I click continue, it says in the payment option "There's a billing problem with your previous purchase. Please update your payment method."
I'm stuck! There is not a "None" option, and I have no itunes gift cards (Which I read were an alternative)......

You can't change to 'None' until you clear up the previous payment problem. Add a fresh iTunes gift card, or add a credit card, and then once the billing issue clears, you can choose 'None' again.

On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link which you can click on. If you are doing it on an iOS device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) then you could try tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and selecting 'View Apple ID' on the popup - again there should be a payment link to tap on.

HT5552 every time i try and make a purchase on itunes it keeps saying the payment is not accepted and to change the payment option. I know my personal bank card has the funds so why doesn't the payment go through?
