Warning message on import.

Hi, I see this message when I select full 1080i "Selecting FULL on this computer may result in degraded video playback."
This is my setup MBPro, 2.16 GHz Core 2 Duo, 3GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
I have almost (2.33GHz) setup in my iMac and do not see this message.
What gives?

What gives?
It is a generic message letting you know that playback of some content/project effects may be affected by the real time rendering of assets. Remember no video file is produced during the editing process -- only at the time of sharing/exporting. Thus all effects (transitions, titles, video overlays, audio overlays, etc.) are rendered/blended with the HD source media in real time for display purposes only which, of course, can slow down proper playback.

  • PS Touch needs a warning message when importing files larger than 2048x2048 max resolution

    I opened 6500x5000 px files into PS Touch in iPad for some minor retouching. PS Touch - without notification - reduced the images to fit within 2048 x 2048 px. It happily let me open these files, work on them and save and never let me know it was reducing the file size, rendering all the work I did utterly useless since 2048x2048 is far too small for print res for these files.
    PS Touch needs a notification or warning when importing files larger than the app's max resolution. Resizing files without notification is just asinine.

  • Warning message After Pass correction to test Phase

    While transporting a request through Change request management, after pass correction to test, the system shows a warning message 'No Import into test system has taken place yet'. And further, Logon to System message takes us to the Development system and not into Quality system. On further drill down, it was found that if the STMS Queue for Quality is manually refreshed
    after the pass correction to test phase, this warning disappears and Logon to system takes us to Quality system itself. And this manual refreshing has to be done for each and every ticket. Kindly provide a solution to skip this warning message and also to avoid this manual refreshing of the Transport queue. Please Help.
    Regards
    Manu

    Manu,
    Do you get this warning right away when you choose the "Pass Correction to Test" action and hit save, or does it take a few minutes?
    We had an issue where ChaRM was timing out when the import was running.  The Import lasted more than 25 or so seconds, so ChaRM gave up and said it didn't happen, when in fact it was just not finished yet.  We increased the time that ChaRM waits for the import to finish and now it works perfectly.
    In case this is your issue, you can increase the time ChaRM waits for the import to finish by adding the parameter CHECK_NTIMES_SOCM to the user profile of the person performing the import.  The default value is 5, which means that ChaRM checks the import status 5 times (5 second intervals).  Our security transports were taking over 2 minutes, so we had to make the value of the parameter 60 (60 checks in 5 second intervals).
    Hope this helps,
    Michele

  • Import scenario warning message

    hi guys,
    when import 2 difference version of scenario into the same execution repository
    version 001 could be imported without a warning message
    version 002 could be imported with a warning message
    "the file being imported contains objects from a repository with ID 1 , but this repository is not declared in the target repository. Would you like to declare it and proceed with the import?"
    after summited OK
    then the scenario version 002 are imported.

  • Warning message in Lion

    Hi ,
    I just installed Mac OSX Lion.
    When I download a set of images (like a manga for example) in Preview , a warning message saying that this is an image taken from the internet (and asking me if I'm sure I want to open it) keep bugging me. How to get rid of this message ?
    Thanks to thoses who could help me.

    Does it say "image" or application
    Protect your computer from harmful applications
    Some harmful applications exist that can cause problems for your computer. Frequently, a harmful application will try to appear as an innocent document, such as a movie or graphic file. These applications, called “trojans,” are most often spread by Internet downloads and email enclosures.
    Important: If you receive an application warning and you don’t expect the file to be an application, don’t open the file. Delete it from your computer.
    Here are some tips to protect your computer from harmful applications.
    Never download unlicensed or “pirated” software from the Internet.
    Accept only applications you receive from a known and trusted source.
    Run an antivirus program if you find any suspicious files or applications, or if you notice any suspicious behavior on your computer.
    To reduce the amount of exposure to harmful applications or files, limit the number of administrator accounts you create. Consider creating a user account for your daily work and use the administrator account only when you need to install software or administer accounts.
    If you enabled the root user and you don’t currently need it, disable it.

  • A warning message in the Inbound part of the IDOC

    Hi all,
    A warning message is being displayed for the Inbound part of the IDOC.
    Here is the message.
    No filters , No conversion , No version change .
    IDoc successfully processed in the ALE layer
        The IDoc has passed through the ALE layer successfully and can now be
        passed to the application. This transfer is either done online or as a
        background job, depending on the settings in the partner profile.
        If there are no further status records, the IDoc waits for the next run
        of the transfer report to the application.
        Success or failure when passing the IDoc to the application is
        documented in the subsequent status records.
    Actions in the ALE layer
        The parameter 'No filters' indicates whether the processing in the ALE
        layer led to segments of the inbound IDoc being omitted. The important
        criteria here are the settings in the segment filter and in the
        distribution model for this sender.
        The parameter 'No conversion' indicates whether field values were
        converted in the ALE layer. This is the case if the IDoc contains
        organizational units to be converted, or if the ALE conversion tool for
        this sender is activated.
        The parameter 'No version change' indicates whether the IDoc was
        converted into an earlier version of the IDoc type. This happens if the
        IDoc type of the sender is different from its own IDoc type.
    I have checked all the necessary Config settings and all of them are in place.
    Your help on this will be highly appreciated.
    - Surya.

    Hi,
    The IDOC  may have successfully passed through the application, but check whether the status of the IDOC is changed to 53.
    No filters, No conversions, No version change
    occurs when the IDOC is not processed fully.
    It may have stopped the processing without raising any error...
    Check the program, whether there is any piece of code which stops the processing of the IDOC without changing its status to 51.
    Sharin.

  • Warning message into Application log of Service request

    Hi Experts,
    I have a requirement where I am using Event handlers(CRMV_EVENT) to redetermine partners of a service request whenever certain values are changed in the transaction CRMD_ORDER.
    Partners will be retrieved from a custom table.
    In any circumstances, if the partners cannot be determined then we need to push a WARNING message stating that "Partners can not be determined, pls maintain the values in the custom table'.
    For this purpose I am using the function module CRM_MESSAGE_COLLECT with the following parameters, but still I am not able to see the same into the Application log of the Service request that is going to be created.
    CALL FUNCTION 'CRM_MESSAGE_COLLECT'

    Can any one of you have encountered the same problem and solved this, pls through some light on me too(if possible with block of code).
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
    Here is the block of code that I used to push a message in to Application log.

  • Process Order Warning Message while doing the Goods Receipt

    Dear All,
    While doing the GR against process order via t.code MB31, we are getting a warning message which reads u201CProduction date of bch 110420 (17.06.2011) does not match the prod. date entered (26.08.2011)u201D this happens only if the batch number already exists in the system for the same material code , in this scenario if the user ignores the warning message & posts the document the existing batch number production date also will be over written with current/inputted manufacturing dateu2026 this will collapse the batch traceability. Is there a way to customize where we can have a different production date for same batch number?..
    For example:
    Batch Number: ABCD
    Production date 10.02.2011
    Batch Number: ABCD
    Production date 11.02.2011
    Batch Number: ABCD
    Production date 12.02.2011
    Regards,
    Sivanandan

    I'm sorry to say that I find your requirement to be absolutely not logical; a batch is, by definition, a homogenous quantity of a material, that you want to separate by it's characteristics from other, different, quantities of the same material.
    If you decided that manufacturing date is a characteristic of the batch, then it has to be unique for one batch.
    So, as I see it, you have two options: either decide that manufacturing date is not important and do without, or have different batches for the different dates.

  • Warning Message - Tracknumber of CEvLaunch too high! Help?

    Hi there
    I am attempting to import a midi file I found online into GarageBand 09 but I get the following pop up
    *Beta-only warning message - not to be localized:*
    *Tracknumber of CEvLaunch too high!*
    I'm not really too sure what this means? Does it maybe mean the volume is too high? Or there are too many tracks for Garageband to cope with?
    When I click OK a few times on the pop up it then pops up
    *Launch Event without associated track found!*
    *Changed to track 1.*
    I then have only 3 tracks for this song when I know there are many more.
    I want to be able to hear and use all of the tracks form this midi file in GarageBand 09.
    FYI when I play the midi file with Quicktime 7 it sounds fine, with all the tracks being audible.
    Can anyone help?
    Thanks!

    I have a way around this message popping up (but would still like to know why this error appears).
    I downloaded this free program
    *Midi File Editor 2.01*
    Available here
    http://mac.softpedia.com/progDownload/Midi-File-Editor-Download-71782.html
    Opened the file, and then saved it as a new name.
    Imported it to GarageBand and it worked with no errors (although the instruments are way off)
    Its a very old feeling program Midi File Editor 2.01, but hey, it worked!
    Yay!

  • Warning messages?

    How do I turn off the very annoying battery warning message?
    how do I disable battery warning message?
    Both these are very annoying and ever remind me of windows which I hate

    ckuan, you are clearly from the generation who can't spell or take responsibility for their own lives.  I don't need someone to tell me when I need to use the bathroom, that was a metaphor in case you didn't realise. Similarly I don't need somebody else telling me when my battery is about to expire I can see that from the battery symbol itself it goes red or didn't you realise that either. if my call was that important I would make sure I was plugged into to a charger or my battery was full before hand.
    Why not have an audible warning also and a voice???
    Your comment was ridiculous. For apple not to give the user the option of turning off the message purely encourages hackers and jailbreakers. If Apple don't give the users what they want then they are opening themselves up to viruses malware and likes of Windows insecurity. I sincerely hope this does not happen.

  • Warning messages in Order log (GUI)

    Hi all,
      I need to display warning messages in the message log of Order in GUI. I tried with 'CRM_MESSAGE_COLLECT'. If I take 'W' as the message type, it is not displaying the warning message in the Order, but when I use 'E', it is displaying the error messages in the order.
    Let me know the solution. Thanks in advance.
    Following is my code.
            CALL FUNCTION 'CRM_MESSAGE_COLLECT'
              EXPORTING
                iv_caller_name       = 'ORDER'
                iv_ref_object          = lv_ord_guid
                iv_ref_kind             = 'A'
                iv_msgno              = '001'
                iv_msgid               = 'ZABC'
                iv_msgty               = 'W'
                iv_cumulate           = 'X'
              IMPORTING
                es_msg_handle     = l_msg_handle
              EXCEPTIONS
                not_found              = 1
                appl_log_error        = 2
                OTHERS               = 3.

    hi
    Looks like the message numbers you are processing in the function module CRM_MESSAGE_COLLECT are only for 'errors'.
    Please go to Transaction: CRMC_MSGS
    Look at the following Application Areas
    CRM_ORDER
    CRM_ORDERADM_H
    CRM_ORDERADM_I
    CRM_ORDER_MISC
    CRM_ORDER_OUTPUT
    Select one of the above and double click 'Single Messages' towards your left side on the screen. Select the relavant message number from the list and check the 'S' flag. Press 'F1' (help) on this box and you will see the following.
    Only error messages are saved in the processing log. If a message definitely should be saved - contrary to this rule - then the indicator needs to be set.
    You need to make sure that a message marked like this can be deleted again - by calling up the function module CRM_MESSAGES_DELETE in the appropriate place in the program.
    When you do these steps, please note the message 'Do not make any changes (SAP data)'. This is not tested and used from my side. Please see if this impacts other functions. I am not sure. Do necessary R&D before you proceed further. Please explore tables CRMC_MESSAGES_S and CRMC_MESSAGES and see if this helps.
    Reward if helps

  • Can we save the warning message in the message log of Lead.

    Hi,
    I have an requirement where i have to raise an warning message while "creation of lead from campaign" on campaign UI, I can raise that warning message using below code.
    DATA lr_message_service TYPE REF TO cl_bsp_wd_message_service.
    lr_message_service = cl_bsp_wd_message_service=>get_instance( ).
    lr_message_service->add_message( iv_msg_type = if_genil_message_container=>mt_warning
    iv_msg_id = 'ztest'
    iv_msg_number = 006
    iv_msg_level = '1' ).
    but how can i retain this warning message in the lead message log ? "when ever i will open that lead again that warning message should be there"
    thanks & regards
    raman khurana.

    Hi,
    Below are the steps to write to the log and then read it,
    1. Create a Log useing FM BAL_LOG_CREATE. This will return the log handle.
    2. Add messages to log using FM BAL_LOG_MSG_ADD. Importing parameters are log handle and the message.
    3. You can read the log by passing the log handle to FM BAL_GLD_SEARCH_MSG. This will return the message handle.
    4. Now pass the message handle to FM BAL_LOG_MSG_READ. This inturn return the message id and class. Pass the msg. details to FM BAL_DSP_TXT_MSG_READ to read the message text.

  • Warning message when launching iTunes

    I upgraded to iTunes8 and on launching iTunes, the following error message appears "The registry settings used by the iTunes drivers for importing and burning CD's and DVD's are missing. This can happen as a result of other CD burning software. Please reinstall iTunes." I then reinstalled the "Repair" from the downloaded file (iTunes8Setup), but the warning message still appears after rebooting my computer and launching iTunes . I then removed iTunes from my computer and reinstalled iTunes from this download (iTunes8Setup). I rebooted my computer and launched iTunes, same result. Any ideas on how I can fix this warning message. Please note this warning message did not appear when launching my previous version of iTunes.

  • MAXL Warning Messages

    Hi All,
    Issue is regarding the MAXL limit when we have warnings during Data Load...
    In the CFG file i have DATAERRORLIMIT set as 65000 and i have rejections in the dataload when using Maxl Import command and the errors were directed to one logfile.
    Am able to see the log file with rejections, but one more what we have done in the shell script is capturing the STDERR and throwing a communication when there are rejections... the issue is when i have rejections less than 65000, it won't display the Warning message.
    Done these many things:
    - Modified the CFG and set the DataErrorLimit as 1 and checked..this time we have the warning message in the App.log(DATAERRORLIMIT crossed the specified Limit[1]) but not getting captured as the STDERR and hence not to the file.
    - i was not able to see the Warning message along with other OK/INFO messages in the maxl output log file (but in app.log)
    - Tried using set message level option but it is also not working.
    Can anybody help me in this regard and your help is deeply appreciated..
    Thanks

    We're definitely in agreement. I think I was just explaining the value of using the expedient approach and you were emphasizing the "correct" approach, which is why I put my answer the way I did (do the expedient thing but don't forget to address the underlying needs which you already indicated).
    Fundamentally, I find that many of the guru's out there do tend to look at the "correct way" as the only answer (mostly because they rarely get boxed into less than this). The reality for a lot of users is that a compromise is often inevitable along the way. So I tend to only disagree on matters of feasibility.
    I'm struggling with this very thing at my company here. It boils down to the need to split a database up, and the partition/attribute dimension issue is slamming us hard. I'd like to do it the "right way", but I'm ending up with a compromise that adds a little risk and a lot more effort (on my part) than I'm comfortable with. In the end, however, I'm sure things will stabilize in a more comfortable compromise (meaning I'm more likely to become comfortable with the risk and added effort than the CFO and VP of Finance are of letting me deal with it the "right way"). -- it all boils down to choosing your battles, LOL.
