You could trade it in but you would need a different phone on the line while you wait for the gift card. Once you have the gift card then you will have to purchase the iPhone 6 at the full retail price and use the gift card to apply towards the full retail price starting at $700 or something like that. The whole process could take several months. Are you willing to pay full price and wait that long?

No. Unless you are within the 14 day return window, you will have to sell your iPhone and buy the one you want.

Many sites which offer specific "print formatted" pages do that: they assume that once you have finished with the print dialog you no longer want the page itself. So for your convenience they close it. Not so convenient for you, since you still want to view the page.
I'm not aware of an easy solution for this. I can think of a couple different approaches.
First, maybe there's an add-on to solve this? That would be easiest.
Second, maybe there's a userscript to solve this?
The Greasemonkey add-on runs userscripts which you can copy or download. Be careful to install only long-establish and trusted scripts. (''Is there a site that has this bad behavior that I can view without logging in? I will test one of my existing scripts to see whether it helps.'')
Third, Firefox has an old system for restricting site permissions in a custom text file in your profile folder (named user.js). Editing this file is a bit advanced, and I haven't been able to test it, but the system works along these lines:

From Java side, I am able to carry the value with L&T spaces till the call goes to Flex .mxml and here response object assigning as var metaConfig:XML = event.result as XML; But here L&T spaces are not visible along with value of ID. I used to see it by using Alert.show(event.result.toString()); Flex Output is as: <allScalarMetadataFields> <id>TEST</id> <name>test name</name> . But from java[in Servlet/in service] side I can see the output as: <allScalarMetadataFields> <id> TEST </id> <name> test name </name> . The latest version of Firefox no longer asks if you want to save open tabs for your next session..I HATE not having that option. What were they thinking? (I think this is self explanatory)

Firefox 4 saves the previous session automatically, so there is no longer need for the dialog asking if you want to save the current session. 
You can use "Firefox > History > Restore Previous Session" to get the previous session at any time. 
There is also a "Restore Previous Session" button on the default about:home Home page. 
 
Another possibility is to use:
* [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Menu_differences Firefox (Tools) > Options] > General > Startup: "When Firefox Starts": "Show my windows and tabs from last time"

You do not need to purchase anything - but to help you you do have to supply the requested information
Have you installed iPhoto from the DVD that came with the computer or from the App Store?

The officially unlocked GSM version will work just fine. However, that model is currently only available through Apple's online store, I don't believe stock has reached brick/mortar stores yet, you'll have to check.
Why do you want to purchase in the US? Your warranty & support will only be valid in the US, and you can purchase officially unlocked iPhones in France that have an EU wide warranty. Doesn't make any sense to me.

Download and install Bridge CC, then in the Bridge Edit menu > Color Settings choose the color settings you want to synchronize your CC apps to.

I can’t afford to buy Photoshop just to construct two special capital letters. I’ve used the B and M in my logo for Balquhidder Music for years - but from jpgs - and I was hoping to have more flexibility in the future. I spent $169 to make sure I am in compliance. But I didn’t get anything of use to me.
I can’t understand why those Alternate Caps are not part of this - or any other package. I thought Adobe was capable of amazing things.
I assume I am whistling in the dark. So have a nice day.

Actually, when Adobe moved from Type 1 fonts to OpenType CFF fonts, all the so-called “expert typefaces” were consolidated into the base fonts. In other words Adobe Garamond Pro Regular not only has the Western Latin characters of the original Type 1 version of Adobe Garamond, but also has alternate Latin capitals (with titling, titling floating accents, and stylistic alternates), alternate Latin lowercase (swash and superiors), Latin small capitals (alphabetic and floating accents), ligatures, multiple numeric forms (including lining tabular, lining proportional, oldstyle tabular, oldstyle proportional, superscripts, scientific inferior, numerator, denominator forms, fractions, mathematical operators, etc.) plus a raft of other special symbols.
OpenType fonts are Unicode-based and allow for more than the 256 characters in Type 1 fonts which required multiple typefaces all with mappings to a standard keyboard to accommodate all these glyphs.
Thus, hopefully your disappointment will turn to joy.
To assist you in understanding OpenType fonts and to show you what is in the current Adobe Garamond fonts, I have attached a few PDF files for your perusal.
