Wanted: Better To-Do List For E61
Looking for recommendations for a better To-Do list for the E61.
My E61's included To-Do list (my phone sw version is 2.0618.06.05) has no categories, and there is no control over the on-screen presentation order of the ToDo's. These problems make the function almost unuseable when you have many To-Do's.

Missing Part list for Plant to Plant Purchase order
Hi,
I need the following requirement in CO24,
In CO24 its shows the missing parts for Sales order, similarly we want the missing parts list for Plant to Plant Purchase order in the same report. Also the report,
1.It should not consider the Planned order for a sales order.
2.It should not consider the planned order which can be convert into purchase requisition.
3.The procurement type should be "E" or "X".
Kindly guide me is there any standard layout changes in available or any development we have to do.

If you have the following settings in OPJK:
Plant XXXX
Order Type XXXX
Availability Check 2

[X]Check material availability when saving order (may not need)
Checking Rule PP PP checking rule
Component Check Type ATP check
Release material 2 Release permitted despite missing parts
Then in COHV you try to mass release the order with the following parameter:
List: Order Header
Selection: Your selection criteria
Mass processing:
Function: Release
Max. No.of Processes 99
Save Log: Always
Release control order: Collective Order Release
Then after the order is released, you can find the missing part list of that order in CO03 menu path:
Goto->Missing Parts->Missing parts list

When printing a list in Address Book, how can I select more than the default Attributes and keep them selected when I print again? I want to print ALL information for contacts so I have email address, notes, phone, company, title, etc all on one page. I don't want to have to check off an additional 5 or 6 attributes each time I print out contact information. Is there a way to change the default setting for printing lists, so it is not just "phone," "photo," and "job title?"
I have a user who wants to do this same thing. I did not find any way either to default the attributes to anything other than what you see the first time. Seems like such a trivial thing, hard to believe they do not allow it. I did find a program for this called iDress but I can't seem to download it from any links on the Internet. Not sure if it is free or not, but it was recommended by a link on the Mac support site.

The "organize bookmarks" section has disappeared from my bookmarks dropdown. I want to export my list as back-up prior toan overhaul. No major changes have been done to account for it. in English

I can't find a list of all of my apps in location services. It doesn't list all of the apps like fios tv remote that I want to use location services for. I mean it doesn't list any of the apps that aren't the factory presets. How can I turn on location services for these apps?

I have made a playlist on my iPod touch 4th generation for some friends' wedding and I want to play the list in the order I wrote it. It keeps shuffling though, so how do I play it in track order
In iTunes, before you sync the playlist, you can right click on the playlist and select the option that says "Copy Play Order" that will preserve list in the order you have them.

A bookmarked web site for weather that I use daily - often more than once a day - has disappeared from my Most Visited list. In spite of my continued use of the site for a week now, plus deleting other sites that I seldom use that have started showing up on the Most Visited list, thus making room on the list for the weather site, it still doesn't reappear there. I have to open Bookmarks to access the weather site. So the site is still there, but not on the Most Visited list. I tried removing and re-entering the site in Bookmarks, but that didn't solve the Most Visited list problem. Thanks for your help.
Your browser has been hijacked. You can test it by going to any search site besides scroogle and looking up antivirus, malware removal, or any other term like that. It will show you the results but you wont be able to go to any of those pages. In my opinion this is the worst kind of virus because it is so hard to get rid of. You'll remove it and it will self replicate and you'll have it again. Scroogle works because it acts as a proxy between you and the search site google. Follow that guys directions who replied before me. When that doesn't work try to get a copy of Stopzilla antivirus. I had my browser hijacked once and that got rid of it. If that doesnt work, download the Comodo web browser. They give away a month of free Geekbuddy assistance with their browser. Use it. Chances are you will have to contact an IT proffesional of some sort anyway. But you'll never feel really clean again and you'll become paranoid about using the web and you'll get every popup blocker and java script stopper there is. But that still won't be enough and you'll dump windows altogether becuase there just are'nt that many viruses that work on Linux.... oh wait.. that was me...

How do I set numbered lists for headings in Pages 5.2, and keep that system of numbered lists saved?
I have tried to set numbered lists for headings in Pages 5.2 but have not succeeded. I have read similar questions concerning this but this has not helped me...
When I say numbered lists I mean something extremely important and simple, for instance:
1. Introduction
1.1. Background
1.2. Purpose and Questions
2. The Legality of Clause X
2.1. Legality under Article 101.1
2.2. Legality under Article 101.3
And so on...
Heading 1. is selected as "Heading", 1.1 is selected as "Heading 2", and if I had 1.1.1 it would be selected as "Heading 3" and so on...
I have navigated my way to the Format window, and under the tab "Style" and down to "Bullets & Lists". I have here selected the following: Numbered, Numbers, 1. 2. 3. 4., Tiered Numbers, Continue from previous.
There are several problems with this currently.
First, based on the example it becomes "2. Background" when it should be "1.1 Background" instead.
Second, after writing some body text between the headings and then select a new heading, all the previously selected settings I mentioned above in "Bullets & Lists" have to be reselected.
So, how do I set numbered lists for headings, or so called sub-headings, in Pages 5.2? And how do I keep that selected system of numbered lists saved so I don't have to retype it for every new heading I type? (e.g. so that Pages knows that every time I choose Heading 2, I want it to number the heading in the way selected)
Obviously, manually writing the numbers for every heading is not a viable option, as it makes table of contents problematic and is simply tedious. You need an automatic way of doing it, especially if you write long documents where keeping headings in order is absolutely essential.
Also, reverting back to previous Pages versions (like v. 9 I think?) is not an option as that does not exist on my recently purchased Macbook Pro.
I need to be able to do this on Pages 5.2 and do it automatically.
I appreciate any help with this.iWork '09 is not "outdated" it still works and works extremely well and whilst not perfect with MsWord it is far far better than Pages 5.2 which has a stream of major issues with exporting. It is also way better and faster to use than Microsoft Office.
So what is your time and work actually worth? If it is less than $19.99 for 6 months, you may as well just chuck it in and take that job on minimum wages.
You are assuming things for Office 2014 with absolutely no inside knowledge. Much as we assumed Pages 5 was going to be the long awaited improvement, but ended up being a downgrade to match the iOS version, Microsoft is headed the same way with their mobile versions.
This is not like getting the "latest" pair of pants where you go with the crowd and throw out your cigarette legs which replaced the flares, which replaced your low cuts which replaced your cigarette legs, which replaced…
This is work.
If it does the job and does it well, use it. There is nothing out there to really match what Pages '09 does. Yet.
LibreOffice can do most but not all, but has a UI that only a mother could love. It's great redemption is that it uses both open formats and the standard Microsoft formats and is under active development. It also opens and saves to just about everything. When they finally work out the Pages formats, I'm sure they will open those as well.
I use a lot of professional software. Just because the publisher's marketing department says change the product so we can sell more, doesn't mean you have to pay any attention whatsoever. Adobe being a classical example. Most designers are just ignoring their latest subscription based bloatware and getting on with their work.

Missing Features, Bugs, and Wish List for Apple Engineers
I LOVE my iPhone. It is by far the best phone I have ever had. The interface is awesome. Great job Apple, but there are missing features and bugs that all of us want updated or wish were added. I know they were probably already thought of by Apple, but in an effort to make the phone perfect removed to make it more stable. Now that it is out lets make it perfect.
This thread will hopefully give you guys guidance from the early adopters who share your love for the phone (and others who want to chime in). I want to separate the list into a few categories and hope everyone will add to this thread with their ideas:
1) BUGS/CHANGES TO EXISTING APPS:
- Period should be in alphabet keyboard (make space smaller) or when you go to symbol keyboard and hit period it should automatically go back to the alphabet keyboard (unless you double click the symbol button which means stay there like caps lock)
- Individual delete (like Mail) of all lists (eg. call list, bookmarks list, history etc.
- Multiple item in a List delete (see below for how to select). This is also so un-Mac like to not be able to select multiple items to delete. It is all or none for clear/delete on the iPhone.
- Implement double finger slide...in maps double finger tap zooms out so the OS recognizes this, why don't you use a double finger drag to mean "select". There is no way to select some words in a sentence or a group of items. This could be how. eg. In a list (eg Mail) double finger slide over items you want to select (instead of singer finger drag which moves the list) then one finger slide to the right to delete the selected items from the list.
- Copy and paste. Since there are no menus this would require a gesture (ala newton)
- when you tap the battery icon it should bring up a battery status dialog (ala wifi join dialog where the screen dims): present charge, big battery icon (like the charging one), time left. In addition, instead of giving battery usage details only after a full charge, give it at any point.
- Since you know that nights and weekends are at set times (and not variable like it was on Sprint where I came from)...the phone usage details should be broken down into: peak minutes used and N+W minutes used (not hard to figure out since you know the time and dates of calls)
- Be able to change font/background etc in Notes app
- faster way to get to favorites in the killer phone app after turning on phone. Just seems like it takes too many taps to get there to make a call on a phone.
2) WISH LIST FOR NEW APPS (apps that can be added with existing hardware, see #3 for other wishes)
- iChat (obvious and probably almost done)
- VOIP (probably not going to happen, and wouldn't work in Europe where I would need it most gven network speeds there)
- Flight tracker widget
- Exchange support (probably in the works)
- Push email from gmail and .Mac (probably in the works)
- Bluetooth sync
- DUN (probably not going to happen since AT+T does not want it)
- Data/File storage with sync
- TODO APP that syncs to to do in iCal
- Ringtones, definitely from songs from iPod side (obvious and coming soon I am sure)
-Search function like spotlight. Global would be awesome, but even just in contacts
3) FUTURE HARDWARE RELATED WISHES (stuff we wish could be in hardware version 1 but know require a version 2):
- GPS
- 3G
- LED that changes color and/or pulses (like MacBooks sleep light) that indicates things (eg charge status, Voice mail status, roaming status etc) without turning on the phone
- Move camera to front to allow video conferencing (I doubt Steve would allow since it would mess up the clean front look)
Well I could go on and will add to this thread later, but I need to go to work to show everyone (and sell more apple stuff since many of my colleagues have been converted to macs). Now, all you pioneers, start adding things to help our beloved phone become better!

iMac Mac OS X (10.3.6)I agree with your post! I'm amazed by the simplicity, the screen, and the apps on the iPhone. They all have worked wonderfully for me, with just a few crashes while surfing or loading big email images. (I heard that shutting down the phone and restarting helps that.)
The single flaw for me is that the phone app itself should be primary, with more options (quicker access, unique ringtones, voicedial?) and ease of use. The other applications are so elegant, but I need my phone to be very accessible and practical too.
My wish list:
1) Make it fewer taps to get to the point where you can make a phone call. How about the main button can be programmed to take you wherever you want. I'd choose to go to Phone Favorites, so I could speed dial right away.
2) Be able to set a preference as to what app you're in when you wake up the phone. I'd choose phone keypad, some might choose iCal, etc.
3) Add the period and comma symbols to the alpha keyboard.
4) Allow different ringtones for specific caller ID's.
5) Copy and paste.
V2) With new hardware, add a "back" button to return to prev. screen. It could be small, on the side near volume?

Been using AE CS5 and loving it, but wish there were a couple of more features...
-- shadow color for 3D lights. not only control the color of the light, but of the shadows they create (like in Lightwave and other 3D packages)
-- more user friendly expression library. gimme easy to apply presets with sliders!
-- openCL acceleration for us non nVidia folks.
I'm sure there are others, but just hope this reaches the right eyeballs...First, the next generation of Adobe After Effects should do more with enhancing the working environment which Motion 4 did.
When a user opens the application, they just want to think of how to make their creativity comes truth with flexible and easy-to-use tools. Not too complicated like the ones in AE right now. Full black solid appearance theme like the gray one in Photoshop (without Windows Aero theme in the title) that may save some spaces for menu bar and look cooler. Using tabs to work with multiple AE files in just one window like Photoshop. Improvement in Drag-and Drop or multi-touch screen. The feature in AE is cool but they somehow hidden and hard to find or use. Let bring them in the front with easy-to-understand icon and able to expand them by click and hold to show more options that related to main feature. Thumbnail view should be better than the list or menu view in filter effects, presets, animations, and 3D text style built inside AE divided by tabs (Drag and Drop should be applied for these thumbnails). Windows 7 came with their redesigned taskbar that can feature as the progress bar and tasking menu for each application that has the icon on it. Think about using these two features of the new taskbar, user will be able to do simple tasks in AE by just right click and choose the task on the icon in the taskbar or get informed about rendering process without staying in AE windows by progress bar feature in Windows 7's taskbar.
Second, there are many plugins available for users to buy but they're so expensive. Buying After Effect like buying a house without door, appliance, or some other necessary things. After Effects should rather bring more tools, effect filters, or creative features than focusing on creating just one or two significant features. We need to think about renewing the old creative stuffs in AE like brand new built-in Particle System, Lens Flares improved with more types of len or color of light, Easier 2D/3D reflection/lighting/shadowing, Painting Brush (3D stroke type) or easy Extrude 3D Text/ Object with more animations and presets than the current version. Each of them should be organized and listed in the thumbnail view. Users will be able to do the drag-and-drop operation on this. How about the behavior with the physic ability like gravity,wind for objects or smart objects that have the physic ability? That would be great. The power of AE in the future needs to focus on 3D movie making aslo, althought there are set of features that allow us to do that, but not fully supported. If needed, they could make the specific mode for 3D movie making only in individual window.
Third, the acceleration of performance is really big step. 64-bit support is a very good thing for AE, but since many releases of AE I haven't seen such the improvement like startup speed and stability. AE in the one that has slowest startup speed among with its friends like Photoshop, Flash, or Dreamwaver and somtime crashes. The Team needs to think about that.
Fourth, I also suggest a feature called "Realism" that will be able to make or organize the colors, lights, or even edges of every 2D/3D objects in a composition or each composition and help them look more realistic with just a few clicks.
Hopefully, my suggestions will help Adobe improve their next AE. CS6 should be the greatest development with Additions, Accelerations or Enhancements among its previous versions. By that way, there will be more users will think of buying or upgrading to new CS6. That's what I and other users are looking for.

Is he on target? Are his suggestions worthy, important and doable?
I must say I wouldn't be disappointed with his vision of what LR4 would be capable of ....Personally, I'm on a pretty different page.
I could care less about Lightroom's slideshow capability - because I don't use it (I use 3rd party presentation tools after exporting from Lr).
I could care less about Lightroom's photobooks - because if I did use photobooks, I could do it in Aperture or some other 3rd party software.
I could care less about soft-proofing because I don't use it, and if I did, I could always pull the photos into another app that does support soft-proofing.
... I could go on, but my point is that anything that can easily be done at the endpoints of the workflow with another tool is less of a concern to me than the things I do day in and day out, which is Library + Develop, especially Develop.
And Adobe still has some serious image quality matters to address, e.g. Highlight recovery.
I would agree with Scott on these points:
- Networked catalog support (although I don't have need, I understand other peoples need for this).
- Soft-proofing: this is not a contradiction - I acknowlege other peoples strong desire/need for this.
Other stuff I don't use but would imagine becoming big:
- GPS/Location support.
My wishlist:
- Finish what they started being #1 image-quality-wise
- especially highlight recovery
- and other hue shift anomalies.
- Finish what they started being #1 performance-wise (read: get the bugs out so the performance for "all" of us matches the performance for the lucky ones).
- Add better color handling and/or adjustment capability.
- Better auto-tone and Active-D-Lighting-like support (fill-light + clarity goes pretty far now, and jjust fixing highlight recovery would be a huge step in the right direction here).
- Fix 'Clarity' so that one can down-throttle its affect on "already high-contrast" edges.
- targeted adjustments (based on luminance, color, ..., e.g. U-points only better)
- includes making the auto-mask work better.
- all adjustments available locally.
- Separate channel levels and curves.
- distraction removal brush (e.g. content-aware fill).
- Support for image enhancement via plugin. - once pixel manipulation is integrated with parametric editing (see my #1 wish below) - this will be a fallout - I don't care too much whether image manipulation tools plug into photoshop or lightroom, as long as they are readily accessible in Lightroom without forking a separate photo.
- Full-screen editing with develop panels + library panels simultaneously open on secondary monitor.
- Full access to Lightroom UI via SDK (plugin) - including event notification and having things in the panels.
AND MY #1 WISH FOR LIGHTROOM 4:
- 100% integration with Photoshop and/or other 3rd party pixel editors and plugins - this would include the ability to have multiple shots be considered sub-shots of an HDR image. - If this were done, it would lessen many of the needs for natively supporting things like separate channel levels and curves and all adjustments local. To reiterate: the main goal is to be able to do things presently relegated to pixel editors without forking a new photo, even if internally its handled as a fork - I don't want to have to manage an additional independent photo entity just to remove a twig.

I did not get it from anywhere or anybody, I built it.
One way to do that is to put on a Front Panel all the objects you want to get info about then with VI server you can get access to all of them(Open VI Ref->VI:Front Panel->Panel:AllObjects->Forloop->GObject:ClassID and ClassName) and get their CID and Class Name.
The problem with this is that it only work with object you know about; for the others I used another method.
There is a locked VI in LV7.0 that allows dynamic instanciation of controls. The name of the VI is "Get Contorl From Type Descriptor.vi" and it is located in LVRoot\proje
ct\_NewProbeWizard.llb\Get Contorl From Type Descriptor.vi. If you look at the type descriptor (of unnamed controls) you will see that the third number in the array is the CID. So it is possible to create a VI that generate all the objects refnums (to get their name, manually change them to a constant). I will caution anyone who wants to play with that VI, you WILL (<-no may, but will) crash labview by generating these refnums (so better save your stuff before hand).
