Want to download Dreamweaver CS2 ver 8.1 Could be Adobe Dreamweaver cs2
I have a copy of Macromedia Studio 8 with Dreamweaver 8 Running on Windows 7. At the time Adobe Released Adobe CS2 Web bundle, and sent me a copy of Dreamweaver 8.1. I would now like to download it and run it. Any suggestions?
If you currently have DW8, you can get the 8.0.2 updater from the link below which contained some more bug fixes. Adobe did bundle Macromedia 8 with the first set of bug fixes (8.0.1) along with Acrobat 8 and called it CS2. IMO, just more product naming confusion. DW8 is still just DW8.

That said, I don't know how well DW8 will run on modern operating systems as it was never designed for them. But you can give it a shot.

The Mozill Lightbeam Firefox Tool did download into my download file correctly. CS2 Photoshop Keeps shutting down! Adobe Tech. Supp. said to come here!
I know I'm using an older version of the Creative Suite Package...Adobe Tech Support said they won't support CS2 on the phone & that the best I can hope for is to come here soooo....
I've been using Photoshop for the better part of 3 years with little to no incident & last night I installed the Microsoft Office 2011 Package on my Macbook Pro & now, my Photoshop literally is shutting down every 30 seconds. It started when I tried to open a PDF file (which I've done a thousand times before) while having the Photoshop program open at the same time...
I removed CS & the CS2 Upgrade & reinstalled everything & now it's even WORSE...None of the Adobe Updates (especially the Photoshop 9.0 updater) are updating properly & Photoshop is shutting down even WITHOUT trying to open a PDF file- it stays open about 30 seconds & then disappears & asks if I want to report the problem to Apple or to ignore it or relaunch it....
HELP!!! I'm going to remove the Office 2011 Package next in hopes of fixing it but how could the 2 not work together?? I've been trying to get this fixed for over 5 hours now & am getting a little frustrated
I need to get this fixed asap too because i use Photoshop about 60 hours a week for my business & need to be able to use it this weekend & next week! I don't have the $$ to get the upgrade to CS5 right now...

I tried uninstalling it with an uninstaller but it didn't work/remove all of the components so i drug it to the trash & deleted it that way Same with the MS Office package- i just drug it to the trash...
I didn't trash the Adobe preferences first...where should i do that? Maybe that would fix it??
Photoshop didn't shut down all day & then I tried to open a PDF file with it (which i have done ALOT before with no problems) & it shut down today, repeatedly...now it shuts down when I'm not doing anything it- I just open it, & it just sits open for a few seconds & shuts down & gives me the Apple error that is "OS X Photoshop shut down unexpectedly ignore, report, relaunch?" I'm pretty computer savvy- but still learning a lot on MAC stuff & I don't have good answers to your last 4 questions...I MIGHT have a TWAIN enabled? I do have a scanner/printer/combo that i've used with this laptop & I know it picks up remote ones when i go to clients offices...
I couldn't tell if there was a font conflict today when i was working in Photoshop- but that could be the situation- where would i go to check this out? I can't keep photoshop open long enough to check & i've removed MS2011 now...
I don't know about haxies or photoshop plugins? & I don't know enough about this stuff to try testing anything or do much system maintenance (unfortunately) :-( I guess I might after this huh? lol

Start up of Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 with the following error message
I have the following pop-up error message about Javascript error (s) occurred.
At start up of Adobe Dreamweaver CS6.0 after an Update. Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 12. 2. I am on Windows Vista Home edition.
It suggest at line 17 of the file “C:\ Program Files \Adobe \ Adobe Dreamweaver CS6\ Configuration \ Shared\ BC \ JS\ bc_ui_utils.js” MM.BC has no properties.
What is the remedy to this and has there been a recent patch on this Javascript error? Where can I get this patch. Thanks.

I do not like itunes ver 11. I want to download 10.7
I have windows 8 then when I downloaded iTunes it gave me ver 11.0 I want to delete it and download the old ver 10.7. Can someone tell me how to do that? Thank in advance.
At first I thought so. but after I downloaded and installed. It would let me open iTunes, because I had newer version on my computer. I went to my controlpanel and deleted 11.00, also deleted it form my downloaded folder. It still would let me open it. So I am back where i started.

I recently downloaded the trial version of Adobe Dreamweaver CC on my 64 bit laptop and during download, it did not ask whether I wanted the 64 bit version or the 32 bit version downloaded. Although 64 bit may be faster, I would prefer 32 bit because of the effect on the performance on my laptop. I was wondering whether the 32 bit version is available without Adobe scanning my computer and preventing the download of a 32 bit version of any of their programs. Thanks in advance!
You cannot choose to install 32-bit version of DW on a 64-bit Windows machine or vice-versa.

The 64-bit DW would be able to make the most out of the additional memory addressing space provided by your OS. It shouldn't impact the performance of your laptop.

I've upgraded computers and lost my old install file for Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.5. I cannot find a place to download it on the Adobe site. I've paid for the software, am the registered owner, and want to get access to the digital downlod for Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.5. Older websites referred to on the forums no longer have CS5.5. Please help!

Most web site files can be edited using a simple text editor. It is not clear to me what you are looking for when you ask if you can download up to date Adobe Dreamweaver and still access and make changes. You certainly can, but you need to purchase the software to do so if you mean you want the latest versions.

Yes it is done through iTunes. The iPhone will never show up in Finder as a device. ERROR MESSAGE: "Photoshop is a desktop app so you'll want to download it from your computer."
I just sigend up for Adobe Creative Cloud and I'm trying to install Photo Shop onto my desktop computer. When I click the download button I receive an error message saying "Photoshop is a desktop app so you'll want to download it from your computer." I cannot move forward with the download. Any advice on how to troubleshoot this problem?
Thanks.In my case it's Illustrator and I'm trying to reinstall it. Clearing the cache and using another browser were no help. When I use IE instead of Chrome, an authentication dialog opens to ask permission for CC Desktop to launch, but when I "Allow" it, all that happens is that the CC app opens and gives no indication of a dowload or installation taking place.
I've always been a strong advocate of CC and was one of the earliest adopters (May 2012), but this is the end of the love affair. I need this fixed immediately. I have work to do. If I had a set-up file sitting on my computer or a disk, I would have no problem right now. -

The conditions from Adobe are that you must have either purchased the license perviously or have bought Reader 7 beforehand. I know certainly that I have not bought Photoshop CS2 before, so I don't know if I can still purchase it.

Using Adobe Photoshop CS2 version 9 and have updated it, but when stacking photos, it comes up with PSD, whereas I want Jpeg, and I change the format to Jpeg and the box then comes up with cannot save as there is a program error. Be very grateful for help with this, please.
jpg does not support Layers.

The free download for CS2 products is for licensed users to replace their previous versions that required activation and can no longer be installed becasue the activation servers are shut down. Anyone else who uses the installers is commiting a crime.

I have downloaded & installed adobe creative suit cs2 version 6 but when I click the icon of adobe photoshop in desktop it is not opened & giving message " this application has failed to start because " ausba4.dll " was not found. reinstalling of the application may fix the problem " I have reinstall & opened many times but even then it is not opened. I'd try disabling the Twain_32.8BA plugin in
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Plug-Ins\Import-Export
You can disable the plugin by putting an ~ (tilde) in front of the name or moving the plugin to your desktop.
Then try photoshop cs2 and see if you still get the error message.
I suspect the error has to do with your scanner driver, since photoshop cs2 does not have an ausba4.dll
