I was subscribed to Europe Unlimited Landline in 27 Nov 2014 and now wanted to change plan to Europe Mobile and Landline. But before I change it the previous subscription got renewed automatically few minutes before.
can you cancel the the renewed plan and refund the balance amount? So I will resubsribe to proper plan. Thanking you. Please urgently do he needful.

It sounds like you have a credit card saved to your Apple ID payment information and you would like it to be removed from the account and set the payment method to None. You should be able to do this with the following article:

Tap Settings on the Home screen.
Tap iTunes & App Stores.
Tap your Apple ID. (If you aren't signed in, enter your Apple ID and password and tap Sign In.)

Update the information that you want to change.
Tap the Done button when you're finished.

Trying to change plan but no chat or email customer service available

Since I cannot email this question (there is no email option) and the Chat option never works I am asking these questions here.
I thought I would be able to change my plan simply, since there is a "change your plan" page, but the only option they offer is to add more service for a more expensive plan.
I want to
1.) take one of my phones off of my plan. I currently have 3 phones on a plan but I want to remove one. This option is not available, or I couldn't find it.
2.) I want to swap numbers with two of the phones. The phone/number I want to take off the plan is in better shape than one of the other phones.
So I want to remove the phone but keep using that phone with one of the other numbers.
I don't want to speak to a customer service rep and have them try to sell me anything or upgrade anything or sell me insurance or whatever. I have been trying to access chat all day but there's no agents available. I notice there's other posts on here with the same complaint. and of course there's no email, even though many other customers have complained about that too.

i have three phones on my plan.
i want one of them removed.
in fact, i haven't used the phone in three months and when you call it you get a "not in service" message.
but the phone i still listed on my bill and I am still paying the (ludicrous) surcharges and taxes and line fees.
there is absolutely no reason why i shouldn't be able to change my plan online, without talking ot anyone.
there are hundreds of complaints about your lack of email. there are hundreds of complaints about customer service chat and customer service in general. look it up.
this is simple
1) i want one of my phones removed from my plan (3-1=2)
2) i want to know how much it will cost for the two remaining phones.
3)i want to be able to contact a customer service rep through email
4) i want to be able to look at the different plan options online and be able to change them online.
5)really nice of you to offer help but ... on twitter? really??? facebook too? no thanks.
why don't you just have the availability on your website to change plans and offer email customer support?

"Budget Exceeded" error not appearing at the time of changing PR but appearing at the time of PO change.

At the time of PR value change after creation of PO budget exceeded error is not appearing even though the PR value exceeds the budget. But at the time of changing the same value in PO, budget exceeded error is appearing.
List of steps:
PR created.
PR released
PO created with reference to PR and released.
PR value changed to a value more than the available budget - No budget exceeded error.
PO value changed in accordance with the PR - System throwing the budget exceeded error.
Now the issue is why the system bypassed the budget exceeded error at the time of PR value change and only giving the error at the time of PO value change. Also, we observed that while changing the quantity in PR which results in exceeding budget, system is giving the error. But while changing the value system is not giving the budget exceeded error.
Your inputs will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

From the above output i think system is not capturing the PR commitment. I'm not sure as i'm basically into MM and dont know much about PS.
Why the system is stopping with budget exceeded error at the time of PR creation and not giving any error while changing the PR value after PO creation. System is giving budget exceeded error if quantity is changed in PR. Please explain the standard system behavior and suggest how to enable control at the time of PR value change.

Changed plan but has 3rd line

I ordered a Galaxy s4 through wireless market plus. At first I ordered it as a third line to my current plan. Within the 14 day grace period I contacted Wireless market plus to change my order from a third line to a family share plan consisting of 2 phones and 4gb of shared data. This change was made. However the 3rd line did not go away. My receipt shows Family Share plan, 2 phones, 4GB of data. My account shows the family share plan plus a 3rd line. Why was the third line kept?

You need to contact Japanese support even they won't answer. Now this is your problem.

My new iPad has the wrong iCloud account (restored an old backup from previous iPad). It's pointing to an account that no longer exists and now I can't delete it because I can't log into it. Find my iPhone wants me to log in before deleting the account.

I have an old iPad2, and received a new iPad Air. When I set up the iPad Air, I started as a backup from the iPad2, instead of treating it as a new iPad setup. It also asked if I wanted to set up Find My iPhone and I said yes. Problem is that I also (previously) changed the primary email address on my iCloud account, but never changed the iCloud setup on my iPad. So now the iPad Air has iCloud pointing to the email address as the account name. I want to just delete this account and enter the new email, but Find My iPhone won't let me - it asks for my password first. Problem is, it won't accept the correct password because the primary email has changed.

How to validate plan data before saving the data

I have a total row in my planning layout which is a summation of plan data in 2 other rows. While saving the data, I should check whether the total is 200 and if not the data should not be saved. How can I achieve this! Any help would be appreciated.

I'm also facing the same problem in my development...I tried above all the ways,but we cannot stop saving the wrong data.In this case you have to write the java script for save button, before saving the data if it is correct then go for the next step to save other wise throw an error message or without save the data .
You need to write the JAVA script for save button,in this code you need to read the data form the layout and check the total value, i am not sure if layout is dynamic how we can achieve this???.
My development also stopped for this issue,In my case i have two layouts ,one is for actual and another one is for Planing layout(Function - Distribution equally),using the fox code i succeed to read and throw an error message for incorrect data but i can not stop to saving for incorrect total data.
Once you solved this problem please post the message in SDN.This type of requirements is very tough and we need to share to our friends.

Protected Songs - Haven't changed computers, but have changed e-mail acct.

A couple of years ago I set up an account to purchase songs. Since that time I have changed my e-mail and the account I set up through iTunes at that time no loger exists according to Apple. I have sense opened a new account with a new username and password, however the songs I purchased under the old account are protected and won't play on my computer. It asks me to authorize my computer, however, there is no longer an account for the username it is giving me. What should I do so I can play the songs that I have purchased?

Enter the original account name and the original account password to play a song purchased under the original account/password. Even though Apple has closed the account for purchases and the like, you need to authorize your computer to play those songs with the original info they were purchased under. Those data are wired into the music files on your computer.

I added money on my phone to get a new plan, but didnt change the plan first, help?

I wanted to change my plan from the $20 one to the $35 one. I didn't know to change my plan first so when I went to refill my phone i added $35 as the amount. I thought it worked, nope. I still have the $20 plan with $15 extra bucks. Can I change my plan to the $35 one since I paid for it. I tried calling for 2 hours but no one answered. I hope this will solve my problem quickly. (keyboard layout) changed it but still using the last layout [solved]

I switched my layout from qwerty us to qwerty cf (Canada), it don't work and still use us layout, what could be the trouble ???
Note : followed ArchWiki rc.conf file settings ...
Solution : sudo leafpad ~/.config/openbox/autostart ... Add this : setxkbmap ca & (change ca by your layout)

I added an extra couple of lines (below) into the keyboard section of /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-evdev.conf but I believe you can create your own file that will do the job just as well
Option "XkbLayout" "gb"
Option "XkbOptions" "terminate:ctrl_alt_bksp"
(the second line sets ctrl+alt+backspace to reset X). In the first line you will need to change gb to whatever code Canadian English uses

You download iPad update via iTunes on your computer if you are running any version less than iOS 5.
You can connect the iPad to your computer and launch iTunes. Select the iPad on the left side under the devices heading. Click on the Summary Tab on the right. Click on Check for Update.
If you have the original iPad, you can only update to iOS 5.1.1.

If you have iOS 5 on the iPad, you can update over WiFI. Settings>General>Software Update.
You don't update iTunes on the iPad other than updating the iOS. iTunes is updated when the iOS is updated.

Greetings Adobe people. I hope this is the right location for this question. I have a problem with Flash player upgrade.
When trying to play some music on myspace I get the folowing error:

I tried downloading the rpm package. I think it installed correctlly, but when I restart Firefox, I can see that nothing's changed. I still can't play anything on myspace. Btw I'm using Fedora x64 with Xfce desktop. I also saw the same problem on my friend's machine when he tries to play video on Facebook wall. Probably on mine too, but I don't use FB. His computer is Ubuntu 32bit based. And I think I also saw this on my brothers Windowz machine. So what's going on? Is there an explaination.
