Hi - Can anyone help me with how/where I can find the Ringtone of:

I'm worried about some sites offering it that will keep charging after I download this to my phone - I only want this particular song.

I've never needed it because all the keyboards I have have a quick way of doing it (assuming you are talking about realtime playing or on input).
If they don't, it's pretty easy to rig this up yourself in the environment and map a midi command to it, so you can shift up and down or do whatever you want (this is exactly the sort of thing the environment was created to let you do - extend Logic's functionality to your own requirements).
If you are talking about a key command to change the playback parameters, then yes, I suppose it would be useful.

Tones is the new name for Ringtones. If the entry is missing in the left-hand column of iTunes then enable it from Edit > Preferences > General tab.
If your existing tones are not syncing properly to your iOS device then uncheck the option to Sync Tones from the Tones tab when the device is connected, sync the device, check the option and sync again.

Go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your Apple ID to create the account. Then turn on the data you wish to sync with iCloud. See http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/ios.html.

Getting ringtones for Mac User

Ok, I read ALL the stuff on importing ring tones. Who knows If I'm doing it right... cause dopey me thought mac's were SO EASY... I actually bought one!!!
Let me some up some of the problems I've had with previous information and then add something... firstly saying that when I buy a ringtone in the iTunes store... SURPRISE... no problem!
So I've purchased one on line... and as recommended somewhere in this community got to the point where it's now a "m4r" file on my desk top. Of course it cannot just be dragged into my ringtone area on my i-tunes and then synched... too easy, AND makes way too much sense. So I followed some other advice to try and put it in a library and other stuff... including something (this may be the key) like edit/preference and then futz around in there?? The thing is... go to "edit, preferences....etc" WHERE? There is no "preferences" choice under "edit" in i-tunes... nor "finder"...
Anyway, I followed a bunch of advice here (what I understood being a new MacUser, ie. very little) and here's where I'm at:
1.) I DO have a copy of it (in m4r format) on my desk top... I got that far.
2.) When in iTunes on my mac I can find it... BUT, of course it's probably NOT in the right place. So in my iTunes program with my phone plugged into my Mac, when I open it... "tones" shows up in 2 places!!! Along the top bar (with buttons like "summary", "info", "apps", "tones", "on this phone", etc.) AND there is a "tones" icon (the bell) over in the left margin along with music, movies, and all that IF I PUSH THE "one this phone" button along the top!
3.) So what? OK, well, when I push the tones button on the top bar all my ring tones show up when the "selected tones" is selected.. including the one I want on my freakin phone (The "synch tones" box is checked BTW). However, if I check them all and "synch" (down at the bottom) my phone clearly gets "synched" but the one I DID NOT BUY IN THE i-tunes store (off the interenet) DOESN'T SYNCH (at least Ican't find it on my i-phone)... even though it is the same m4r format I described earlier.
4.) Now interestingly when I push the "on this phone" bottom in the top as described earlier and then go to the left margin and select THAT tones icon (the bell)... viola... the tone I'm trying to synch indeed IS NOT THERE... but the other two are. Of course I am also NOT ALLOWED to drag it from my desk top OR the other file into there... again.. too simple.
Any ideas??? Why is this so ******** (we won't ask the question of why I'm so ********... I'll go to "webmd" for that...

it's hard to find ringtones for the 1600 model. I've been searching forever. You can just use the build-in composer to create some simple ringtones.

The procedure is the following:-
*right click the song on itunes and click get info.
*under the option, check in the start time and end time- This is the exactly which part of the song you want to make your ringtone.
*Click Ok.
* Again right click in the same song and click the CREATE AAC VERSION
* Now you can see the same two song. if you have made the short length in step 2, lenght will be different.and this will be in (.m4a) format. and if you dont see on itunes you can search the name on finder. you will find both files.
* Now you try to change the format (.m4a) to (.m4r), you just delete a and add r and press enter bottom. and conform it.
*Now you add this files to the ringtone/tones on itunes which is located on the left side bar of itunes.
*make sure under the preference of your itunes under the general the tones section is checked in.
*go to your device on itunes. Under the tones check in sync tones. You can Sync all tones or the particular tones which you want.
*Now this tone is on your iphone. You can change your ringtone through setting>sound>ringtone and choose the particular one.

I want to have a ringtone for people one my contact list and a different tone for people not on my contact list, which for me is always commercial that I do not even want to pick up.

To do this, you would have to assign the ringtone to each contact individually, and then set the default tone to something different under the Sounds menu in Settings.

Samsung Stratosphere set own ringtone for txt and pic messaging??

I have been able to set my own ringtones for Email alerts but can't figure out how to set my own ringtones for txt msgs other than the ones already on the phone.
for email alerts I went to My Files app and found the music i wanted that i put in folder saved ringtones.. The I hit the menu button on bottom left of phone and selected Set as. And chose Phone ringtone.
Just can't find similar path to set for Txt and Pic messaging.

Go to Messaging. Then Menu > Settings, and scroll down to the Notification settings area, where Select ringtone is an option.

rumours are going on that Java will be the major programming language for SAP in future, though abap will not die, as all those web article say, but its defintely going to lie down under, java,
is it not additional burden for a developer being in sap, doing ABAP+ java, where in he can fully devote to java, and then choose many openly available jobs in different domains.................................
its like if we want to be in sap, we learn ABAP would be good enough to program, now along with ABAP, have to learn JAVA that too at very deep level,
then instead learn Java and take jobs in other domains.............................

Hello, this was my favorite lunch-time topic when I started doing SAP three years ago. And nothing has changed during that years. Except that most of the SAPguys started to hate Java Webdynpro:)) And ESS/MSS is being rewritten to ABAP WD etc. Is that enough to prove there will be no Java revolution in next five years. There will be enough ABAP work for everybody for next 5 to ten years for sure.

You sure can assign a specific ringtone for a contact. You would simply press the Contacts icon, find the person you want to assign it to, then under "Ringtone" you will be able to choose one for that person.

How to get ALL values as default for a drop down box in JSF

Hi,
I have a drop down box in JSF page which retrieves values from LOVCache.java. I have values like Company, Client, User, ALL in the drop down box.
By default blank value is selected for the drop down box. I want to make ALL(which retrieves data for all the values) as default value for the drop down box.
Could any body help me? Any help must be appreciated.

I am using <af:selectManyChoice>. Is there any way I can use LOVCache.java value for selecting default values instead of hard coding?
I mean to say can I write
unselectedLabel="#{LOVCache.entityTypeSelectionList.anyValue}"
where LOVCache.entityTypeSelectionList is used to populate the drop down box.

How to set default value for a drop down in Mobile Application Studio

We have a requirement in which for a drop down - Transaction type (Activities), the value should be defaulted to 'Visit' and the Activity Category should be 'Sales Visit'. I tried debugging the code and got the piece of code where this value is referred, but i'm unable to find out the location where this value is picked from. Also while opening up the properties corresponding to this, there is a default value tab in the properties pane. I tried by giving this default value, but didn't work. When I'm trying to revert the changes i've made in the property, it is showing up an error.
Any pointers on this would be of great help.

You can default the process type field of BOACTIVITY by different ways-
1.In BOL, business object BOACTIVITY loaded event, check the parameter bIsNew and then default the value of process type if you want it only for new activities.
Other attributes currently get defaulted in the attributechanged event of BOACTIVITY where field is processtype.So if processtype is defaulted it will try to default other attributes based on that.It will pick values from the customizing maintained in SPRO->CRM->Transactions->Basic Settings->Define Transaction Type->Customizing Header.
2.You can also do defaulting in the UI.If you want to default one field based on a value selected for drop down, then write the code in the onselected2 event of the drop down.
In your specific case, best way is to use option 1.

Using a different background for the drop down options in a spry menu bar

I am trying to set just a background color in the drop down menu, I have a background image repeated along the x asis at the top but this has come down into the sub menu bar how can I change just the lower drop down menu to just a solid color??
I have tryed google and youtube to try to find a answer but have had no luck in finding the solution to this problem.

winabe23, you joined this month—probably because you were having trouble with CSS and HTML and you have certainly come to the right place.
I'm going to send you to several places I have found helpful in understanding how you can make drop-down menus in CSS without the need for JavaScript—though JS may be necessary for certain older browsers that do not understand pseudo classes and may be necessary for the blind or keyboard navigation.
CSS Wizardry has a great tutorial here.

For those who don't want to have to wrangle code, here is a menu generator from PureCSSMenu.

The reason why I am posting all of these links in my answer is because you're using Spry. And Spry has been found wanting by Adobe and they are deprecating and abandoning it.
The Spry framework is an open source Ajax framework that Adobe developed. Ajax stands for Asynchronous JavaScript And XML. On August 29th 2012, Adobe handed over Spry to github. If you want to help github develop Spry, there is a site for that, but I'm thinking you're not a JavaScript developer.
I would recommend you pay a little more attention and time to Ajax, which is not deprecated and not discontinued. It allows you to do client-side triggers for server-side code. But that's if you want to do work in JavaScript, XML and a server-side language, like Cold Fusion, php or ASP.
But in the meantime, the tutorials above will get you into understanding how this whole menuing stuff is done in CSS and give you the understanding necessary to do simple stuff, like changing the color of a background for a drop-down.
