Dear friends,
I have made 1 PO with Qty 100.now perparing 5 GRPO(goods receipt PO)(10-10-10-5-5-10)Qty with different quantities .But i want to make combain AP invoice for that.How can i do that?

1.Open AP invoice,Select Vendor code,Enter Vendor Ref. No. & also enter posting date.
2.Click Copy from Select Goods Receipt PO,Select all the relevant goods receipt PO by pressing Ctrl Key & Click ok,
Copy Document Wizard to copy all GRPO into AP invoice.

We have 2 orders, 2 deliveries, where I wanted to create one collective invoice for both deliveries.
we thought this should have been possible with collective billing, but seems that did not work, as it generated two individual billing docs.
We dont want to use invoice list (making one master invoice out of many single invoices).
Is there any option to create one collective invoice for both deliveries?

The basic funda behind the split of delivery in two Billing or two deliveries into two billing is the way date is storing in VBRK & VBRP Table.
VBRK is Billing Header & VBRP Is Billing Item. And when we create Billing only one row will generate in VBRK table.
So from this u can understand that the header data should be same then only one Billing document generate.

Excise Invoice from Multiple GRPO

Hi,
How can we create a singe incoming excise invoice from multiple GRPOs? While creating one, when we use the copy from button, it allows to select only one GRPO and not multiple unlike A/P Invoice which can be created from multiple GRPOs.

I am trying in another way - creating one proforma invoice for multiple deliveries. and with that proforma invoice trying to create excise invoice.
But i am facing problem in creating proforma with multiple deliveries because of DIFFERENT NUMBER RANGE IN HEADER (delivery)AT FOREIGN TRADE --- UNDER ORGANIZATION --- NUMBER OF FOREIGN TRADE DATA - ( which is internally assigned by the system)

How to stop mozilla from closing multiple intenet screens, when I only want to close one?

I switched from Internet Explorer to Firefox. I often have more than one internet screen open. When I go to close one of them, Firefox sends me a message like, "You are about to close 3 tabs." When I tell it to close, I lose all 3 internet screens. I only want to close one. How can I stop that?

If based on PO you are doing more than one Advance Payment say first 30% of Total, second 20% of remaining total and third 10% or remaining total before GRPO then such Reserved invoices you can select at a time in one GRPO which is nothing but selection of Multiple AP Reserve Invoices if am not wrong.

Are you using query in SAP Business One or outside the system? If you select the tables in SAP Business One as OPCH and OPDN then no inner join will appear, as the links sit on the line level. You will need PCH1 and PDN1. The link can be found in both directions, but bear in mind that 1 AP Invoice could be based on more than 1 Goods Receipt PO. For this reason the best approach is to start at the AP Invoice line level and use the BaseType and BaseRef fields to view which lines were pulled from which Goods Receipt PO's.

We are in to contract for 12 years with our client for a particular service,so we will raise a contract order for a particular item,with this we generate the order number,here we are generating some 150 orders numbers,this 150 order number I want to combine in to one single invoice document number,I have tried this in vf01 I am giving the all 150 document numbers,and excuting this but here for each sales order document number it is creating one billing document number,but I need one single invoice number for all this order numbers.

In VTFA, please do the following changes,and then test by creating the sales orders then do collective billing.
Keep Assignment number blank
Keep Reference number blank
Copy item number- Uncheck the box where tick box was selected
Also make sure that PO Number in sales order is same

I am creating an independent AP Invoice, there are two issues:
1. On line level G/L Account field is not open for selection
2. I have then selected and updated the account on Form Settings. Same account gets updated on line level.
In Journal Entry selected G/L account on line level shall be hitted. But it does not put any effect on JE. Accounting is set by Warehouse. It picks up accounts from warehouse only.
Need help its urgent.

Invoice is Item Type.
G/L Accounts are set by Warehouse. But if explicitly we are want to change the account on line level in that case, it is not getting reflected in Journal entry. On AR Invoice same scenario works perfectly. On line level I can change the accounts explicitly and have the effect on Journal entries.
Issue seems to be on AP side only.
As required please find attached the screen shots.

Multiple iPods - One computer - How do I separate libraries?

I have an Ipod and my Two sons have thier own Ipods. When I hook up I get all of their songs on my ipod.
How do I set up Separate Ipod accounts and have my Ipod go to mine only and not theirs?

When the iPods belong to different people, there are basically three ways of using multiple iPods on a computer and these involve:
a) Sharing a single iTunes library
b) Creating Multiple Libraries in a single user account
c) Creating multiple user accounts.
Note: When you are sharing an iTunes library, you don't have to set each iPod to update in the same manner, you can mix and match from the options below as each iPod has it's own update settings
Sharing a Library and/or User Account
If you want to share the one library, you can set either or all of the iPods so that they only get updated with only certain playlists (you can update from more than one if you wish): Loading songs onto iPod automatically - Windows
Choosing the update option "Sync Music - Selected playlists" allows you to create a playlist specifically for the iPod and drag the tracks you want into it. If you tire of the list and want to change it, you just add or remove the songs you don't want. The ones you take out out remain in the library to be used some other time if you choose. Multiple Libraries
It's also possible to have multiple libraries in a single account. To create or access a second (or more) library, hold down the Option key (or Shift key in Windows) when launching iTunes 7. In the resulting dialogue you will get the option to create a new library or navigate to the other Library.
Note: You can only have one Library open at a time and iTunes will default to the last library opened if you don't use the keyboard command to choose one. Separate User Accounts
Another option is to create a separate User account for each person on your PC or Mac. Different accounts by definition would give you completely separate libraries. Each account has it's own iTunes folder, Library and iTunes Music folder and you load it with CDs etc just as you did with your original one. The iPod can be set to update however the owner chooses, sync all, manual or sync specific playlists

I want to query a db like these:
I need all the demographics information(from table demo) and their acr info(from table acr), and their clinical info(from table clinical), and their lab info(from table lab).
The db is like this:
demo->acr: one to many
demo->clinical info: one to many
demo->lab info: one to many
I want to get one query result which are demo left join acr, and demo left join clinical, and demo left join lab. I hope the result is a record including demo info, acr info, clinical info, and lab info.
How could I do this in SQL?

Actually, I need a huge query to include all the tables in our db.
We are running a clinical db which collects the patients demographics info, clinical info, lab info, and many other information.
The Demographics table is a center hub which connects other tables. This is the main architecture.
My boss needed a huge query to include all the information, so others could find what they need by filtering.
As you have found, because one patients usually has multiple clinical/lab info sets, so the result will be multiplied! the number of result=n*m*k*...
My first plan is to set time point criteria to narrow all the records with one study year. If somebody needs to compare them, then I have to show them all.
So I have to know the SQL to generate a huge query including as many tables as possible.

Look, virtually all Mozilla's potential users are coming from Internet Exploder, which gets this ALMOST RIGHT, while FireF*x does it totally wrong. Including in webmail: there's no way I could have got to this forum without leaving 4 windows active or closing everything, including closing my mail without logging out.
ONLY 8 PEOPLE? How many thousand simply throw up their hands & uninstall yr f- nurdware over this one single issue? Not to bore you with details, but I'm hardly unsympathetic to open sources that don't look like the best argument for Micros**t and Google hegemony.
Btw, I said they get it -almost- right... It would be really nice if IE or >somebody< offered a checkbox to NEVER close multiple tabs. Look, if this bug disguised as a feature is useful to a few nurds by all means keep it as an advanced option, but PLEASE set up FireFox so it at least defaults to the real world.

Copy Exchenge rate from many Delivery to one AR invoice

I face with the problem. My customer need copy exchange rate from many Delivery that in one delivery we have different exchange rate for different date. After done all delivery, we will copy them to AR invoice, and customer need keep exchange rate the same with delivery.
How can i do that because SAP B1 prevent this??? i don't know reason why?

If the AR invoice date is the same with Delivery date, the Exchenge rate will be the same. However, if you want to Copy Exchenge rate from many Delivery to one AR invoice, you may only have one rate for the invoice date.

Group footer. Want to print one section in the body of report

I am working on an invoice.
It has two groups:
Detail line
Invoice number
In crystal the invoice number group header is ran than the detail line group fires.
After all the detail lines are printed for that invoice number the group footer for the invoice prints.
I have multiple sections in my invoice number group footer.
All these sections except the first has the property u201CPrint at Bottom of Pageu201D selected.
The First group footer section prints as it should directly below the detail section.
The second section print at the bottom of the page as expected.
The third group footer does not print till the end of the entire report. So if I have multiple invoices printing at one time I see an invoice subtotal for each invoice but the u201CTotal Dueu201D does not show until the last page. It is also always 0.00.
any help wouldbe appriciated.

I'm guessing here, but it sounds like the data record is not "available" (past EOF?) when the footer is being printed. Try putting the db field into a shared variable in the detail section (basic syntax):
whileprintingrecords
shared total as number
total = {SOShipHeader.CuryBalDue}
formula = ""
Then use the shared variable in the footer:
whileprintingrecords
shared total as number
formula = total
