Possible suggestions:
study carefully the manual, since the questions are closed, and you can choose among 3 out of 5 possibilities. You know that 3 are true meanwhile 2 are false.
It's very important to know English grammar
There are as well special questions where you are allowed to choose just one option.

How to configure SAP ECC DMS content repository with CRM Services Object

we have SAP Document management system which is currently integrated with SAP R/3 Ecc system .
with ref. to sap standard functionality i am able to upload the document in DMS content repository through SAP R/3 Ecc System as below.
step-1 ,T.code:CV01n
a. create - DMS Documents
b. Oupload Scanned documents in DMS system
c. select content repository
d. Save Document
now, in same manner i want to store business documents in SAP ECC R/3 DMS content repository using CRM services trnsaction"CRMD_ORDER". kindly guide me suitably.

I am new to WEBIC. I am in CRM SERVICE. I want to generate a E-mail to send to the customer automatically with respect to the SLA(Service Level Agreement). With respect to the time delay from Service Ticket(Incident Registration). If the delay is 4hours it should send automatic message with 100%DELAY. If it is 2hours it should send automatic message to customer with 50%DELAY. Can to tell me how to generate E-mails and how to caliculate 50% and 100%. Is I need to insert mathematical expression in any where? Please let me know step by step. Is I need to Define Service, Assign service Manager Profile, Define Repository? let me know clearly. Ok, then that explains it! If you are using ICI, then the emails are stored on the external email server and not in SAP CRM. The Interaction Record in CRM contains a pointer to the email on the server. But if you delete or archive the emails from the server, then you will get the error message in the IC. This is completely dependent on how you configure your external email server. You can certainly have access from the IC, but you need to configure your email server to keep the emails for the desired length of time (i.e., until you archive the Interaction Records in IC).
The other option of couse is to use SAPConnect and the Agent Inbox with or without ERMS (or alternatively SAPConnect and ERMS Push) in which case the emails are stored in the SAP CRM system rather than on the external email server.

Can anyone please indicate whether there are any standard quality reports that can be seen from CRM service implementation or all the above said reports can be taken out as an enhancement.

Partners from a CRM service document
Hi Guys,
I have to extract the Partners assigned to a CRM Service document to BW. The way I have been doing it is calling the "CRM_ORDER_READ" function module in the User exit and using the "Partner function" trying to populate the additional field that I had created to enhance the datasource.
But I believe there should be a better way of doing it. The issues with the way I am doing are
1. If I have some new "Partner functions" defined, then I have to extend the "extraction structure" to include those additonal ones.
2. If the same partner function is used more than once, e.g. a "resp employee" is used twice, then I cannot dynamically include the 2nd "emp resp" to be included in the extract strucuture.
So if anyone has worked on this and knows a better way of extracting the data, please share.

I would suggest not to use CRM_ORDER_READ because of
performance.
Instead look at the function I use (below).
Also, if you want to keep your partner at the same level as the Line or Header you will have to extend the struct.
Other wise you can load all the BP's to a seperate ODS and link them to the other ODS's (Lines and Headers).

You must consider below points for new roll out in different countries.
Initial phase is - information gathering about Master data.
1. Setting Org model - Get the info on number of org units, positions and it's attributes. This will help you to design Org determination profile.
2. Business Partners - Various types / Roles. Here you have to define different number range/ BP roles etc., You must also consider downloading of BPs from ECC if your landscape has it. You have to plan data migration as well.
3. Products - Needs to be downloaded from ECC
Transactions:
Copy master transactions and configure them to suite business needs.
This is in brief about new roll out.
Remember that the success lies in information gathering.

Identification field in installed Base-CRM Service
We are creating installed base components from ECC to CRM ie, from equipments in CS module to installed base objects in CRM.
The serial number entered in ECC flows in to CRM Service in component details tab in individual obejct automatically.
equipments created in IE01 will flow to CRM and can be viewed in ib53.
We want to copy the serial number field to identification field to enable better search capabilities.HI Femke Visser

1) To create Category go to T.code COMM_HIERARCHY and <b>in the Tab "Category" you will find a field called "Object Family", choose the right Object family</b>
2) In the Tab "Set Types" add the set types you want to include

CRM Service : Changing accounting indicator during service confirmation
We are running on CRM 5.0. We have implemented CRM service. We have a need to influence accounting indicator (which is in turn sent to R3) when service confirmation is completed. We have tried different BADI's but nothing is worked so far.
Anybody has any clue regarding this?

I tried adding the logic in ORDER_SAVE BADI (method PREPARE). But since confirmation is already complete the logic won't change the accounting indicator at line item level.
With this BADI logic if user saves the confirmation first and then completes the confirmation then accounting indicator is changed.
But this is not acceptable for our users as they want to complete the confirmation and then save.
Second approach we tried was implementing BADI CRM_UPLOAD_CO ( Method CHARACTERISTICS_SERVICE_FILL) . We enhanced the CO Interface structure to add Z field for Accounting Indicator and transferring that Z Field into COAS-BEMOT field in R3 using R3 User exit "IAOM0001".
All the values are passing correct upto COAS-BEMOT. Still that is not reflected in Internal Order lines when we check the accounting indicator using KOB1.
