Wanted to create appraisal template without final appraisal column FAPP

Hi Experts,
We have a requirement to create template not for appraisal. Therefore I do not want to have final appraisal column selected.
However when I was creating category n save, I was getting error " select at least column obj0,fapp or papp".
Is there any way I can create template without final appraisal? Appreciate your thoughts.

Hi Praveen,
It seems like you have created an Objective setting template. If you don't want final appraisals, you can just select 'OBJ0' column and uncheck FAPP & PAPP columns. I hope this helps in solving your issue.

Appraisal Template - Issue with New Column addition.

We have added one column u201CPriority %u201D which replaced an existing field (column) in one of the appraisal templates.
When the user selects a value from the drop down and saves the template, it is not getting reflected in the portal. Also the same isnu2019t getting updated in the backend DB tables (as seen from PHAP_ADMIN_PA). Upon displaying the template, the first available value in the drop down is shown by default instead of the selected value.
As per our understanding the entire field values are read from standard function Module u2018HRHAP_DOCUMENT_CHANGE_STATUSu2019 into corresponding internal table t_body_elements.
But the value (Row X Column) for that particular column is not seen in the structure.
Please give inputs as to why the changed % value is not being saved and shown in the template.
The column is maintained in the template like the other columns and the value range is also maintained in the u2018Edit Appraisal Scalesu2019 in SPRO.

Thanks for you reply. Still the same issue. Following are the config I did till now:
In the PCD I created a new business object (SWF_WIOBN), an operation linked to the object (NAVIGATE).
I did create an iView (powl) in the custom folder, I integrated the operation within iView. I created a page that contains the iView.
In the properties of the iView I gave:
Application Name: HAP_MAIN_DOCUMENT.
Launch in New Window: "Display in separate Headerless Portal Window".
System: SAP_ECC_HumanResources
I added the required entries in tables:
IBO_C_WF_TTAS
IBO_C_WF_ACS
IBO_V_WF_TAC
IBO_V_WF_TTAC
etc...
I saw in the code of linked feeder class: CL_IBO_INBOX_FEEDER_WI that it's checking something called "Launch_Editor".. Is it a property that we can set somewhere?
Following are the parameters retrieved by system:
BO_NAME = SWF_WIOBN
BO_OP_NAME = NAVIGATE
LAUNCHER_PARAMETERS -> empty.??
BO_RESOLVE_MODE = USER_SET_OF_ROLES
LAUNCH_EDITOR empty where must be set?
At the end I still get the error:
There is no iView available for system "": object "SWF_WIOBN". For more information, contact your administrator.

The component SEM is not used in our system. How I may to customize the template in appraissal catalog to create a Corporation Goals list which will be used in objectives settings of employee?

Please do let me know if you come up with a solution. I had the same issue at a client, but I used HTML tags in the description tab. That works well with the web layout, but cannot use it with the standard print layout. It also means that you would need to create a new template every year to incorporate the change in objectives. This has effects on the ECM config if integrated.

Create spreadsheet template without shading or frozen rows/columns?

I created a blank speadsheet that doesn't have the first row and column shaded and frozen and saved it as a template. But when I create a new spreadsheet using it, Numbers insists on adding back those shaded and frozen rows and columns when I add an additional sheet. How can I prevent Numbers from doing this?

Hi Andreas,
When you add a sheet with "+" you are going to get a sheet with a standard table. Use the little triangle in the sheet tab to duplicate your sheet with the plain table before you start work and you should be set.

In panorama, when I left click and drag to open a new tab group, unclicking doesn't create the new group and left clicking again only creates another group without finalizing the first one.

In Firefox 4.0 beta 11 (Windows 7 Professional) left clicking in panorama creats a new tab group but letting go doesn't finalise the group. I have XP mode on my computer and firefox b11 works fine in the virtual PC.

Problem with App store! I want to create a user without credit card.

So i was going to download a free app for my iPhone 5 with iOS 8, and i already have an apple id from iTunes on my pc so i just wrote that in. After that it said that i have'nt used that Apple id in App store before, which was true. So i clicked look through infromation and wrote in the info i needed to. But then i came too a page that said i needed to put in Credit card info, and i dont have a credit card! What do i do? I dont want too make a new Apple ID, since i have my main e-mail connected to it.
Please help! Anything answer would be much appreciated!

Wanting data from a table without a particular column

I need the data from a table, except the data for a particular
column. I don't want to write the select list, as it would be

Regarding Appraisal Template Weighted result

Hi Experts,
In the current appraisal template the weighted result is coming as weighted value = (final appraisal) * (Weighting).
weighted value = (final appraisal) * (Weighting).
Weighted Result (=FWGT * FAPP)
Instead of this my client wants it to be
weighted value = ((final appraisal * Weighting)/100 ).
Weighted Result =(FWGT * FAPP)/100)
I have not worked in badis so i need ur help to complete this requirement.
I went through the forum but i am unable to complete..
Please let me know how it can me done..

Transporting Appraisal Template in Predefined Performance Management

Hi all
I have created a transport for Category and Appraisal Template through transcation PHAP_CATALOG by right clicking onto the Object and selecting Transport. After creating the transport I have successfully transported it in the QAS.
Now, in QAS I am not able to view Appraisal Template in the Appraisal Catalog (Transaction: PHAP_CATALOG) while the Category exists in the catalog. I have checked the transported Appraisal template in transaction PP01and have found that the object exists in QAS.
Please advice on, why isnt the appraisal template being displayed and linked to the required category in Appraisal Catalog Transaction: PHAP_CATALOG). And what is the corrective action required.

I have created a template for self appraisal. Created a document using this template This document expected to be in ESS view and not in MSS view.
Unfortunately am able to see in both views in portal.
Help need where am i missing the setup .

Can I use Motion 5 without Final Cut Pro but maybe for iMovie?

Stelo08, yes, Motion will export in a handful of formats.
h264 is the most popular, but did not support transparency, which you would likely want if you wanted to do lower thirds (titles).
Motion will export in prores 444 which which supports transparency, but I do not know if it works in imovie.
(I tried it in Camtasia 2.3 and it did not there, but it seemed to work in ScreenFlow 4.03)
Additionally, you can import video footage into Motion, so worst case scenario, you could pull a shorter scene into motion, do your overlays, export that scene and then add it back into imovie.

Creating new template using existing template

Is anyone aware of a way to create a new project template using an existing template? I am testing a few scenarios and want to quickly be able to create a template without setting one up from scratch.
I tried a few ways but could not find a way to do this - you can only create a project using a template, not another template.

Find the template from setup->Projects->Templates and use copyto , new template will be created from existing one.
