Wanted: Quick Reference Card information (for PSE2)

I am trying to find the information provided on the "Quick Reference Card" mentioned in the PSE2 help (that you get when you press F1):
Using keyboard commands and modifier keys
Keyboard commands let you quickly execute commands without using a menu; modifier keys let you alter how a tool operates. When available, the keyboard command appears to the right of the command name in the menu. You can view a list of keyboard commands and modifier keys in the Quick Reference Card section of online Help.
I have searched the Adobe site and the internet, but can't find a copy. Who knows what I did with my original card! Can anyone point me to the info it contains?
Thanks,
Teffy

Teffy,
Do you have the disc? If you do, there's a PDF copy of the Quick Reference Guide one the disc. (If you have Windows, Insert disc while holding in your shift key. Hold until you get a dialog box. Select Open Folder to View Files.)
I'm not sure if it's included in the download version. If it isn't included in the download, input PDF Quick reference guide Photoshop Elements 2 into the Google search bar. I found it on the first search page using that phrase. I didn't hot link it so you'd know the PDF's origin.
Edit: FWIW, the Editor shortcuts should be exactly the same version to version...if the feature exists in Elements 2--they've added a couple since E2 :). (The same applies to Photoshop shortcuts... providing the function is available in Elements) with one exception...Ctrl J. That shortcut is broken on the Window's version of Photoshop Elements 2.0. File Browser shortcuts would of course differ in versions 5 and 6 as it was replaced by the Organizer in Version 5.
I would highly recommend checking out Jay Arraich's site if you are a beginner.
http://www.arraich.com/elements/psE_intro.htm
He has a large list of E1 shortcuts...all should apply except control J. It wasn't broken on E1. :)

  • I want to download a free app. But iTunes wants my credit card information everytime and I get declined. Why and how do I fix it.

I want to download a free app. When I sign in then I have to sign in again to iTunes. Then it wants my credit card information as it always does. When I fill it out it says I'm decline and try a different card. Why it do that when the app is free. When first started iTunes I had no problem downloading apps. Why now since I used a card a few times does it ask me for my card information everytime now. Can't download any free apps without being declined.

    Hello Snoweagle57,
It sounds like you are trying to download a free app, and when prompted to enter a credit card it is declined. I would use this article to go into iTunes and change your payment method to None:
Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID)
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1918
If you are unable to select None, the following article may help you determine why:
Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

Adobe Reader is a FREE program, so you would not enter a credit card
If you have a subscription to a PAID program, removing your credit card information would cause that program to stop working when you stop paying for your subscription
If that is what you want, here is the information on how to cancel

  • Hi! I have 1 credit card and 2 more apple id. Is it possible to use this credit card information for all my apple id?

Hi! I have 1 credit card and 2 more apple id. Is it possible to use this credit card information for all my apple id?

Though you are being asked for card details it doesn't necessarily mean that the card will be charged for the purchase (unless you want to gift content). Have you tried entering your card's details to confirm the account ? You should then be able to remove it.
    From http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5582 :
When making purchases, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance
Is it a new account ? If it is then unless a new account is created by following the instructions on this page (the instructions won't work with existing accounts) : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
then you will need to enter card details (debit cards are no longer accepted in all countries) before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

  • When printing a list in Address Book, how can I select more than the default Attributes and keep them selected when I print again? I want to print ALL information for contacts so I have email address, notes, phone, company, title, etc all on one page.

When printing a list in Address Book, how can I select more than the default Attributes and keep them selected when I print again? I want to print ALL information for contacts so I have email address, notes, phone, company, title, etc all on one page. I don't want to have to check off an additional 5 or 6 attributes each time I print out contact information. Is there a way to change the default setting for printing lists, so it is not just "phone," "photo," and "job title?"

I have a user who wants to do this same thing. I did not find any way either to default the attributes to anything other than what you see the first time. Seems like such a trivial thing, hard to believe they do not allow it. I did find a program for this called iDress but I can't seem to download it from any links on the Internet. Not sure if it is free or not, but it was recommended by a link on the Mac support site.

  • Why do i need to enter the credit card information for downloading free apps and redeem the codes?

getting a message says apple id has not yet been used with the itunes store while trying to download apps
why do i need to enter the credit card information for downloading free apps and redeem the codes?

As a security precaution, Apple verifies your billing credentials with every transaction whether paid or free apps or using the balance of a redeemed code.

  • HT5114 how do I change my credit card information for itunes?

how do I change my credit card information for itunes?

On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.  If you are doing it on an iOS device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) then you could try tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and selecting 'View Apple ID' on the popup (that should also give you a payment link on your account's page)

  • ITunes Store now forces credit card information for free purchases...?

Apple's support page here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534 describes how to download free App Store applications without credit card information, however the option "None" does not appear under the credit card information when attempting to download any free application or when trying to establish the account.
It doesn't show up on the iPad, nor does it show up in the latest version of iTunes when trying to login.
I was assured at the Apple store when I purchased the iPad that I would be able to do so (it was the final selling point for me).
    Am I doing something wrong?
I found this post here: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2595632&tstart=30 which is useless to someone who does not have an account. Still no info from Apple about this.
Message was edited by: Kennel Bookstore with a lovely sensationalist headline to admittedly get more attention.

    Am I doing something wrong?
Since it works as it's supposed to, you must be doing something wrong.
I found this post here: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2595632&tstart=30 which is useless to someone who does not have an account.
    No it's not useless.
That user was already logged in with an iTunes account. The user needs to be logged out of the store.
I have notified Apple they need to amend that article and tell the user to log out of the store first (when using an iPad/iPhone/iPod).

  • Error credit card information for service of Travel ESS

    Dear Experts.
    I have the following issue.
When I  Create Travel Request in the ESS the system display the following message :
Please can help me with suggestion for solve this issue?
    Regards

    Hello Kris,
You can maintain the Customer credit card information in Customer master data - General Data - Payment Transactions. There you can see the Button called Payment Cards - Click on it, then you are faced with a screen Customer Payment cards and then Enter you customer Credit card Information like type (VISA/MASTER), Card Number , Validity dates etc.
The Payment Method field in Customer Master data - Company Code data - Payment Transactions tab, is responsbile for customer mode of payment after sales order creation. If the Payment Method is through Credit Card, during sales order creation the system will check the Payment method and If the Paymethod is credit, it will get the credit card details validated from third party system and get credited the sales order value amount.
The Pre-requisite is to develop the Interface with Third party service provider for Credit Card transactions (eg. XIPAY).
It is suggested to sit with your abaper and get the relevant user exit implemented to allow the credit card as a payment method in sales transactions with your customers.
    Hope it helps.
    Thanks, Ram.

  • REMOVING credit card information for existing AppleID

  • HT5622 Why am I asked to Leave my credit card information for free apps?

Why am I asked to leave Or provide my credit card information to download a free app?

To expound just a little bit more on what Ralph is saying ...if you do not set up your Apple ID in a very specific way from the start, Yoy have to enter credit card details even if you are downloading free apps. Your account details are now incompletely with the credit card, even though you don't want to use a credit card.
This explains exactly how you have to set up an Apple ID if you do not want to use a credit card. If you did not set up the account this way, you are now forced to enter the credit card - if you want to use this ID.

  • How do I change credit card information for app store and itunes

I am unable to change credit card infor for my app store and itunes?

What happens when you try to change your card details ?
You should be able to change your payment details on your computer's iTunes by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.  If you are doing it on your iPhone then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store (Settings > Store on iOS 5 and below) and select 'View Apple ID' on the popup - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.
