Want to change my phone with another one

I have an LG basic phone with slide out keyboard for texting (no data/web). It powers off and is getting annoying. my son has several old smart phones that work fine (just keeps upgrading).
Can I simply pull the chip/card from mine and put into one of his smart phones and use it? Will that work? I don't want data/web.

Verizon basic phones don't have SIM cards, just 4G LTE smartphones. If you were to activate one of your son's old smartphones, you'll have to also pay for a data plan since they are required to activate a smartphone. If you aren't eligible for an upgrade or don't see a basic phone you like on Verizon's web site, you could buy one from ebay or somewhere else. Just ensure that it's Verizon branded and has a clean ESN.

No. If you made your backup to iCloud, iTunes will not restore from an iCloud backup. See:

Replace a file which has a specific ID with another one

I want to replace a file with another one using JSOM, but preserving all other associated fields (like Author and other custom columns in the document library)
How can I select the file I want to replace using the ID field?
For example, when I update a regular List Item, I use
this.oListItem = oList.getItemById(the_given_ID);
oListItem.set_item('Title', value);
How can I do that for a file?
I want to replace the file, not to update its content!

Hi,
Per my understanding, you might want to replace the file in a library with other associated fields preserved using JavaScript Client Object Model.
There seems no direct way can achieve what you want, as a workaround, you can upload the new file into this library, get the values of the associated fields from a
specific item and populate them in the current item, then delete the original file from this library.
By doing this, the original file will be deleted, a new file with the same properties will appear with a new ID.

Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.
You can then try using it as your primary email address on your account (you may need to log out and back in after removing it as your rescue email address).

Your question is a little bit hard to understand but I think you want to replace the HDD with another (faster) model, right?
Well, thats no problem. HDDs with 7200rpm will work, they are a little bit louder but they are faster so if you need more performance no problem.
Also 750GB or more is no problem because SATA interface is not capacity limited. Theoretically 1TB or more should also work.
Anyway, you can buy the 750GB you mentioned it will work. :)

I guess I will wrap this up. I have abandoned iPhoto and viewing my Photo Streams using it and moved to Adobe products (Bridge + PS). So that's that.
