Want to save my video opening credits and keep reusing

I make do it yourself videos and I have created a great stop action 22 second intro to my videos. How can I save it, and keep resuing it on each project I create? I am sure the answer is easy, but it alludes me!

I would suggest that you do it this way:
Go to the Project Library View.
Select your project that contains your opening.
Click FILE/DUPLICATE PROJECT in the top menu.
Give the duplicate a name, like "Opening Template".
Delete everything that is not in the opening from this "Opening Template" project.
When you get ready to make a new project, make a duplicate of this template and give it the name of your new project, and build your project from there.

With the amount of information you've provided it's impossible to offer a potential solution. We can't see your computer so we need to know some details of your problem and setup, i.e.:
what version of iPhoto are you using?
what system version are you running?
what fixes have you tried?
where is you library located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?
what type of Mac?
how much free space on your boot drive?

Real is always, it seems, late in releasing updates for new browser updates. They are given the same opportunity during the Firefox pre-release testing as other developers to be sure that their products will work with new Firefox releases.

1) Screen Capture -- Any streaming video that can be watched/listened to can be captured. Several applications are available that can do this but I generally prefer SnapzProX. This class of program essentially allows you to "record" the audio and video as it is being played back on your computer. This is normally done using a very simple but very fast codecs which create rather large files on your computer but which can then be transcoded to a more efficient format for playback whenever you wish.
ADVANTAGES: You end up with a fully self-contained copy of the media which can be locally archived, moved, copied, and is available as long as you keep the copy.
DISADVANTAGES: This approach can require large amounts of storage space depending on the commpression format used and the number of files stored. Depending on the material involved, this could constitute a copyright violation of media use.
2) Save As... -- If you have/purchase QT Pro and/or an appropriate third-party QT component (like Flip4Mac in this case), you open open/play the streaming file in the QT Pro Player and save a copy of the movie that contains a resource pointer to the online streaming server. For all intents, you have a "copy" of the file stored on your computer that can, within certain limits, be played back whenever you wish.
ADVANTAGES: Since the saved movies are very small, you can save a large number of them on your computer. Since they open and play just like standalone movies, they are very easy to use and share. Since control of the content remains with the orginator and access (public or limited) remains as intended by the originator, you would not be violating copyrights here.
DISADVANTAGES: Material may be changed, removed, or unavailable for one reason or another at any given time. Playback requires connection to the Internet.
3) Bookmark/URL List -- As a last resort, you can always bookmark or copy the relavent streaming server URL to a "hyperlink" list and open the media manually whenever you wish/are able to do so.
ADVANTAGES: Nothing to buy.
DISADVANTAGES: Requires extra effort on your part, still won't open in the QT Player, and still remains subject to the online vagaries mentioned above.

Like I CLICK on OPEN Folder and is not responding. Or on DELETE and is not responding. During this process IF I click on Save as and cancel this, then I may have a chanse to open the OPEN Folders or other. Sometime I have to repeat this "show" to achive the working conditions. You are someone had to put a check in the box to encrypt your iPhone backup.
Warning: If you encrypt an iPhone backup in iTunes and then forget your password, you will not be able to restore from backup and your data will be unrecoverable. If you forget the password you can continue to do backups and use the device, however you will not be able to restore the encrypted backup to any device without the password. You do not need to enter the password for your backup each time you back up or sync.
If you cannot remember the password and want to start again, you will have to do a full software restore and when prompted by iTunes to select the backup to restore from, choose Set up as a new device.

I want my tabs to not open automatically and even though i have set to do that it still opens it automatically, i've tried all solutions that were provided nothing helps.

i have the "when i open a new link in a tab, switch to it immediately" option unchecked. it still opens them when i open a new link. i found someone who was having the same problem but the solution to his problem did not help me. i have restored my prefrences, disabled all addons and plugins. nothing worked

I believe your issue comes from a slight misunderstanding... It's not your fault, of course, Firefox should be clearer in this aspect, but I should be able to clear the misunderstanding and make sure you know what's going on.
The "when i open a link in a new tab, switch to it immediately" option only applies to tabs open deliberately in a new a tab. For example, when you middle-click (click your mouse's scroll wheel) a link (or use the appropriate contextual menu entry). It doesn't apply to links that are set by the site to open in a new tab. This is normal standard behavior, and isn't likely to change any time soon, but there are multiple things you can do so it doesn't bother you.
For example, you can middle-click (or use the appropriate contextual menu entry) the links you want to open on a new tab, instead of right-clicking them and have them open in a new tab only if the site has instructed your browser to do so. You can also go into ''Tools > Options > Tabs > Open links that open in a new window in:'' and select "Current tab", so the links that are instructed by the website to open in a new window/tab, are open in the same tab, and so you have complete control of where each link opens. This setting, however, is known to cause some trouble in some websites that are pop-up-heavy, so use this with caution.

Never done this before and cannot find a manual for OS X 10.7.5 Lion. Basically I want to clean my 2009 Macbook6,1 as though I were selling it and start out fresh but before I attempt it I want to stash my contents (Files, Documents, Bookmarks, iTunes and iPhoto libraries to my external Hard Drive, all in separate folders to return them to Macbook after the full sweep and big overwrite. Can anyone help me?

That may not be the best approach (see below).
Format the drive for a Mac (see #1 in Using Disk Utility if you're not sure how).
Create the folders you want on it.
Open a second Finder window and drag what you want from one to the other.
If you only copy the stuff listed, you'll lose your AddressBook, Mail, Calendars, preferences, and probably all sorts of other things.
A better option might be to back up your entire system, either with Time Machine or one of the "cloning" apps. Then you can restore selectively from TM, or copy selectively from the clone.

I can start you off, but I can't say I know what those transitions are.
I assume you want to do this in After Effects? If so, you can open up a single transition/effect in Adobe Bridge and see all of them categorized by folder. These folders are organized just like they are in AE and you even get a thumbnail preview of what they do.
For starters, the background is quite simple. Its a solid background with a ramp applied to it. Effect > Generate > Ramp. Change it from linear to radial and then mess with the point of origin and the colors until you like what you see.
This background is a 2D layer and it is just dissolving (or being keyframed) to the same background with a different color every time the text changes.
On top of the BG is another solid with particles on it, which you'll just have to mess with the settings until it looks right. The particle shape appears to be Lens Convex or similar. It does look like the particles have a glow on them, so don't forget to add that effect as well.
As for the text, like I said I can't give you the transition names but it's possible a particle plugin is just being applied to the text and controlled with keyframes. Also, something like Trapcode's Particular might have a preset that does this for you.

Plugin wanted to save emails as .rtf files and automatically rename them

I've just changed from a PC to a MAC. On the PC I had a plug in for Microsoft Outlook called Message Save by Techhit for saving emails

It allowed me to quickly save emails to any folder on my hard drive as a .txt file and it automatically created a name with the date, to, from and subject fields.
Is there anything similar for Apple Mail? Doing File > Save As and renaming them myself is too slow.

As above, recently I can't send images the same way as other files. I want the receiver to get the file directly. Right now Skype uploads the image to some website and also changes the file name, which is a big problem for me. Also it's very impractical for the receiver to have to open the link all the time.

Please ask the recipient of your file to upgrade to the latest version of Skype for their platform. The latest versions of Skype for all supported devices are available at http://www.skype.com/download.
All current Skype versions show the file within the conversation and do not require to open them in the browser any longer. By default Skype opens a thumbnail for received files. Make sure your pick a location to save the image as a receiver and you will get the original file and not a smaller thumbnail in a different file format.
