anybody know of good software for macs, to do with web design

If you want some freeware, use the Mozilla browser that also has a Composer feature for making web sites

Composer is a What You See Is What You Get app that is easy to use. I use it to delelop & maintain my web sites. However, it doesn't have all the features of software that costs $$. Download it & try it out.

I have a new Muse file without a template and made 100% in muse except for the Photoshop files.
I want to add video to my muse web site using a lightbox WITHOUT uploading to youtube or vimeo. I can not post videos there because I do not want YouTube or Vimeo to take away the copyright when it is my clients and or mine.
I would like to have the videos hosted or embedded on my server. The person on the phone said something about iFrames ????
I would like to do it in a way so If I have to call adobe again it will be supported.

I'm not sure what you are asking, but if you want to watch TV stations you can watch on your mac in a web browser on the Apple TV instead, I'm sorry you can't do that.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
* Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
* Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Firefox gives me a security warning when I open web sites and I don't want it to.

I access a providers web site daily and when I go in I get a box message that their is a security warning that I have to get rid of before going any further. This happens to sites I go to everyday and I don't know how to stop this.

I want to be able to retouch that iomage and send it back to my client

We don't have a file upload function in our form widget at this time. What you could do is ask the user to upload the file to adobe send now, dropbox, skydrive, etc. and include a field in your contact form for the file URL so you can access their image.

Do you mean saving a password?
If you clicked "Never" then you have created an exception that you need to remove.
Remove site(s) from the Exceptions:
* Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: Exceptions

In Safari (on the page that you want the link for) press the icon of the box with the arrow coming out of it,select the 'Add To Home Screen' option, and then chose what you want to call it (as you can't change the name after it's saved).

You need to figure out what you have installed which changed that action to Yahoo from a blank tab, which is the default action in Firefox; and then get rid of that add-on. Then you can can install an add-on which allows you to select what you want in the new tab.

Many apps are not completely removed if the .app file is trashed (which is what I believe you've done so far).
If you don't want to dig through the system to manually remove library files, I recommend the use of AppCleaner, which does the job for you.
