Want to create a PO with negative net value
We need to create a PO with negative value, so that we can collect money from vendor with reference with one perticular PO. Vendor owes us money for that PO.
We paid him $100.00 to do service, however he screwed that work and caused damage. Now he owes us $20.00 plus $100.00(we paid him already) = $120.00.
Is it possible? Please help.
create a debit note in FI, or via SD.
or a return PO

Invoice created with wrong net values at header & item
Hi Guys
Due to a wrong user exit, system created few invoices with wrong net values at header & item.
Now system does not allow to cancel those billing documents, showing error message - inconsistency in data.
Eg: Billing Header net value is 10000
Billing Item net value is 5000
when I try to cancel this billing document, cancellation document created with header net value as 5000 & item net value also 5000. So, it says original invoice & cancellation invoice having different values. It is not possible to cancel.
Please suggest me how to correct wrong values at original invoice, which are already released to Accounting. Or else, how to cancel those kind of invoices.

In the original invoice and cancellation invoie is created there is a difference in 5000. It will not allow further cancellation of the invoice because it is already cancelled. I don't know whether there is anyway to reverse the cancellation invoice document.
If it is there then reverse the cancel invoice document and create an invoice correction request document (RK)

Do you need parameters? Or different action events? -

Query runs fine. Now, I want to create T-code of that query but when I go to SE93 and select transaction name then continue
but system wasn't find quickView query.
I did R&D it says that first quickviewer convert onto sap query then do SE93.
Please tell me how to convert quickview query onto sap query ?

Want to create dynamic SQL with table join
I want to create a dynamic SQL query so that the user can enter any two table names on the selection screen and two field names that he wants to join. After which i should be able to dynamically generate the SQL (native or open) and show the result as report. I have already read the forum threads and know how to create dynamic SQL for single table, what i m struggling with is how to do inner join. I know i can use nested select but that will make the query very slow because i want to extend it to more than 2 tables later.

Want to create Monthly chart with weekly data.
Hi all. I'd like to create a chart that graphs data over the course of a month similar to this:
but where the data for the chart is only gathered once a week. I know from reading in the forums (and trying myself) that if you have missing data fields in your table, you end up with individual points that aren't connected to each other. So I assume that the solution has something to do with how the chart is labeled?
Can someone clue me in on how to build a chart that shows each day (as above), but connects weekly data fields (as below):

It looks like what you're describing is what I've already managed to figure out. The problem I'm having is that I want the bottom row of numbers (currently 3, 10, 17, 24) to be the days of an entire month (ie: March 1-31). Then have the values in the chart correspond to the proper day (3, 10, 17, 24).
Here's what happens if I create a table with all the days of the month, but only weekly fields filled in:
I realize that Numbers doesn't automatically connect the dots when there are empty fields in a table. But I can't seem to get to a point where I can have the graph show the entire month, but with a line connecting each of the weekly values.
I thought that I could do it by creating a custom label for the X axis. Here's what I tried:
But of course that didn't work, because the chart still only shows 4 labels (due to the table only having 4 categories). It just renamed the first four labels. -

Credit memo request with zero net value
Hello all,
when we create a credit memo request (VA01, doc type CR) and put a material quantity into the credit memo request that falls below the scale in VK13, the net value for the material will be zero.
We do not want to allow to save the credit memo request with a zero net value, but SAP will just allow us do that.
I was wondering if there is a way to pop up a warning or even an error message that avoids saving the document in case of a zero net value?

You can make the condition type (for which $0.00 is not allowed) as mandatory condition type in the pricing procedure. By this way the system will give error and wont allow to proceed any further unless the data is complete. (make sure this is not affecting your regular sales order cycle).
Or if you just want to give a pop-up message then you can use user exit USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE in include MV45AFZZ

How to create a table with editable column values.

I think this is very simple but i'm not able to find how to do this. This is my requirement. I need to create a table with n columns and 1 row initially. user should be able to enter data into this table and click of a button should insert data into the data base table. Also there should be a button at the bottom of the table to add 1 row to the table.
I know how to do the insert to database, but can anyone please let me know how to create a table that allows user to enter data and how to create a add 1 row button?

Go through the ToolBox tutorial Create Page & Advanced table section of OAF Guide.
Step 1 - You require to create EO & a VO based on this EO. This EO will be of DataBase table where you want to insert the data.
Step 2 - Create a Advanced table region. (Refer this Adavanced table section for more on this)
Step 3 - Attach this VO in the BC4J component of Adavanced Table region.

I meant the generated word document that can be generated with SOLAR02->Configuration->Generate configuration document.
Here I can download the objects specified in the configuration tab to a word document with the help of a visual basic macro but the content of the IMG objects does not get downloaded.
When I look at the macro in the generated word document, this functionality seems to be somewhat supported but I cannot make the system generate the appropriate excel files.. -

I have created a workflow,will trigger when a user status is changed.It will send a mail to next level person for approval.( I am only using a event,and send mail .because in my case it is not complesary
to go to sbwp.Sending mail itself is enough.)
So now they want reminder mail for each level.the reminder mail should go,each 2 days once till he approved.
Is there any task?
