Want to Create accounting for Payable invoices

Dear All,
Please guide me, How can i create accounting for specific invoice. but i don't want to select standard solution means to select the create accounting for invoice, i just want to post entries in ap_ae_headers_all and ap_ae_lines_all and ap_accounting_events_all.Please waiting for the kind response.

Open your AP invoice > Click on Actions button on the bottom left hand side > Validate it first > click on actions button again > then select create accounting in those options.
This accounts only that particular invoice. It is called online accounting, if i am not wrong.

Simply run a diagnostic on the respective invoice from the front end, and you will get the required information.

Problem Description
환경 : Oracle Payables 11.5.8
Module : APXINWKB - Invoice Workbench
문제 : AP invoice입력 화면에 있는 Action 버튼을 눌렀을때, "Pay In Full"
Option이 회색이어서, Payment작업을 할 수 없다.
(Payment화면에서도 해당 invoice가 나타나지 않음)
재현방법 :
1.Invoice Approval를 Enable
(Navigate as belows Setup--->Payables
Option/Invoice Tab/check the Require Invoice Approval checkbox
2.Invoice를 생성 (USD 100)
3.Invoice를 Validate
4.Action버튼을 눌렀을때, "Create Accounting"과 "Pay in full"
button이 회색으로 disable되었음을 확인
5.Invoice Approval를 Disable
(Navigate as belows Setup--->Payables
Option/Invoice Tab/uncheck the Require Invoice Approval checkbox)
6.다시 입력된 invoice를 조회하여 Action버튼을 눌렀을때,
"Create Accounting"은 Enable되었으나, "Pay in full"은 여전히
Disable되어 invoice를 Pay할 수 없음을 확인.
원인 : 이 invoice는 Approval workflow에 의해 처리 되도록 Process되었다. 그렇기 때문에, Workflow상의 Approval이 이루어져야 완벽한 승인으로
인식하기 때문에, 그 후에야나 Payment작업을 할 수 있게 된다.
AME (Approvals Management)를 disable하기 전에, AP Approval Process상에
또 다른 Invoice가 승인대기중인 것은 없는지 확인한다.
Workaround
아래의 update sql문은 검증되지 않은 것으로
Oracle Support에게 먼저 연락한다.
update ap_invoices_all
set wfapproval_status = 'NOT REQUIRED'
where invoice_id = &invoice_id;

It's useful to know which versions of the software you are working with. I will assume you are on the latest release.
If you are using a separate web server and application server and are not using Apache as the web server you need to deploy pieces of the Financial Management system. Please read page 52 of the following installation manual: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E12825_01/epm.111/epm_manual_deployment.pdf
You can also deploy the HFM Web components directly to the Workspace server which may be a bit easier to setup.
Once you have picked the chosen direction and made changes to HFM you will then need to re-deploy Workspace App Server and Web Configuration.

In this scenario, you can share the document with the clients to and provide co-author privileges.
Co-authors can edit the form design, options, responses, and summary report (everything that you can do).
Note:- They do not require a paid subscription to view the responses, free subscription users can become co-authors.

Can't create payment for the invoice created by DI Server

I can not create payment for my invoice that created by DI Server. The error -2028 appears. I investigated this issue and found that the OINV.CtlAccount is empty. After I filled it manually, I can create the payment for it. Any suggestions? BTW, the version used is SBO2005B.

It's resolved by apply the patch. Before that, I create a trigger as the work-around

Lol idk I updated this iPhone right when I got it because it said there is a new update so I installed it as soon as possible and there is no plus sign over there. I don't know how that happened maybe its something in the setting do you think you know? Unable to create accounting doc from invoice

HI all,
In creating an accounting doc from an invoice via VF02, i got an error message:
Cost Center SGCA/33150 does not exist on 7/7/2010.
First of all, we don;t have a cost center 3150.
Can anyone suggest why I cannot create an accounting doc ?
Why the message on cost center ?

Identify the GL accounts that are likely to be posted ( if the posting were to go through). Typically you will have GL accounts for Trade Sales, Tax payable etc. here.
While displaying them using T code FSS0, click on the' Edit Cost element' tab and go into 'Display Cost Element: Basic screen". Now click on the tab, 'Default Account Assignment' tab and see if the cost center tab has been filled with '33150. If so, remove it. after checking with your FI colleague. Repeat this for all the accounts (likely) to be posted. I am guessing that is the reason.

G/L account for particualr invoice

Hi Experts,
I have the requirement to create report showing customer/vendor and corresponding G/L accounts with invoice amount. I have chosen tables vbrk,vbrp,kna1,bseg(as BSEG is cluster table I am getting errors).
VBRK-invoice number,invoice amount,invoice category,currency,company code,customer number.
vbrp-invoice line items,invoice line item amount
kna1-customer city,customer name,customer region.
bseg-g/l account
But when I created quick viewer report it doesn't allow me to add bseg table.
When I created adhoc report in infoset I used BRF logical database which contains
BKPF,BSEG,KNA1 and i added table VBRK to BKPF by using condition vbrk-vbeln=BKPF-Awkey.i generated infoset successfully.
But when I create query it is showing error"Query Specifications cannot be used to generate list".
So I am looking to create report with another table instead of BSEG.
I am able to find G/L Account for particular customer by using tcode FBL5N or FD10(BSEG-HKONT)
Even for Every invoice line item there would be different G/L Account?? Is it right?
Please guide me how to solve my problem.

To clarify the above.
If a G/L account is set to OI , the items will be in BSIS/BSAS.
If a G/L Account only has Line Item set, it will be in BSIS.

Separate receivable account for retention invoices

Our client wants to debit a different receivable account if project invoice is for billing retention. Is this possible using project auto-accounting? I researched on allowable parameters for revenue and invoice account function - could not think of anything using which we can distinguish between a normal invoice and retention invoice within auto-accounting rules.
Please advise.

Go to Auto Accounting setup and open the form: Assign AutoAccounting Rules.
Search for the function: Revenue and Invoice Accounts.
There you may find the function: Unbilled retention Account.

If you want seperate accounts for managing apps and purchasing content, basically yes, you need two account and would need to repurchase. However, if you just want seperate ID for iMessgae, icloud and such, you can do that and still continue sharing the same Id for apps and itunes.
