Hi. I have bought new iphone 5s from saudi arabia in local shop. Its model No: ME307LL/A. How could i know this mobile is unlocked or not? Can indian sim work in this model mobile?

And, exactly why would you purchase an iPhone, & then after purchasing it, try to find out if it is carrier locked/hacked, or unlocked? Don't you think you should have tried to get this info before you purchased?
If not purchased from an authorized source, the phone could have come from anywhere, & could have been hacked to unlock it...that's the chance you take when you don't purchase from an authorized source.

Did you purchase this device from Apple or an authorized reseller? It sounds as if you had a device that was jailbroken/hacked to operate on your carrier. Upon updating the iOS, it is now locked back to the original carrier the device was locked to.
Only the carrier the device is locked to can authorize an unlock. You will need to make contact with that carrier and see if they provide unlocking services, and if they do, if you qualify for an unlock. Otherwise, you are out of luck. One that carrier can take care of the unlocking.

This is a user-to-user forum. Everyone is voluteering their time. Sometimes you need to wait more that 4 minutes for an answer.
Many USB ports do not supply enough power to charge an iPad. It may be charging but very slowly and only when the screen is dark. Your best bet is to charge it using the wall charger.

Weird noise coming from the back of the computer is not normal.
Humming noise from fans and sounds from working HD are normal.
You can take the computer to the Apple store and have it checked out.

If you want everything the same on both computers you need to be running the same OS X version. You can't because your iMac is a PPC machine, not Intel.
But to see information about your hard drive is the same for both. Simply select the drive icon on the Desktop. Press COMMAND-I to open the Get Info window. Disk information is in the upper panel.

You need to talk to AT&T, but I can tell you that if you aren't a current customer, or a former customer and if you haven't used that iPhone on your accoutn with them for a certain amount of time, they will refuse the unlock. They will only unlock for customers who used the iPhones on an account with them.

No one here can tell you if the iPhone is unlocked, but it must be since I don't believe Apple sells the iPhone in Turkey. If they do, the iPhone is sold as carrier locked with Turkcell or as unlocked.
The iPhone is either officially unlocked or was hacked to be unlocked. If hacked to be unlocked, installing a firmware update or restoring the iPhone with iTunes if wanted or needed will re-lock the iPhone to the carrier the iPhone was sold as carrier locked with when new.

According to Apple's list (link above) you will probably want to pick up a Sprint or US Cellular model. HOWEVER, as I mentioned above I know that the Verizon iPhones come unlocked from the factory (assuming it will be the same for iPhone 6 and 6+). I DO NOT KNOW if the Sprint and US Cellular models come unlocked. But I am sure some quick internet research will lead you to the answer.
I think your goal would be to get a Sprint or US Cellular version. Also I believe a law was just recently passed that allows someone to have a phone unlocked by the carrier no questions asked. So even if the Sprint and US Cellular iPhones are locked you can have them unlocked.

I just called At&t. It's easy. It will take 5-7 days after I submit my request at www.att.com/deviceunlock
It does not cost anything. Good to know if anyone is going overseas. Just remember it takes 5-7 days for the iphone to get unlock so allow enough time to plan. Thank you apple club support.
