Mozilla, do not remove this posting until you have fixed the following problem, or I will simply notify
the press, and my US Senator, Senator Dianne Feinstein, Chair of the Senate Select Committee on
Intelligence.
Since Mozilla refuses to provide any way for a user to talk with the technical staff, this is my only
means left. I will try to leave out some of the tech details - so as to not encourage any other
exploitation of this Firefox major backdoor safety hole.
Firefox v25+ allows backdoor access to Google tracking, at any time, on any site, without user knowledge much less consent. I have documented over 230 instances of this occurring through Firefox, on my PC alone, just since November 19th, 2013.
You do not have to visit ANY site to trigger this tracking, just opening Firefox can/will start the chain
of multiple attempts per hour, within a matter of minutes.
Either Mozilla itself or a Mozilla approved "Add-on" is suddenly providing this access. No security
"Add-on", software or Firefox fictional anti-tracking "Features" will catch and block it, since it is not
initiated by any user site visit.
If you believe that Google is a benign little company, they are not - They are one of the world's largest
personal data thieves and brokerage firms.
I won't state what clues to look for here - But Mozilla PLEASE block this backdoor ASAP.
