Want to make fiscal quarters from fiscal periods in Info design tools

Dear Gurus:
I have new reporting requirement for fiscal quarters, currently I have fiscal periods and fiscal years in my business layers. I have two questions from you guys.
1) Which is the better way to achieve this. Should I try to make it in IDT or Should we make it in BW and then load data again. Also if there is an impact on performance choosing any of the options.
2) If I made it IDT how should I achieve this, considering I need prompt on fiscal quarters dimension.

If BW as back-end of your dashboard, as per the best practice, pushed down to database level all the predefined time periods and include at the Bex Query level.
So in the BO dash board we can just drag and drop. So it’s will improve the performance also.

Unfortunately there is little you can do, Lion will not run on your machine.
However it is possible to access some features of iClould while staying with SL. If you go to iCloud you will see the web interface for the cloud.
Some but not all functionality is here. Check it out and see if it meets your needs.

Want to make stock ZERO from KE5Z report

Dear Expert,
I have posted this requirement to CO and MM side. Please extend support of expertise and help me on this issue.
Requirement : Client want to make stock zero which is appearing in KE5Z transaction. see below "83" qty
The input data while running the above transaction is :
Controlling Area:
Company Code:
Posting period : 10
Fiscal year : 2009
Profit center : DE14*
Account : S240075000
Plant : DE01
After entering above data I am getting following result , just pasting as it is ;

     In above , client want to make 83 qty to Zero.
I am not getting how come this posting has been happen.
In a material master the profit center maintained is : DE14010000 , and I check all the inventory posting related to this material in MMBE, but I found that this GL is not being enter in any of the inventory posting , the GL which is getting in inventory posting is : S009430000.
Suppose I will make a stock Zero at inventory level ( MMBE) still it is not making stock zero at KE5Z ( because the GL is different)
Basically I am a MM consultant I need your expertise to solve this issue, how we can make this stock to zero in KE5Z report.

KE5Z is a profit center report. So better check for profit center than for GL accounts.
Your problem usually arises when a profit center in material master gets changed while there is stock.
so you received stock to profit center A, then profit center was changed to B, all goods issues will be done from profit center B. You never issue the stock from profit center A, but as well you have an issue with the value in profit center B, because you never received stock into profit center B, you only issued.
Check your material master change history to find when the profit center got changed. Then you may have to change it back to the old profit center, goods issue your stock, then turn it to the new profit center and cancel your goods issue..

Going to Menu>Settings>Tones>Ringing tone should find compatible music files wherever they are on the phone. However, many protected tracks are prevented by Digitial Rights Management from being used as tones.

CC wants to make changes - write your administrator code - no info on which changes it wants to make - keeps alerting me. I didn't ask for any changes.

Every five seconds I get a notification that Adobe CC cannot install or uninstall Adobe add-ons without admin rights. I did'nt ask for any changes.
If I press the upcoming alert, I get a window saying that CC wants to make changes, please write my admin code, but it doesn'r say which changes it is about to make.

I want to make a movie from two images

I have two images (.jpg) that I wnat to put together so they flop back and forth (one then the other) creating a movie lasting about 10 seconds.
How might I go about this using iMovie. I've tried about everthing I can think of. But I'm very new using iMove.

You can't "improve" the audio quality of an .mp3 file by converting it to AIFF. At ten MB's a minute they would have a 300 MB file but still the quality of the source.
I would use QuickTime Player Pro to make the "movie" of the .mp3 audio track. Here's how:
Create an all black image file (one bit .jpeg format) in any image editor. Use very small dimensions (just a few pixels to keep the file size down).
Open QuickTime Player Pro and then this new .jpeg file. Command-a (Select All) and Command-c (Copy).
Open the .mp3 file using QuickTime Player Pro. Command-a (Select All) and then choose "Add to Selection & Scale" from the edit menu.
Open the Movie Properties window, highlight the new video track with a single click and then click the Visual Settings tab.
Adjust the video track dimensions from the very small size of the source to whatever works best to fit the intended display. 640X480 would probably be best.
Use the Save menu to give this new file a different name. It will now be a .mov file with an all black video track and the original .mp3 audio.

you cant call with the ipad. but you can download a third party app from the app store called "talkatone". It uses your wifi connection and google voice to make calls. (you must have a gmail account to use this app)

This is not a feature Numbers supports. You can turn off grid lines, then draw lines using the shapes menu in the tool bar:

Need to free up storage space but want to make sure photos from my camera roll are definitely in iCloud before deleting them. iPad3, IOS 8.1.3

I have plenty of iCloud storage space but need to free up storage on the iPad. If I delete the camera roll photos and the photostream, will I be able definitely to access the photos in iCloud? in Settings > iCloud I have no iCloud Library....so I'm confused. If someone can help, I'd be grateful.

Import photos through iPhoto. (You will prompt to delete from iPhone when import competes).
Backup your Mac. (At least the iPhoto Library)
Backup to iTunes.
Backup to iCloud. (Check in Settings>iCloud>Storage and Backup>Manage Storage>your device name>Camera Roll ON).

There is NO alternative. But iDVD is very easy to get.

I have a requirement to make the quarters for fiscal year from the given start and end date.
For example if I have
start date : 01-Jan-09
end date : 31-Dec-09
I have to split it into 4 quarters as bellow:
QTR1 : 01-Jan-09 - 31-Mar-09
QTR2 : 01-Apr-09 - 30-Jun-09
QTR3 : 01-Jul-09 - 30-Sept-09

Make the link from the single cell of Bex Report and the image of bill

Hi guys,
my client scan every bill and archive the image by File.net technology.
In our Bex Report we have the Bill number and we want to make the link from the single cell and the image of bill.
The possible paths to solve the problem are:
Replicate the image in BW and crate a link from the single cell and the image of document.
Create an URL link from the single cell and the image of document archived on File.net server.
In witch way we can to implement the two paths?
