Want to get email on PC & Note3 but when Note3 on, cant send password on PC - says [IN-USE] account is locked by another session
I have email ([email protected]) on my PC that always worked fine. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note3 and put my email on it too. Problem is that when my Note3 is on, I cant login to my PC email - I get this message: "Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server mail.charter.net responded: [IN-USE] account is locked by another session or for maintenance, try again."
How can I configure Mozilla so I can run both? I know it's a Mozilla problem because when I go through the internet on my PC (not through Mozilla) and login, I get my emails.
go through the internet to your Pc! How exactly do you so that? and get your mails without Thunderbird again how exactly.
And finally have you asked charter how many connections to their mail server your allowed to have at once? If it is one You have a serious problem.

I have typed in email addresses into Contacts, but when I try to do an email, most of them have an exclamation mark and won't let me send! Where am I going wrong ? It is really sapping my confidence!
Did you set up your email account info in Settings?
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar > Accounts > your account should be listed in there with the appropriate incoming and outgoing mail servers and correct user names and passwords. -
I am getting emails on my new iphone5, but when I try to reply it tells me "the recipient was rejected bythe server because it does not allow relaying" and I don't know how to fix it. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I have gone through the process of creating an Apple I.d on itunes. I've finished the process, recieved the email to verify my email and done all that but when I sign in now it comes up with 'This apple I.d has not been used with the store yet, Please review your account infomation' It then makes me accept terms and conditions AGAIN and then brings up my already entered in account details. I go to click continue and it then brings up another message highlighting my email in red saying 'You must enter a valid email for examlple [email protected]'...... Whats going wrong ??

You'll need to provide more information than that. Have you attempted to restart the device. Have you contacted your carrier to make sure data is working on your plan. It's possible that there is a problem with data and your carrier and the phone can only access data when it's on wi-fi. Try a restart. If that doesn't work, restore.

The full message is
"Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server pop-server.roadrunner.com responded: [IN-USE] account is locked by another session or for maintenance, try again."
Then I get
"Login to server pop-server.roadrunner.com failed."
When I enter the correct password as requested I get the same messages again.
The email accounts are active, both through MyMail and the webserver site for Roadrunner.
Any suggestions?
This started after I started using MyMail app for Android. When I re-enterTurn off your phone. Then figure out how to keep it from causing problems.

The Early 2006 model 1,1 Core Duo can only run a maximum of 10.6 Snow Leopard. The models Late 2006 Core 2 Duos 2,1 through Early 2008 4,1 can only run a maximum of 10.7 Lion. The Late 2008 model 5,1 Aluminum Unibody through the Mid 2010 White Unibody model 7,1 can run 10.8 Mountain Lion.
To see which model you have go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac, then click on More Info. When System Profiler comes up check the Model Identifier and post it back here.
The Snow Leopard 10.6 DVD should still be available from Apple for $20. You will have to call Apple Customer Care 1-800-692-7753 or 1-800-676-2775 to purchase it. It may still be in the Legacy Products list.
If they no longer have any in stock you will have to buy it from eBay or Apple resellers that still have stock. But you will have to pay a premium since the DVDs are no longer being made. Snow Leopard DVDs are already up to $100 on Amazon.

Once you are at 10.6.8 Lion is still available from Apple. You will have to call Apple Customer Care 1-800-692-7753 or 1-800-676-2775. to purchase it. Then within 3 days you will get an email with a code which you can use to download Lion from the App Store. The price is still $29. You must have at least a model 2,1 MacBook.
Lion will require at least 2gb of RAM but really needs 4gb to run smoothly.

Also Lion doesn't run any Power PC programs. To see if you have any Power PC programs go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac, then click on More Info. When System Profiler comes up select Applications under Software. Then look under Kind to see if any of your applications are listed as Power PC. Universal and Intel will run under Lion.
Before Mac switched to Intel processors in 2006 they used Power PC processors from 1994 to 2005. Power PC 601 through 604, G3, G4 and G5. Applications written for the Power PC processors need the application called Rosetta to run on Intel processors. This was part of the Operating System in 10.4 and 10.5 but was an optional install in 10.6. With 10.7 Lion Apple dropped all support for Power PC applications. -
A website I frequently visit will no longer come up. Safaris says that my connection has been lost but it hasn't. I even get emails from the website but I still can't get on it. Why would it all of a sudden do this?
The reason, I included the annotation that I'd upgraded my Itunes, (On my Computer) is B/C in many forums - the very first question, *HELPERS* ask, is. "Do you have the latest version of Itunes downloaded on your computer." I wanted to knock out any obvious replies.
Now- "DO YOU have any idea,"... how your UNHELPFUL remarks, do absolutely nothing but hurt others that might not have the EXPERIENCE you have? How do you expect people to know things without asking questions? Whew! RUDE!!

if i go into icloud on my phone then manage storage, i can see i have a 252.6 back up from my old iphone 5 (that i have now lost) i want to use this backup to get all my photos back but when i click on it, it says Latest back up Incomplete????????
am i out of luck of can i do something??I'm afraid you're out of luck. If it says incomplete you won't be able to access the backup.

As BT said - no one knows. Looking at general practice - Apple may release new verisons of macbooks to replace existing once, probably at similar price. You may be able then to get the current ones at reduced prices as refurbnished ones.
The bottom line - the new macbook could come out tomorrow, or in 6 months. If you keep waiting - you'll never get one.
If it fullfils your current needs - that won't change. Go and get it. They are amazing machines. With Apple you can generaly return in within 14/30 days (depend on country) if you're not satisfied (*or if apple release new ones within that time ) -

I want to upgrade my phone to a better phone. I currently have a Samsung Reality and I want to upgrade to a smartphone. I have a $10.00 a month data plan at the moment and I believe this affords me 75mb of data. I want to get the Droid 2 Global, but the thing is I don't need the unlimited data plan for $30 because that's a waste since I have a pretty constant supply of WiFi. I'm a teen, I have a job, but $30 a month is a waste when I could get by on WiFi. I read all the data plans and do ALL smartphones NEED the $30 plan?
