I'm currently paying $12.99 each month. The "going rate" is $9.99 each month. How do I go about getting my monthly payments decreased? Do i have to unsubscribe then re-subscribe???
I just found out you guys have student discount monthly where the going rate per month is $4.99, and i currently a freshman in college so this would be very helpful to me. I am paying $12.99 and would like to decrese my payments. But my account will not let me delete my premium subscription, and it will not let me get my student discounted rate- how do i go about this?

Is it possible that you are using the same password for the old O2 Study and newer O2 Apple Base Station networks?
If so, Keychain Access is storing the old information about the old network and may be associating it with your AirPort Extreme settings based on the BSSID that William has mentioned.
If that's the case, open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > KeyChain Access and look for a listing with the old network name. Delete this entry. You may need to power down both the computer and the AirPort Extreme and restart them. -
I have received a notice that my forms central account has lasped due to being unable to charge credit card. I have changed cards and will update, but do not want to pay a full subscription since Forms is ending. I am in the middle of a process that will end in a month. What do I do to be able to finish this process???
It is a bad situation. Your credit card expired but you cannot change it because FormsCentral is retiring.
Please consider moving your forms to JotForm right away. It takes a few minutes to do it using JotForm new Import Wizard:

I tried to buy a song today and it said that I already bought it. I looked under check for purchases and it said that it wasnt in there. Severe Problems (Do not want to pay $50 for replacement)
I have had my iPod for a week, haven't let anyone borrow it, haven't dropped it once. It worked all day today until about a quarter to six 'o clock, when I turned it on and got a picture that looked like an iPod with a sad face and a triangular exclamation. That's all it's doing, and all you can hear is the hard drive making a strange 'click-'click-'click noise, then a grinding noise, then it whirs, and turns back off, I have tried resetting and restoring, I have a year warranty, but I cannot afford the $50 replacement fee for a new iPod.

I change my apple ID and password. By doing that I was not able to update apps so I delete then and download them again. But keynote and pages are expensive.

Asked to pay $800 for a corrosion problem started when in service.
Took my late2012 Macbookpro retina to store 3 days ago because of couple deadpixels in the screen.. The guy at the genius bar was really helpful and run couple of tests and said that screen will be replaced under applecare plan with no charge.
Today another guy called me from service, screen has been changed but a power problem appeared after. When they checked it they found a corrosion on logic board. He was telling me that there is liquid connection caused this corrosion. And its users fault.
I couldnt belive it as when i handed my computer it was absuletly running perfect!!
Guy told me it was a chance that the power failure started just after they replaced retina screen.. And he goes, as its like you took your car to mechanic for a problem and other problem appears bla bla bla! I was so angry but just wanted them to mail me a quote..
Now i dont really want to pay $800 for this as i already paid almost $4000 8 months ago..
Any suggestion?
Thank you..It seems Apple can find liquid, corrosion, damage on just about any Mac computer they fell like. You are not the only one to have this type of thing happen. There is a long thread on it someplace on on this forum. Systems taken in for one problem and then the owner notified they found liquid damage and none of the repair is covered under the warranty. This has happened to people that swear no liquid of any kind had ever been spilt on their Mac.
I think most of it comes from condensation because of the aluminum case and the limited air flow through the system. About the only parts that get any airflow are the fans and the radiator fins the fans blow across.
There isn't much you can do about it except pay to have it fixed or buy something else. Apple has the last word in this situation. -
I have moved from the UK to Canada and would like to pay for subscriptions in Canadian dollars rather than sterling pounds. Also I would like to take up Creative Cloud subscription offer because I qualified as a prior purchaser of CS packages.
How do I go about this?I did that - nothing happen... I have changed my adobe ID and all address to my Canada home.
Having log myself out and re-log back in to start the Creative Cloud subscription. The payment still shows in Sterling Pounds.
This is difficult as I am no longer earning Sterling pounds as a wage and the subscription would automatically be doubled payment, because Canadian $ is less in currency exchange to the UK Sterling Pound.

The full (only) price of Logic X is as staed on the App Store. This price (whether people agree or disagree, like it or not like it) is still less than any upgrade price for any other DAW.
A lot of people here are saying they bought Logic 9 6 months or a year ago and want a cheaper price. For me, I started on Logic 5.5. Logic 6, you could pay an upgrade price that was way over what the full app is now but you had to add costs as things like Space Designer were extra. Their serial numbers, once purchased, got added to you XS Key, which was a dongle that never got hacked in 6 and a half years.
Apple, on acquiring Emagic, dropped the price from $1000 to $499, included all the things you had to pay extra for then dropped the price to what it is now once they went over to the App Store. They also dropped the un-cracked dongle.
So myself and a lot of other people here went 5.5 to 6 (added the goodies that were extra) to 7 to 8 and to 9. When there was an upgrade price, the price was around what the app is now.
I'm amazed at how many people see this as a full price and want money off whereas in reality a complete piece of softwaser is being offered for an upgrade price.
My first paragraph will answer your question and you probably won't care about the rest of the post. $199 or £139 IS an upgrade price. -
